After all been said by Mr Micheal, mrs Jane became oblivious about the whole situation, and after a whole lot of silence and deep thinking by Mrs Jane and Mr Micheal, the silence broke by a patient who was just passing by.

"Good afternoon doctor." The patient said.

"Oh madame, good afternoon, how's your health, hope you're all good." Doctor Micheal said.

"Oh Yes doctor, I'm all good I'll be discharged tomorrow I wish." The patient said.

"Oh that's great news." Mr Micheal said.

"Ok doc, let me run along." The patient said.

"Ok ma, yes as I was saying nurse Jane, I think your stay in this hospital are numbered, due to that incident at Mr Herry's ward." Mr Micheal said.

"That was an honest mistake sir, I shouted out of excitement and joy that Mr Herry woke up due to our medications, because he's bcase was a critical one, I couldn't even believe he could make it, so out of joy I shouted, sir it wasn't intentional for him to go back to sleep." Nurse Jane said with remorse.

" I know but I'm not sure you can still work with me anymore, because the DIN and the Administrator are angry with you and they've come to conclusion that I should have you sacked, and you know Mr Herry is a VIP patient, and any single mistake from our side will have effects on me especially, and am trying to avoid regrets from those that brought in Mr Herry here, am so sorry Mrs Jane, there's nothing I can do, I really would love you to keep working with me but as it stands now I have now say of my own right now I have been begging on your behalf even fought with the administrator and the DIN all because of you, and any more action from me because of this issue, my job will be at stake, and you know how I love my job, nurse Jane am very sorry all these are happening, to be honest I never planned for all these, but I know something for sure, that you'll get a more better and suitable place to work, where you'll have oeacenof mind, and also have a good pay, I have to say this but have a nice day." Me Micheal said.


"Thanks doc, for all you've said, I think you're right, I don't need to work under a man, am an employer of labour, I think this is the opportunity God has given me to break through, all these promiscuity in my life but one thing I know for sure is that,, their reason for my sack was all because of money, but all the best, I know things happens for a reason, thanks doc, for all you've been doing, you're support, care, teaching, love, wisdom, tolerance, perseverance, peace making and impartiality, thanks so much for all you do doctor Micheal, I bet to take my Leave now, Good bye." Nurse Jane said.

"Ok nurse, am sorry this has to happen to you, but God knows best." Doctor Michael said.

Nurse Jane packed her bags, and left the hospital, all obnoxious and anxious.
Doctor Michael took a deep sigh and was thinking deep,
"Who is going to help now? Who can do those this nurse Jane does, she is the only one who has always helped me in this damm hospital,
But now she is going, what will I do? How will I cope?
What vis the next step to take?
How sure I am that the next nurse that will come is going to be as good as nurse Jane?
Nurse Jane has always been and will always be the best nurse I have ever met in this hospital,
She knows everything about me and this hospital, she also knows about all my in and out in this hospital,

She also know how to add to the progress of this hospital,
For the first day I knew her in this hospital, She has always been positive and she also knows how to manage ever single thing in this hospital,
She leaves this hospital will also be a very bad news to some patients here,
Most of the conscious patient are already getting use to her,

She has been the one taking care of them till they regained consciousness,
Some of this patient in this hospital even refused to eat their food till, nurse Jane comes,

This hospital do not know what they are about to miss if they drive miss Jane of this hospital,

They don't know that this woman spends all her time thinking about how she would be of help to the complete up lift of this hospital,
Chasing her away is just like chasing out all of their progress and success," the doctor said inside to himself,
This whole situation about nurse Jane, have really gotten the doctor into a state of dilemma,
He can't even point out the reason for all this,

All he knows that they are just happening to his, it is something that could be settled amicably, and not to get to the extent of chasing her out of the hospital,

And the most annoying part of this whole situation is that;
Majority of the doctor and DINs that are in support of nurse Jane to leaving the hospital are new and low ranked doctors,
While the DINs that were in support are newly officially made DINs, they are new comers and not supposed to talk when other DINs should be talking,

There was one of the DIN that really got me aggravated, this DIN was saying a lot of annoying things that could make every other DINS in the hospital go against the nurse Jane.

As doctor Michael kept on thinking, he saw the administrator and the DIN,

They were both talking about the same issues, of the nurse Jane,
They were both saying that the nurse is a very stupid as useless idiot, they also said stuffs like they would never want to see her every In this hospital,

"What are they so bitter and hot towards nurse Jane?
I know she kind of did something wrong but they should not just blame her, they should try to understand that fact that no body is above mistakes,
They themselves aren't superior over the fact that no one is perfect."
The doctor said to himself,
"Hey doctor, where is your personal assistant? I heard she is wanted, Ha hA HA ! ! !," they both laughed as they burst into laughter,
It seems like the are only here to mock the doctor,
They know is a sad thing to see someone really close to you sadly leave the hospital,

"Why are you guys so wicked? I knew you both had an interior motive,
Who knows, you guys may have been that once that plotted against her because; the last time I checked, a wicked person is capable of doing anything they can kill and pretend like they never did anything." The doctor said to them with a very aggrat expression on his face,

"Oh h h h well well, ! ! ! ! ! ! Look at how the mad dog cries ,
This is what we wanted after all we wanted to see that confused and aggressive look on you face,
We know you are not a calm guy at all,
We know you are only covering your self in a shelter of a cool gentle and nice guy,

That is this secret to the black magic you used to make all the DINs in this hospital like you," the gave a sharp pause and laughed, then they continued saying, "Well, I guess it is best we tell him the bitter truth we have been hiding from him, or shouldn't we?" One among them asked the other,

"Yes of course, we shouldn't we? We should let him know everything,
We are not the kind of person that keeps our true Intentions as a secret, we always let's our enemies know their stay in our lives," the other replied.

"Ok doctor, this is how it goes doctor, we are very sorry to inform you that the nurse wasn't our target, she only fell into that mess because of you, you were our main target,
You were the person did really want to see In that mess that nurse found herself in," the both said to the doctor,
The doctor was so shocked, h never believed that this is happening,

"What are you all trying to say? You are indirectly confessing to me,
So it was the both of you all along?" The doctor asked them,

" Ha ha ha ! ! ! Oh well, well,
