"I must have mixed the two versions together by accident while I grabbed the blueprints. I apologize" she said just as a knock on the door sounded before Elle opened the door with one hand while the other held a tray with our drinks.

"I've got your drinks and I also added some snacks in case ton got hungry," She said.

"Thank you, Elle," Katerina said with a smile that my secretary returned as she handed her her tea, and once we all had our drinks, Elle excused herself and left the office again closing the door on her way out. Katerina gasped as she began rubbing her bump I looked at her in worry but she only smiled.

"She's kicking" She answered my unspoken question making me grin and I reached over and placed my hand on her belly and smiled when I felt a small nudge on my hand.

"That's one hard kick." I chuckled and Kat smiled.

"She's been very active today especially now," she said as the baby began moving and kicking again, "think she knows it's your hand that's on my belly."

"That's my girl."

"You gotta settle down baby we're in the middle of a meeting," Kat said as she looked down at her belly as if she heard her, our baby stopped moving and Kat grinned.

"Alright, where were we?" I asked "Oh right. The blueprints. Why didn't you check to see if you had the right ones before you came up here?"

"I was rushing sorry Mr. Storm." Sam replied and I sighed rubbing my temples, "I can go make a copy of the blueprints now if you'd like."

"It's alright Samantha, we'll just use the one Alex has," David said.

"Please address me as Miss Morgan," Samantha said and David raised a brow.

"Of course, Miss Morgan, my apologies."

"Can I suggest something?" Kat asked as she grabbed the blueprint from my desk and I raised a brow making her grin before looking at Sam, "this store would go better if it was near this food court instead of this one" she said as she pointed to the image as she explained and Sam clenched her jaw.

"Are you the designer?" She asked rudely and I clenched my fist.

"Samantha," I warned.

"No, but-" Kat began to say when she was cut off by Sam.

"Then I don't need your suggestions. I'm the one who designed this and I don't think there needs to be any changes" she stated and Kat and David looked surprised at her outburst.

"Samantha enough." I snapped cutting her next comment off, "I agree with my fiancée, I was going to say the same thing but she beat me to it. Now you will apologize for being rude to them and then you may be excused." She clenched her jaw but didn't apologize to them and left the office with the blueprints in hand.

"Well, that was something," David commented when the door closed after Sam left.

"Tell me about it. I'm sorry on her behalf."

"Don't apologize for her, Alex, she was in the wrong and you know it. She was rude to not just me but your fiancée as well and she ignored your order to apologize to us by walking out." David said and I sighed because he was right. I'll be having a word with her later.

"Why was she acting like that anyway? I've seen her around every time I came over to see you, she was always nice and stuff." Kat said and I agreed, this was the first time she's ever acted that way towards anyone I was close with....wait could it be?

"She's jealous," I said and they looked at me confused, "she's jealous that Katerina is my fiancée and that we're working together on this project. She was murdering you with her eyes but you didn't even notice baby, she asked me to her place but I rejected her and when I introduced you to her as my fiancée and brother-in-law her whole demeanor changed" I explained and their confusion turned to realization.

"That's why she was giving me those looks? I thought she was grossed out that I was pregnant." Kat said making her brother and I chuckle at the comment, "Geez. "

"You're so cute when you're a clueless angel," I said making her flip me off making me laugh.

"But in all seriousness dude, you need to talk with her and put her in her palace because believe me she was my employee and she had talked to my fiancé that way she would be fired on the spot no ifs and or buts about it," David said and I nodded.

"Believe me she's far from being off the hook"

"Can we go eat now, please?" Kat asked giving us her famous puppy dog eyes and who could resist those eyes? Not me and from the lols of it neither can her brother.

"Yes. Come on kiddo. Let's get some food in the belly of yours." he said as we stood up and I handed her her coat while I threw mine on.

"Are you coming home after?" Kat asked as we made our way it of my office and I nodded.

"Yeah, I don't have anything else to do here so we'll go home after lunch," I replied lacing our fingers together and she beamed.

"We're going to lunch but don't expect me to return I'll be going home afterward. If it's an emergency call me if not just email me anything you think may be important and I'll look at it at home." I said as we stopped at the front desk and Elle nodded.

"Of course Mr. Storm. Have a good rest of your day. Have a good day Miss Katerina and Mr. Montgomery." She said as she looked at Kat and David with a smile.

"Thank you, Ellie," Kat replied with a smile.

"You too Miss Jackson," David added with a smile matching Kat's, and with that said we walked to the elevator and climbed in before I pressed the button to the private parking space where I saw David's car.

"Alright, what are you in the mood for today?" I asked looking at Katerina.

"Chinese." She answered without a second thought.

"Chinese it is."
