CBR BUILDING**

The night was dark already, only Charlie could be seen sitting at the veranda. She couldn't sleep so she thought if it's best for her to take in some fresh air alone.

"Charlie, what are you doing out?" Brielle asked, as she found her way in with a glass of drink.

Charlie looked back at her and smiled.

"I thought you were asleep," she muttered.

Brielle scoffed and came to sit beside her.

"You know I'm not a big fan of sleeping and everything is so boring. I tried teasing our neighbors but he has gone to bed so I'm eating" Brielle showed Charlie the glass she was holding.

"I'm thirsty, can I have it?" Charlie asked.

"Sure" Brielle stretched it to her and Charlie collected it then gulped it whole immediately.

She sighed when she was done and stared at the sky again.

"Tell me if something is bothering you" Brielle asked gently.

Charlie pouted her wet pink lips as she looked at Brielle.

"I saw a boy Brielle and each time I see him, I feel so weird" she muttered.

Brielle straightened up.

"Which boy, it must be the witch!" She said sharply.

"No!" Charlie shook her head, stopping Brielle's thought immediately.

"He's not the witch I know that" she added afterwards.

"Then how weird does he makes you feel?" Brielle asked.

"I don't know" Charlie muttered and closed her eyes. She could see his back view playing the piano then when he turned to look at her, his smile...

Her heart began beating fast.

"Here" she brought Brielle's hands to feel her chest.

Brielle frowned and narrowed her eyes.

"Why is your heart beating this way?" She asked and withdrew her hands.

"I don't know, it happens each time I look at him, he smiles at me, even when he looks at me, my stomach feels weird, it's like there are many butterflies in" Charlie pouted and rubbed her stomach.

While she was still in space, Brielle was having some good thinking.

"Heartbeat extra fast, butterflies in your stomach when he stares at you, are you sure you're not in love with him?"

The moment Brielle said that, Charlie turned to look at her.

"In love? You think I'm love?" She asked.

"Well if you're not then what else?" Brielle asked back.

Charlie shook her head.

"I can't be in love with him, I just met him and besides I promised master not to get involved into any romantic relationship with the humans so why would you ask that?" Charlie almost yelled.

Her eyes were already teary with the possibility that it might be true.

"I'm glad that you remembered our mission here Charlie. Figure out what's going on with you and sort it down, you're a senior now so you shouldn't let us down" Brielle replied in a hard voice.

She stood up and left the veranda immediately.

A tear drop rolled down Charlie's beautiful cheeks.

"You're smarter than this Charlie, it's not too late to stop things" she muttered to herself and immediately dried her cheeks

NEXT MORNING★ BILLS MANSION**

"Nora, Jade, breakfast is ready!!" Tiffany yelled over from the dining table.

Nora opened the door of her room as so as Jade but Jade was putting on a new sunglasses.

"What's with the glasses?" Nora asked.

Jade frowned at Nora before finding her way downstairs. Nora sighed and followed behind.

"Jade my dear,I made your favorite today so please sit for breakfast" Tiffany smiled.

"Mom I told you that I don't eat breakfast, I'm on a diet" Jade crossed her arms.

"Why do you need to diet? You're already perfect and by the way, what's with the sun glasses?" Tiffany then asked.

Nora ignored their conversation and sat down, she began helping herself with bread and peanut butter spread.

"Mum I'm a girl okay? I'm not Nora and I need to take care of myself! I can't just eat everything I see and for the last time, I know how to drive so don't bother about me" Jade replied and stormed out.
After she had left, Nora put a slice of bread on her an empty plate.

"Mum please have a sit and eat something" she said.

Tiffany nodded and sat down.

"Jade keeps giving me headaches everyday, I think I'd die early some days" she groaned and shoved a slice of bread in her mouth, chewing angrily.

CAMBRIDGE HIGHSCHOOL**

👥We saw your interview, you guys looked really handsome in matching outfits!

👥Micah is that a new hairstyle?

👥OMG! Harrison is looking extra ordinary cute with his glasses on!

The students and also fans of DMGH complemented them as they stepped out of their car.

They found their way to the classroom and the students also followed them there.

In class, Nora was already around, sitting at the front and as usual, reading. When DMGH entered the class, she immediately looked up, hoping Declan looks at her and remembers her but he didn't pay her any attention.

Guess she was back to square one again. She pouted her lips sadly.

👥Look it's that girl of yesterday!

👥She's looking extra pretty today!

👥I think her name is Charlie!

👥Charlie, how are you?

Nora looked up at Charlie and no lie, she was looking extra pretty today, does it mean that Charlie gets pretty everyday?

"Why is no one talking about the other girl that looks like a boy?" Gael muttered as his eyes were on Brielle.

"Why? Interested?" Declan smirked and Gael rolled his eyes.

Declan looked at Charlie, she looked at him too and he smiled but she took her face away.

"Weird" he muttered.

Soon a young strict looking lady who's popularly known as the art teacher arrived and the noisy class became silent.

"So who can tell me where we stop at in our last class" she asked with her usual strict voice.

Her gaze were on Nora who was raising up her hands as usual.

"We stopped at heroes and leaders" Nora had a smile on her face as she replied.

"Good who can tell me the differences between heroes and leaders?" The art teacher asked again.

Nora raised her hands up again but this time, Charlie raised hers too.

Seeing someone different who volunteered to answer, the teacher picked Charlie.

"Heros accomplish great things while leaders mobilize organizations to achieve much bigger things than any one person could ever accomplish alone" she replied.

The art teacher looked impressed.

"Another one" she asked again.

"Heros overcome obstacles, leader teach others to find opportunity in adversity" Charlie replied with her chin up.

A small smile formed on the art teacher's face.

"Last one" she said.

Charlie pressed her hands on her chin and smiled.

"Heros react to the present while leaders proactively build the future" she said.

"Very good, class give her an applause" the art teacher said with a smile.

This would be the first time the art teacher would smile and people began clapping out loudly.

Nora slowly put her hands down and looked around, she caught Declan clapping with a smile, he was staring at Charlie but his eyes were...

His eyes were different.

"New student?" The art teacher asked and Charlie nodded.

"I'm impressed, I want to be seeing your face everyday in front of my class" she said with a smile.

"Okay ma'am" Charlie smiled and turned to her side to look at Nora.

Nora immediately looked down.

Charlie turned back to smile at Brielle and Roman, she looked towards Declan's direction, he was looking at her and ended up stealing a heartbeat from her again.

She immediately looked elsewhere.

Declan frowned at her behavior. This would be the second time she's doing this to him.

The door opened and Jade stepped in with her dark sunglasses covering her eyes.

"And if I may ask, why are you coming to school by this time?" The art teacher crossed her arms under her breast.

"My tire got flattened" Jade replied and without waiting, she went to her sit.

"She's always feisty" a student murmured from behind.

Jade dropped her bag and sat beside Sophie.

"Babe any problem? Why are you late today?" Sophie asked.

Jade turned to look at her face but something caught her attention on Sophie's ear that made her heart skipped a beat.

Sophie was putting on a familiar earring.

"That earring? Is it yours?" She asked slowly.

"What?" Sophie asked and Jade brought her hands to touch the earring on Sophie's ear.

"This... Where's the other ear?" Jade swallowed the tight lump forming on her throat as she asked.

Sophie immediately touched one of her ears and moved back a bit.

"I don't know" she muttered.

Jade stood up immediately which startled Sophie.

"What's wrong?" Sophie asked.

"I'll be outside" she forced a smile and ran out of the class immediately.

The students looked at themselves, Brielle narrowed her eyes as she watched her leave.

LADIES ROOM**

She could still recall that earring of last night at Elijah's place and he was shirtless and breathing heavily.

"Is he cheating on me with Sophie?" She thought and took off her glasses.

The injury of yesterday was still there and it left her with a black eyes.

"But why would Sophie do this to me? She's my best friend" she asked herself with a confused expression.

"These days, we don't really know who to call best friend" a voice sounded behind her.

Jade began looking for her sun glasses but suddenly couldn't find it where she kept it anymore.

"Who's there?" She asked in a hard voice.

The dark shadow of the person behind her smirked.

"Turn around and you'll find out".
