Chris was stunned.
A staff member who knew Viola said, "This is the managing director of Angle Group."
"Oh, the managing director. I thought the boss of Angle Group came."
Chris and his gang burst into laughter.
Viola was composed. She walked to Jason and checked if he was injured.
Fortunately, Jason was just frustrated by them today and didn't let them beat him.
After confirming that Jason was fine, Viola walked to a chair and sat down.
She was so tired and refused to stand while she negotiated with Chris.
But Chris felt that Viola didn't respect him by sitting there.
"He works for Angle Group and has pissed me off. The contract with your company has a problem. Is this how you beg me?"
"Who told you I'm here to beg you?"
Chris had a confused look on his face.
Viola changed to a comfortable position rather than standing up. Jason noticed that she looked very tired, stood behind her, and started massaging her shoulders.

Viola cleared her throat and said, "You said there was something wrong with the contract you signed with Angle Group, so you held Jason up and asked him to work for extra time, right?"

"The contract gives the artist a set time. The terms should be abided by both parties. You held him up and forced him to work overtime for free. He refused, and you threatened to ruin him.
"You are shameless and lack work ethics, and you have committed the crimes of a physical threat and unlawful detention. Angle Group's legal department will handle this if you try me again. Is that what you want?"
When she spoke, Chris wanted to interrupt several times, but Viola didn't give him the chance by finishing her sentences in one go.
"My company won't let you bully its workers at will. Mr. Patrick is indeed very famous in the film and television industry, but unfortunately, Angle Group despises you. Our cooperation ends here!"
Viola got up and was about to leave with Jason.
Chris was furious and snapped, "Don't regret it! You were the one who broke the contract, and you will have to pay a huge compensation for the breach of the contract!"
Viola turned around and shot him a sharp look. "Then I'm sorry. You won't get a penny from me. Instead, you will pay me for what happened today!"
