chapter six

Tatina POV

Mr.Craig sits on the side of his bed. "You can go back to your room now," he says.

I gather myself. I am not sure how I feel. I wasn't expecting him to snuggle up to me and tell me he was in love with me, but I wasn't expecting him to just toss me aside either.

"Yes sir," I say. I get out of the bed and dress myself. I start to cry. Why the hell am I crying?

"Stop that. I am not mad at you. I am mad at myself. I shouldn't have done that with you. It was wrong of me. I am sorry. Go back to your and take a bath. I will come to see you tonight and we can talk," he says.

"Yes sir," I say.

I go out of his room and walk swiftly to his room. I wonder if he thinks I am a whore. I should've said No. I go into the bathroom and run myself a bath. I slip out of my clothes. I check the water to see if it is hot. I need hot water to wash the whore off of me. Evidently, I just acted like one. I grab some bubbles out of the cabinet. I pour the bubbles into the tub. When the tub is full I slide into it. I am never getting out of this tub.

Mr.Craig POV

She was so soft and sweet. I have done some terrible things since Julie died. None of which I deserve forgiveness for. Tatina is beautiful and young. She is frail but that is not her fault. It is those idiots that raised her fault. She deserves more. Most of the women who land here deserve what happens to them. Not Tatina. She deserves more and I am going to make things right with her.

Lila knocks on my door. "Come in," I say.

"Well, Is she ripe and ready to breed?" she asks.

"She is, but we are not breeding her. I am going to allow her to stay here. Order another bitch from the auction house. Tatina is mine," I say firmly.

"What?? But she is worth so much. I do not understand. Is it Julie?" she asks.


"She is from the same tribe as Julie. She reminds me of her. I am keeping her. If you do not like it well then you can leave," I say.

"No No No I understand. She is beautiful, but she is just so tiny and frail. She is so naïve. She needs a lot of training Mr.Craig," Lila says.

"Then we will get her trained up to be my wife. Can you handle that? Can you be in charge of that? Get another girl for our auction Saturday, But do not let Tatina know," I say.

"Yes sir," Lila says.

LILA POV

Great Now I have to get someone to go bid in the damn auction and get a girl here before Saturday. What if there aren't any ripe Fairies in the auction tonight. This is just great. More work for me. I go upstairs to my office. I pull out my laptop and pull up the auction site. I put in Fairy female age 21. I wait for the search to load.

I think I hear crying. I do Tatina is crying. I cannot feel sorry for her. I cannot deal with her right now. I have to find a girl for our Saturday night breeder auction. What am I worried about? As soon as she finds out about his breeding business she will leave him anyhow.

Three girls are available for bidding tonight at the Vampire Authority district three auctions. I will send Jackson. I am going to have him bid on all three just in case Mr.Craig decides to fall in love with another one. I cant deal with this damn crying. I will go check on here after I text Jackson.

I pull out my phone and scroll to Jacksons' number.

*VAMPIRE AUTHORITY DISTRICT THREE AUCTION GO TONIGHT!*



Lila POV

Jackson has to text me constantly about the breeders. I should've just went myself. I have got three says to get another breeder ready for Mr. Craig's auction on Saturday night. I wonder how he plans to explain that to Tatina. She will hate him when she finds out. As soon as she decides she is done with him, I will auction her off.

I believe I can still get a pretty penny for her. He just had to take her virginity, but considering the tribe, she is from I can still get a lot of money for her. There are not many left from the aurora tribe. My phone is dinging again. I check my phone. Jackson. Damn him. He doesn't have enough sense to even walk around.

*Got three. Adeline, Adomele, and Aurora *

Well, finally the boy did something right. We have to keep them in the basement far away from Tatina. I cannot have her feeling sorry for them and letting them go. I will let Mr.Craig enjoy her for a while then I will make sure she knows everything he is up to.

Tatina POV

I am exhausted. I lay down in my bed. I have cried until I don't think I can cry anymore. I don't understand why he is mad at himself over me. I enjoyed being with him. It was nice to have someone touch me. I want to know why he was upset. I am going to ask him tomorrow. I probably shouldn't but I need to know.

Enough feeling sorry for myself. I am in a beautiful home full of everything my heart could possibly desire. I could text Jayne and ask for her help. Lila said Jayne's number is saved in my new phone. I get out my phone and scroll for Jayne's number. I select her name from the contact list.

*Jayne. It is me Tatina. Mr.Craig got me a phone. I want to talk when you have time*

Hopefully, she will get back to me soon. I wait patiently for her response. I take the phone with me to bed. I want to sleep. The phone dings.

*Hey Love. I am working the vampire authority auction close by. I will be home tomorrow. I will come by at noon to take you to lunch and show you the city. I will let Craig know. *

I text back. * See you then*

Great. I can get some answers tomorrow. I curl up and close my eyes.

Craig POV

I have to apologize to her tomorrow. I know she is heartbroken. My phone dings.

*I will be home tomorrow. I will be picking Tatina up at noon for lunch. I hope to see you too*

Jayne, she always knows when she is needed. I don't want to see her yet. I will make sure Tatina is ready for Jayne tomorrow. I will go up and apologize to her.

I go up the stairs slowly. I have no idea what to say to her when I get up there. I come to her door and knock lightly.

"Tatina can I come in?" I ask.

She doesn't answer. I turn the door and it is locked. A good girl she listens. I take the key to her room out of my pocket. I insert the key and unlock the door.

When I go into her room she is curled up in the bed asleep. Her face is puffy. She has been crying. I hate that I upset her so much. I brush her hair from her face. I kiss her on the forehead. She opens her eyes and looks at me. She is not scared.

"Hi," she says softly.

I smile at her. "Can I lay with you?" I ask.

She moves over to make room for me in the bed with her. I gently lay in the bed with her. I wrap my arm around her. I snuggle her. I could lay here next to her forever.

"Can I stay here with you all night?" I ask her softly.

"Yes," she says.

"Jayne is coming for you tomorrow. She is taking you to lunch," I say to her.

She snuggles in closer to me. "okay," she says.

She drifts off to sleep. I watch her sleep for a while. She is beautiful. I will give her everything. I will give her more than I ever was able to give Julie.
