Final Chapter

Isabelle was restless after Adrian’s surprise visit. Luke noticed that she hardly ate her dinner but he didn’t say anything. She woke up late and with a slight headache next morning because she couldn’t sleep last night thinking about what to do. Her husband didn’t wake her up and he was already gone when she went down. She finally decided not to meet Adrian. She was still very scared that he would go back to their house if she won’t come. But she was more afraid if Luke would find out that she met the man secretly. It was bad enough that he would know that Adrian had strong feelings for her and he would be more furious thinking that she was cheating on him if she met him behind his back. She didn’t want to imagine what he would to both of them once that happened. She wasn’t meeting Adrian but she would leave the house at 3:30 p.m. so if he would go to their house, she wouldn’t be home. If Beth or Tina would see him that was okay. The most important thing was they won’t be seen together.
She window shopped at the mall alone which was a bit far from them because Joyce couldn’t join her. She also saw a movie to kill time. She would go home before Luke’s arrival. She felt that Adrian wouldn’t spend hours waiting for her if he decided to stand by the front of their house. She called Beth to ask about the triplets and she said they were okay. She then turned off her phone in case Luke called her. She would just think of an excuse later. During the trip back to their house, she decided to tell her him everything once she got home. She didn’t want Adrian to blackmail her in the following days in case he would do it out of desperation.
(A few hours ago)
“F*ck!” Luke cursed. That piece of shit is dead meat! He thought.
After he was finished with him, he wouldn’t even dare say his wife’s name. Last night he noticed that Isabelle wasn’t herself. She was on edge. She almost didn’t eat her dinner so when she came up their room, he talked to Beth. He asked if something happened that day. The help said that Isabelle just went to the garden with Danika and nothing unusual happened. But he was Luke Contrero, who couldn’t be easily convinced. Like what he did when Isabelle
flew to Jakarta, he called the homeowners. He would check the CCTV footage.

“Babe…” Isabelle was looking at her husband with fear though he didn’t make any move to come closer to her. He was just glowering at her.
“I’ve talked to Sol but I think there are more ugly things you are hiding regarding you and that *sshole,” he hissed.
She was about to protest but he moved and leaned down to pull the comforter which was under her body and partly covering her. She almost fell off the bed with the force but Luke got her and helped her on her feet. Her breath was almost knocked out off her when he pulled her to him. She was on tiptoe. They were both breathing in gasps. Luke from anger while she from fear.
She had to force herself to speak before things get worse. “I- I s-swear that cheating on you had never entered my mind…babe..!” she cried when his arm on her back tightened
Gritting his teeth he said, “Where did that *sshole got his guts to go to my house and show his f*cking face to you! Do you f*cking know that he was trying to leave his wife for you?!” he hissed.
She gasped. She didn’t know Adrian was married. And she had no idea why he would go to such length to try to have a relationship with her.
“B-Babe I repeatedly told him that I’m already married. I love you so much and I won’t ever cheat on you. The only thing I hid from your cousins was the letter…”
"What letter?!” he rasped.
In a shaky voice, she told him the content of the letter. He released her and turned after she finished talking. He walked to the glass window. His back was on her.
“Finding him was not easy. I have to thank Sol for calling me and telling me that d*ckhead was planning to see you today. If you just saw the shock on his face when he saw me at the cafe you would have laughed. Just imagine, he was waiting for the wife and the pissed as hell husband came instead.” He let out a bitter laugh.
She sat on the edge of the bed since her knees felt weak. She called Sol this morning to tell where and when Adrian wanted to see her.
“I wasn’t planning to go to the place he mentioned. I was ready to tell you everything tonight. I told Sol how I felt about the whole situation. Unlike what you think, I’m not hiding a lot of ugly things. There was nothing and never would be anything between us. I tore the letter immediately after reading it. I never stopped loving you even for a moment when I was in your ancestral home in San Gabriel. Whatever Adrian feels…” she stopped for a second when Luke swore angrily. “..isn’t my fault. I never gave him false hopes. But I couldn’t stop him having such feelings,” she added with her face down as she was sitting on the bed.
She was startled when Luke swore angrily and started to walk to her. Before he reached her, with all the courage she had inside, she stood up and ran to him. Her face was on his chest.
“I love you.. I love you.. Just you ..I love you..” she said repeatedly. She could hear the fast beating of his heart. He was breathing in gasps too as he controlled himself.
“Don’t be surprised if my mother will call you anytime soon. One of her friends saw what I did and she has been calling me but I didn’t take her calls . I don’t feel like talking to her about it. I know she is really upset with me. I made quite a mess at the café. If Luis didn’t stop me, that bastard would have been badly injured. But I am f*cking sure that he won’t attempt to see you again! I found out that he married a woman who is 20 years older than him. He married her for money. Unfortunately, when he regretted marrying her, it was too late. His wife will never let him go. Then he admitted that he only wanted to see you to say goodbye finally. I punched him so hard that he lost consciousness when he said something which made me want to slash his throat right there and then. ” he hissed.
She tightened her arms around him and shut her eyes. She didn’t want to imagine what he did to Adrian. He put a distance between them but his hands were on her arms as he talked.
“ I went to hell and back when you left me. And knowing that some *ssholes desired you while I was away from you, f*cking shit!! I wanted to kill him! That son of a bitch confessed that he has deep feelings for you but his wife told him that she will commit suicide if he will leave her!! He said that she almost killed herself before when he left for San Gabriel so he knew she is capable of doing that again. I won’t let anyone want you! I would kill for you! Do you hear? You are all mine! Even when you are not with me no one can show interest in you!”
She nodded while her lips are quivering. She was about to cry. She was having mixed emotions. Fear, relief, love. “ I am yours. My love for you didn’t wane even when I escaped you. Please forget what happened. I’m so sorry for not telling you earlier because I know you would be furious. Please always remember, my heart only belongs to you,” she said in a voice full of emotions.
She was caught by surprise when all of a sudden, Luke cupped her face and tilted her head for a torrid kiss. He was punishing her but there was no doubt that the kiss was full of passion too. They were almost out of breath when he released her lips.
“ I love you so damn much! I only have one heart to love one woman for eternity. Only one key can open my heart. You, my Mrs. Contrero are the only key. I will love you forever. You are mine. All mine. "
“Yes . I do love you too. Please never doubt me again,” she pleaded.
“I won’t doubt you babe but I don’t trust f*ck*sses! And don’t ever try escaping me again my wife, with or without a good reason! Tomorrow, I will talk to your doctor. There was no problem when you were pregnant with the triplets and when you gave birth to them anyway.”
She gaped. “B-babe? Do you want more kids?” she asked sounding surprised but happy at the same time.
“Yes so the more you have a reason to stay married to me,” he said grinning.
She giggled then he kissed her. His left hand went to one of her tits and the other one on her butt.
“Let’s start making now…” he murmured against her lips.
“Luke! Open this door! “
“ Oh f*ck!” he uttered when they heard her mother-in-law’s angry voice.
She couldn’t help smiling when her husband’s face broke into a heavy frown before he released her.
“Wait a sec babe, ” he sighed heavily then raked his fingers through his hair before opening the door.
She chewed the inside of her bottom lip when her mother-in-law came into view.
“ Do you know that the café where you had beaten someone and broke a lot of stuff is owned by my friend Marie?!” she accused.
“I am going to pay for the damages…” Luke was cut off when his mom angrily spoke again.
“That’s not it! It’s so embarrassing that you did something like that! That is so barbaric!”
Then they heard a loud cry from the corridor.
Beth what happened? ”Luke’s mom asked worriedly and walked from the door to go where the crying was coming from.
Worriedly, Isabelle also wanted to check why was Dylan crying but her husband closed the door and carried her bridal style. He brought her hurriedly to the bed and laid her. His actions were hurried. With disbelief, she sat up while he was taking his clothes off.
“What are you doing babe?!” she asked in a shrill voice.
“Thanks to Dylan! Mom will be busy for a while so let’s have a quickie babe! I want quadruplets this time!”
“Babe..!” she protested but he quickly leaned forward to gently push her back on the bed.
She moaned when his lips engulfed hers. They won’t be only enjoying making more babies, they would also have an addition to their cute triplets who could wake up the neighborhood with their loud cries. Their mission: Make Contrero quadruplets…
