Chapter 100

Achilles stepped closer to Shea, his bare chest still glistening with sweat. The proximity made her breath hitch, but his presence steadied her nerves.

"It's going to be fine," he said, his deep voice soft and reassuring. "Your mom deserves to know everything that's happened. About us, about who you really are."

His hand found hers, fingers intertwining with gentle strength. The touch sent warmth through her body, grounding her. Shea nodded, drawing courage from his support.

She dialed her mother's number, putting the phone on speaker. After two rings, Emilia's voice came through. "Shea? Is everything okay?"

"Mom," Shea's voice cracked with emotion. "I'm sorry I haven't called. So much has happened..."

"Tell me everything, sweetheart."

Achilles squeezed her hand as Shea began to explain - about meeting him, discovering her true nature, the Von Lunar family's protection, and the growing conflict with the Hawkins faction. Her mother listened quietly.

"I've transformed, Mom. I'm like Dad was," Shea's voice grew stronger. "And Achilles... he's been helping me understand everything. He's important to me."

"I knew this day would come," Emilia's voice was thick with emotion. "Your father would be so proud of you, Shea. And grateful to the Von Lunars for protecting you."

They talked for nearly an hour, mother and daughter reconnecting across the distance.

Shea's grip tightened on Achilles's hand as she delved deeper into everything that had happened. "Mom, there's more. We're going to war with the Hawkins faction. They want me because... because I'm special."

"Special?" Emilia's voice wavered through the speaker.

"My blood is rare. It could create the strongest generation of werewolves." Shea took a steadying breath. "But that's not all. We think we might know who killed Dad."

The line went silent for a moment. When Emilia spoke again, her voice was barely above a whisper. "You do?"

"The Hawkins faction has been acting suspicious. Their leader Donovan... he knows things he shouldn't about that night." Shea's voice grew stronger, more determined. "I'm going to find out exactly what happened to Dad. I promise you, Mom - I'll make them pay for what they did to him."

A choked sob came through the phone. "After all these years..." Emilia's voice cracked with emotion. "Your father would be so proud of you, sweetheart. So proud of the woman you've become."

"I miss him every day," Shea whispered, tears rolling down her cheeks. Achilles wrapped an arm around her shoulders, pulling her close.

"We both do," Emilia said. Her voice grew stronger, filled with fierce pride. "Make them answer for what they did to Vincent. Show them what a Wolfe is capable of."

"I will, Mom. I promise." Shea wiped her tears away. "I won't let them get away with it."

"That's my girl." The smile was evident in Emilia's voice. "Your father's strength lives on in you. Make them remember his name."

Shea ended the call with her mother, her heart feeling both lighter and heavier. Achilles's arms wrapped around her from behind, his chin resting on her shoulder.

"You did good," he murmured, pressing a soft kiss to her neck. "How are you feeling?"

"Better, actually." Shea leaned back against his chest, drawing comfort from his warmth. "I've been wanting to tell her everything for so long. About us, about what I am now."

Achilles hummed in agreement, his hands running soothingly up and down her arms. The simple touch grounded her, reminding her she wasn't alone anymore.

"Your mother's strong," he said. "Just like you."

Shea turned in his arms, facing him. Her fingers traced the sharp line of his jaw. "I meant what I said. About making them pay for what they did to my father."

"I know." His blue eyes held hers, fierce and protective. "And I'll be right there beside you when you do."

A knock at the door interrupted them. Lucius's voice came through. "If you two are decent, we need to discuss our next move."

Shea couldn't help but smile at Achilles's annoyed expression. She pressed a quick kiss to his lips before calling out, "Come in!"

The door opened, revealing Lucius with a stack of papers in his hands. His knowing smirk made Shea blush, but she lifted her chin defiantly. There was work to be done, and she was ready.

Lucius spread the papers across his desk, his expression grave. Maps and documents detailed the territories surrounding Lockewood, with various markings indicating faction boundaries and potential strategic points.

"The Hawkins have been gathering allies," he said, pointing to several marked locations. "Small packs, mostly, but enough to boost their numbers significantly."

Shea leaned forward, studying the maps. Her fingers traced the lines between territories, mind working through the implications. Beside her, Achilles's warmth was a steady presence.

"We have allies too," Achilles said, his voice firm. "The Ember Watch has already pledged support, and Marcus thinks he can convince the Iron Claw to join us."

"It's not just about numbers," Lucius reminded them. "The Hawkins fight dirty. They'll use every advantage they can get." His fingers drummed against the desk. "We need to be prepared for anything."

Shea straightened, squaring her shoulders. "Then we train harder. Get stronger." Her green eyes flashed with determination. "I won't let them use me as a bargaining chip."

"That's my girl," Achilles murmured, pride evident in his voice. His hand found hers under the table, squeezing gently.

Lucius nodded approvingly. "We'll step up training tomorrow. For now, get some rest. You'll need your strength."

As Lucius left, Achilles couldn't help but whistle. "I know that look," he teased, a playful glint in his eyes. "Admiring the view?"

Shea felt her cheeks flush, but she met his gaze boldly. "Maybe I am."

Stepping closer, he caged her in with his arms, their bodies flush against each other. "You shouldn't keep these things to yourself," he whispered, his breath warm on her skin. "Tell me what you're thinking."

"I'm thinking," she began, her voice low and husky, "that there might be a way to cool you off."

That earned her a growl, deep and primal. Achilles's eyes glinted with desire as he captured her lips in a hungry kiss. It was fiery and passionate, a clash of tongues and desperate need.

His hands ran down her sides, igniting trails of goosebumps, while hers tugged at his pant, desperate to feel his skin. The room echoed with the sound of clothing shedding, a symphony of desire.

When they were both bare, Achilles swept her into his arms, pressing her against the wall. His mouth found the sensitive spot below her ear, sending shivers down her spine. "You drive me crazy," he muttered against her skin.

Shea's fingers raked through his hair, tugging gently as she arched against him. "Then let me cool you off."

He chuckled, the vibrations tickling her skin. "Oh, you will."

Steam filled the bathroom as hot water rained down on them, slicking their skin. Achilles pressed Shea against the shower wall, his mouth claiming hers in a hungry kiss. His hands roamed her body, exploring her curves with relentless desire.

Shea's fingers scraped down his back, leaving trails of fire wherever they touched. She gasped into his mouth as he lifted her, wrapping her legs around his waist.

His eyes bored into hers as he thrust his thick cock into her, their gazes locked. Shea gasped as her pussy adjusted to the girth.

"I love you, Achilles"
