Ch. 32

"Welcome everyone! Today is a Monumentous occasion for our pack. Not just for our pack, but for all packs. I ask that you join me in welcoming my sons as the prepare to be united with their true mate under the light of the goddess." Alcina spoke over the crowd. The backyard had been decorated in twinkle lights and white roses. Various items of food had been prepared, along with a cake. In few days they would host another, smaller celebration for the wedding. Tonight however was all about the pack and letting them see their new Luna. Phoenix wiped the sweat from her palms yet again as she waited for her que.

"Thank you all for coming." She heard Lucien greet.

"Yes thank you and welcome. Tonight is one of the most important nights of our lives." Lucas spoke up.

"Tonight we take a vow with our mate to always protect this pack. We hope you will help us in welcoming our mate." Lucien said.

"Our perfect mate, Phoenix." Lucas introduced and she stepped out from around the corner.

"H-hello. I-I am Phoenix. T-thank you all for b-b-being her with u-us tonight and a-a-accepting m-me as y-your Luna." She felt her face turn red and did her best to stay calm. There were a lot more people than she had expected. Smoothing down her peach colored dress, Phoenix began greeting all the guest of the night. For the next few hours, the thruple greeted guest and made small talk until midnight when Alcina called for attention.


"It is time for their run." She announced. Fear began to bubble inside of phoenix again. She made her way to the edge of the forest with Lucas and Lucien by her side.

"Eyes on me, beautiful." Lucas said turning her to face him. Lucien kissed her shoulder and she heard the zipper to her dress. Feeling the fabric fall to the ground, she did her best to breath and look at Lucas. Soon all three stood before one another completely bare.

"Its time. Lets see the beast you hold inside." Lucien whispered in her ear. After weeks of practice, letting her wolf take over was like breathing. She felt the shift take hold and began to see the world from a wolfs eyes. Her wolf was black, white, and gray, with a white tipped tail. Lucas' wolf was a large black wolf with a white patch on the left eye while Lucien was opposite. Together the three ran around the pack and into the woods. They played and ran together as though they were pups until the sun began to rise. They then made their way back home and climbed into bed, drifting peacefully to sleep after a long night.
