25. Queen of the realm

SABRINA

I stared at my reflection in the mirror. I was just wowed and lost for words. I totally looked like a demon bride. The long black gown that Asa picked for me clutched to my body perfectly, showing off my curves. It had a low back cut and I knew mates wouldn't keep their gaze off me.

My hair was braided slightly at the front and left unbraided and curled at the end, various beautiful pins decorating it. My lips carried a shade of red lipstick and light makeup had been applied on to my face by the maids.

"I honestly can't believe you are getting married! Like what the fuck! Can someone fill me in again on what happened when I and Henry were locked up in that beastly cell!" Sharon exclaimed as she sat next to me.

Asa giggled and I laughed.
"You've been filled in a hundred times sharon" I nudged at her shoulder.

"Let me try understand it again. Do you mean to tell me that you have been murdered so many times in the past by a demon who killed you for leaving him and now you are being married to a demon no not even a demon, two hot demon kings!" Sharon exclaimed, her hands in the air.

I laughed more and nodded. "Yes sharon"

"Oh my God! Is it a crime to say God here?" Sharon asked with her tone low.

"I don't think it is" I pinched Sharon by the cheeks.

"Oh you are living my life" she cried out dramatically with a hand placed on her chest.
"I need a demon too" Sharon whined.

A knock on the door interrupted our discussion. Alton stepped in, looking as fancy as ever.
"You have a visitor queen" he bowed before introducing Henry who slowly walked inside.

My breathing ceased and I clamped my hands together. I had never really gotten to talk deeply with Henry after the whole saga.
"Can you all please give I and Henry some privacy?" I politely asked.

"Ofcourse. Asa come let's go search for mates" Sharon said with a wink at Asa causing her to laugh as they walked out, shutting the door behind them.

"Ummm. I'm speechless. How should I address you as now? Queen right" Henry began nervously.

I shook my head at him. "I'm still the Sabrina you know"
"But you are now going to become a queen of an entirely different realm. Queen to two powerful beings" he reminded me with a faint smile.

"Henry look. I'm so sorry things could not work out between us" I immedately apologised.
It seems I was literally breaking everybody's heart by being with the demon kings.

"No it's not your fault" Henry waved it off with a hand but I could tell he was hurt.
"Forces beyond your control put you here but I just want you to know that I will always care for you and you will always have a special place in my heart" he added grabbing hold of my hands.

"You will always have a place in my heart too Henry. Always and forever. Thank you for staying with me" I smiled before engulfing him in a hug.

"Take care of Sharon please. Stay with her once you both go back to earth" I requested once we I pulled out.

"Ofcourse. Someone has to make sure she keeps out of trouble" he laughed.
"I'll have to go now. Take care of yourself ok"

I chortled and nodded.
"You look beautiful Mina" he added the name on purpose and I found myself blushing watching him leave my chamber.

I stayed by myself, trying to recount all what I went through during the past couple of days.
It was such a spine chilling experience with the memories and confessions but I'm glad it was worth it.

My mind darted to Cory. He promised he would be back but not in this lifetime.
A smile broke on my lips remembering his words.

I didn't know how long I had been thinking or how long I had been standing by myself but the slow opening of the doors of my chamber snapped me out of my reverie.

It was my mates.
They looked so handsome and breathtaking. I couldn't keep my eyes off them and neither could they keep their gaze off me.

"Wow" Aklyn breathed.
"You look so..enthralling..spellbinding. beautiful" Nelyx added with an enchanting look in his blue orbs.

I smiled gracefully at them.
"The ceremony is about to start. Shall we go down now Queen?" Aklyn asked, stretching out his hand for me to grasp.

I walked towards him, standing between him and Nelyx and taking hold of his large hand whilst interlocking my other hand with Nelyx's.

We walked out of my chamber hand in hand, a wide smile forming on my lips.
I was going to be crowned as the demon queen today.

I didn't know what the future held in store for me and my mates but I knew we would face a lot of trials and I was ready to stick by them.
Because I know whenever a story ends, it just opens the door for a new story and I was going to write mine with my mates beside me.
