Priya and Nunew's history
Author Pov:
Now apart from Bella, there is someone else who was very close with crown prince Nunew, and her name is Priya.
………..
In the castle, Priya, the Head Maid, used to be close to Prince Zee. Rumor has it that they were really close.
People said they were once lovers, but things changed when he moved to the cursed Castle. They drifted apart, and Priya hoped he'd realize her worth.
Priya's room, tucked away in the castle, held pictures of her and Nunew, capturing moments of their past. She managed her duties as the Head Maid but secretly hoped for the old connection to spark again.
Every small interaction with Prince Nunew became a chance for Priya to revive their connection. A word, a look, or a touch during ceremonies showed her dedication.
Despite rumors and time passing, Priya believed her loyalty could bring them closer again. Her graceful moves through the castle hinted at her hope that Nunew would see the woman who had always served him.

Nunew's POV:
"What is the matter again, Bella?!" I growled as another knock echoed at the door.
I was seated in my private library, quietly reading one of the ancient books on the creation of vampires.
The door creaked open, and to my surprise, it wasn't Bella but Priya, the Head Maid, who stood in the doorway, her eyes a mix of determination and apprehension.
I grumbled at the intrusion, irritated with the interruption of my precious alone time. I spoke in my rough, rough voice to encourage Priya to walk in.
Priya walked in, closing the door behind her. Her appearance made me uneasy, seeing how she hadn't bothered to change into a decent dress, instead she wore a revealing cloth.
"Don't you know how dangerous it is to barge in dressed like this?" I shouted. I sat up on my knees and shook my arms to prove how angry I was.
She stared at me. I scowled at her for a moment, forgetting my manners.
Priya's eyes filled with concern as she came and sat on a chair right next to me.
"How are you doing, your highness?" She asked, and seducingly shook her huge breasts at me.
I looked at her, confusion in my eyes.
"I don't understand. I thought you were going to tell me something important about Bella,” I said, trying to make sense of her behavior.
Priya crossed her arms, scowling at me.
"I have been informed that you sent Bella away from your room in the middle of the night." She said with a low menacing voice, and twisted her lips seducing.
Her expression quickly changed to sadness.
"No, no, Prince Nunew, please tell me that's not true,” she said, grabbing my hand.
"Priya, don't you understand? I don't have feelings for you! We were never together." I started with a disapproving look on my face.
She shook her head and her hand fell to her lap.
"Prince Nunew, you're hurting me, what are you saying?!"
"It's okay Priya, I know how you feel. I know that in some way, I have failed you, that you still feel bitter towards me." I said as I slowly reached for my glass of wine.
Priya's eyes glistened with a mix of unshed tears and frustration. "Prince Nunew, it's not bitterness. I've been loyal to you, and I've hoped for a chance for us to rekindle what we had."
I sighed, placing the ancient book I was reading on the table. "Priya, things changed when I moved to the cursed Castle. We can't dwell on the past. I need you to focus on your duties as the Head Maid."
She leaned in closer, her perfume filling the room. "But, my prince, I can't suppress my feelings. I've tried, but seeing you with Bella, it's unbearable."
I looked at her with a stern expression. "You are not just a servant. There's nothing between us."
She shook her head, her voice wavering. "I can't believe you sent her away. I thought there was a chance for us."
"Priya, I've made my decision," I said firmly, trying to convey the finality of the situation.
"But what about us? What about everything we had?" Her desperation was palpable.
"We had something in the past, Priya, but that's where it belongs. We need to move forward," I responded, my patience wearing thin.
She looked down, a mixture of disappointment and sorrow on her face. "If that's your decision, Prince Nunew, then I'll respect it. But know that my feelings won't just disappear."
"Thank you Priya, now go!" I shouted in frustration.
"Apologies, my Prince for the intrusion, but there is one more thing I think you should know," Priya spoke, her voice holding a subtle tremor. "It's about the new slave that you bought, Mulan. There's an incident I believe you should be aware of."
My gaze lifted from the book, curiosity replacing the annoyance that lingered moments ago. "Speak, Priya. What has happened?"
Priya began recounting the tale of Mulan and the cupcake incident. As she unfolded the details, I listened intently, my expression a stoic mask. The drama of maids, particularly new ones, was becoming a routine in this castle.
Once Priya finished, I leaned back in my chair, contemplating the situation. "Okay. See to it that the necessary actions are taken." I deadpanned, but Priya was not satisfied by my response.
Priya, however, wasn't content with a mere acknowledgement. She leaned in closer, her eyes searching for a reaction. "Prince Nunew, this isn't a trivial matter. Such behavior from a servant reflects poorly on the castle's standards. I believe a more decisive action should be taken."
I sighed, realizing that Priya might have her own agenda in presenting this information. "Priya, the maids are under the jurisdiction of Damon, the Assistant Head Maid. She will handle the situation accordingly. Now, unless you have something of utmost importance, I'd appreciate some solitude."
She hesitated for a moment, a flicker of disappointment crossing her face. "Of course, Your Highness. I only thought it was my duty to inform you."
"Great! And you have, now, leave, please!" I replied as politely as I could.
"I'd like to talk to you. But, please don't make me wait in your study," Priya spoke as she turned to walk away, trying to hide the disappointment she felt.
"I'm not sure. I think I'd rather do some paperwork instead of talking to you." I replied curtly, and tilted my head to the side.
"You're not going to change your mind, are you?" She asked, placing a hand on my shoulder.
But I quickly removed her hand from my shoulder.
I looked up, slightly amused. "No, I'm not.
But, I won't discourage you from trying to gain my heart.
Anyways, I thought you understood by now that I don't do anything more after giving my decision on matters."
Priya sighed, realizing the futility of her attempts. "I understand, Prince Nunew. But sometimes, hearts have a way of changing."
I chuckled, a hint of irony in my tone. "Priya, this isn't a romance novel. We live in a world where decisions, once made, stand firm."
She nodded, disappointment lingering in her gaze. "Very well, Your Highness. I shall leave you to do your paperwork. If you ever find the need to talk, I'll be here."
