The diary

Chapter 30
Elliot has been staying at his penthouse with his friends after the incident, he hasn't gone home.
So he decided to go and checked how Queenie had taken over his father completely.
He hopped into his Chevrolet and drove out of his house.
He was still driving when his phone rang.
He checked the caller id and it turned out to be the lawyer who is helping him on his mother's case.
Elliot hired him secretly, not letting either his father or stepmother know.
The lawyer has been helping him since two years ago but he wasn't able to find everything because the culprits are very hideous and sharp.
Seeing that he called Elliot became happy immediately because his lawyer called him, it seems the lawyer found out something or wanted to report something to him.
"Hello, Lawyer please talk quickly, I'm driving" Elliot mutters happily and the lawyer gasps at the other end before finally speaking up.
"Alright, can you come to my place now?"
The lawyer replied, And Elliot hung up and took another turn.
He arrived at the lawyer's house immediately.
"Good day, Mr lawyer" Elliot greeted respectfully and the lawyer smiled.
Elliot has taken the lawyer as his father after the death of his mother because he believes he didn't have a father and the president was a living death.
"Welcome Elliot, how have you been?" Mr. Lawyer asked.
"Among all the deceased stuff you gave me, I just found a diary of your mum."
Mr. Lawyer said while Elliot listened with keen interest and he was excited when he heard about the diary.
"So where is it?" He asked and the lawyer gave him the diary.
The diary was written like this……
"It's been a month since I gave birth to my love, Elliot! And since then Kingsley's attitude has changed drastically, he didn't spend time with me as he used to when I'm pregnant, he spent most of his time at his office, so I thought maybe he was stressed."
The next page made tears come out of Elliot's face.
"My baby called me mum for the first time and not only did he peck my cheeks, my cutie is growing so fast. I love this."
"My baby is one year old and he is going to celebrate it. Kingsley told me he is coming home so we waited, till 7pm he didn't come, my love asked of him, he mentioned dada throughout. So my love and I finally cut the cake, we celebrated it among ourselves and I made him and I a matching woolen hoodie."
"We ate the cake and my love eventually slept out. I waited on the couch not sleeping till Kingsley arrived at 1pm reeking of alcohol."
"That night he forcefully made love with me, I cried the whole night thinking about this."
"Elliot's heart felt broken as he read that part, so this is what his mother is going through."
"Mr. Lawyer looks at him and puts his hand on Elliot's shoulder soothingly."
"He very well knows what is in the diary because he read it before Elliot arrived."
"First, he doesn't want to show Elliot but how can the mother's diary not be shown to her son."
"I wasn't able to sleep beside him that night because that really broke my heart, so I slept in my son's room."
"So I think he remembers what happened last night because he didn't see me beside him."
"He was shouting my name but I never answered, he searched through the whole room."
"But I think my love gave him a clue by crying, my love was crying because he wanted to peck mummy's cheek."
"On seeing him, Elliot called dada, he wasn't able to maintain eye contact with me, so he lifted the kid up, he hasn't carried it since he was one month old."
"That day he said "Elliot you are becoming a man." He tickles the boy and I walk away because I don't want to see his horrible face."
"I heard my little bunny shouting dada byday and his response was I will make it up to you big man."
"I had my bath throughout the time he was with my love, I resumed cooking."
"I carried my little love from him and gave him a bath. We enjoyed the bath because we were playing with bubbles."
"I dressed my baby up in a matching woolen hoodie and we rocked. I bend down to my baby height and I peck his fluffy cute cheek, he returns the favour by also pecking my, that has turned into our daily routine."
"I think because of the shame Kingsley wasn't able to leave the house and I also didn't spare him a glance, I fed my baby and we played."
"At 12pm in the afternoon I put my baby to sleep, Kingsley food was on the dining table throughout, and my baby and I ate our own but he didn't touch his."
"I sat on the couch reading one of my favorite novels titled betrothed to a moron by queen. I was so engrossed in the novel that I didn't remember anything else."
"Darling, I'm sorry."
"I looked up to see the owner of the voice on his knees. I focused back on my novel."
He held my leg and whispered "I'm so sorry I was so drunk yesterday."
"He replied but still not earning a reply from me."
"I'm so sorry."
"He said and I broke into tears immediately."
"He hugged me while I hit his chest."
"Why have you changed so much Kingsley? You never come home in time and you never create time for Elliot and I, Why? Why?" I cried eating his chest repeatedly."
"I'm so was all that came out of his mouth, no tangible reason to why he has behaved like that."
"But we made up eventually and he changed, he came back home on time now and he played with Elliot a lot."
Elliot opens the next page.
"The event that happened on the night I went out to do grocery shopping with my love broke my heart."
Elliot doesn't want to continue reading the diary because he knows what he will read on the page he opens will be heartbreaking.
"I went out with my little love who is four years old, but he is now behaving like mummy's husband, he is so sharp for his age."
Elliot smiles, all this memory he doesn't remember.
"Kingsley followed us to the mall because he promised to do the groceries with us, but after we got to the mall, he received a call and went home. My little love and I turned sour. But as not to kill the fun, we shop happily, Elliot got into the cart while I drove him around with our groceries."
"We paid and we waited for Kingsley. Maybe he will come and pick us up and my own car is at home. When we didn't see him in another thirty minutes, we hailed a taxi and went home."
"I held my baby hand and we entered the house, immediately we got inside I noticed some weird sound so I urged my baby to play with his toys and I went inside our room because the weird sound was coming from there."
"The door of our room was wide open, so I entered straightway, on our bed was Kingsley and a woman, the woman was moaning loudly naked."
"My knee became weak instantly, and I called out his name, he became shocked and the woman wore her dress and ran out."
"Kingsley also wore his pants and shirt, but I don't know what happened next because I had fainted."
"I wake up to see myself in the hospital, with my baby beside me."
"But Kingsley is nowhere to be found, I saw another man instead of my husband in the room."
"The guy said "good day madam, his excellency is at the meeting right now and I'm your bodyguard Joe."
"Shocked was an understatement because if I can understand, Kingsley has become the president without me knowing."
"The doctor entered saying I have high blood pressure which can lead to hypertension."
