"I told him that I was already seeing someone even if we were not official yet," I said to change the subject away from my dad and David planning Jericho's death.

"And how does this have anything to do with Alex and you b-" my sister asked with a frown that mirrored everyone else.

"We left the diner after that and in Alex's car he asked if we were together and of course, I tried playing it cool by saying 'unless you don't want to be that is' but the asshole cut me off before I coil finish my statement with a kiss." I finished my story and my family looked at me with smiles shaking their heads.

"I'm happy for you sweetie." Mom said as she cupped my face and my siblings nodded their heads in agreement while Dad sighed.

"If he hurts you like that bastard Jericho did, I don't care about going to jail," he said making me smile.

"Don't worry Dad, he's a keeper I promise."

I sighed and opened my eyes when the elevator doors opened once it had reached Alex's office floor and got out before making my way down the hall to his office and saw Jessa at the desk.

"Afternoon Jessa." I greeted the woman at the desk as I walked to the door and she stopped me.

"Mr. Storm is in a meeting at the moment," she said I rolled my eyes and knocked on the door and he called out.

"Come in!" I raised a brow at her and opened the door and walked in.

"Hey." I greeted him with furrowed brows when I saw a woman sitting on one of the chairs and he looked up with a smile and stood up from his seat and walked over to me giving me a soft kiss on the lips.

"How was the drive?" He asked as he walked me over to his desk offering me his seat which made the woman furrow her brows in confusion.

"It was good, barely any snow so that's a plus," I replied and he nodded.

"That's a reason why I was okay with you driving." he reasoned making me smile.

"Of course darling." I stated making him chuckle, "who are you by the way?"

"Kara Stone." She replied as she gave me a once over and I nodded since Alex had mentioned her last night.

"Ahh" I hummed and she raised a brow in question, "Alex has spoken a lot about you."

"I told her about our history Kara," Alex explained at her questioning glance.

"And who are you?" Kara asked in return.

"My girlfriend." Alex replied for me making me smile, "She's also David's younger sister, Katerina."

"Girlfriend." the woman repeated to make sure and Alex rolled his eyes but nodded.

"Yes, girlfriend. Now is there a reason why you wanted to see me so desperately that you refused to leave my office last night unless I agree to speak with you?" Alex asked as he stood at my side.

"You know what I want Alex," The woman said with a suggestive tone to her voice and I looked up at Alex who looked aggravated by her suggestion.

"And like I said. I'm not interested" he and I bit our lips as I watched her stand up and walk over to us-to Alex-placing her hands on his chest and pressing her chest against his.

"You're lying Alex," she whispered and went to kiss him, he pushed her away almost causing her to fall but he held her at a small distance.

"I told you I'm not interested and I'm with her. I won't repeat myself again, Kara." he said his tone dark, "and this is the last time you will ever disrespect Katerina that way do you hear me?"

"You'll get tired of her and when you do, you know where to find me," Kara said as she pulled away from Alex before waking to her seat and grabbing her things, "He says you are his now Katerina, but once he's bored of you he'll kick you to the curve like garbage and will find a new one. I'd watch myself if I were you."

"I'll take my chances," I replied and she smirked shaking her head before walking away leaving us alone.

"Sorry about her," Alex said but I shook my head with a smile.

"No need to be sorry. You and she had history from what I saw." I replied and he sighed.

"We were lovers before I moved to Spain."

"You don't need to explain yourself," I said but he shook his head.

"No. I want you to know about my past romances because I want us to be a couple who doesn't hide secrets from each other," he said and I nodded.
