Aaron's pov

When I went there, I saw the biggest shock of my life.

There stood the people whom I love the most.

Am I dreaming?

I can't believe my eyes. They stood in front of me smiling.

I moved to them slowly, making myself sure by touching him.

Are they for real?

I hugged him tightly crying my heart out. Suddenly I heard a gasp from behind to see my friends were shocked seeing them alive in front of us.

Oh my God!

"Dude I missed you so much Visha," Varun said hugging him tightly.

Yes, Vishal.

My friend Vishal is alive and his wife Vaishnavi who is shedding tears.

"How are you Vaishu?" I asked hugging her.

"I am fine Aaron," she replied smiling.

"Hey don't call me Visha idiot. I am not a girl, ok," Vishal said irritatedly because he hates being called Visha but Varun loves to tease him.

"I missed you Vishal," I said hugging him. Meanwhile someone tugged his hand making me look at him.

A cute little boy who was exact replica of Vishal.

"Meet my son Krish," He said picking the boys in his arms.

After that I took him in my arms and tickled him which made him laugh. Everyone played with him but my wife was his favorite aunt.

Still I think it's a dream. I don't want them to disappear like a fog.

"How?" Rajeev asked hugging him.

"Your little sister," Vishal said pointing towards my wife.

What?

"Yes she only found us with the help of her brother Karthik," Vishal said.

"Guys come, let's eat," Shraddha said gaining everyone's attention.

We agreed to her. I was gazing at her only who was animatedly laughing with Krish.

I think she felt my gaze so she looked at me and immediately lowered her gaze which made her cheeks glow in pink.

"Don't eat her with your eyes. She is all yours," Varun said with a smirk.

Damn! I have to control myself.

After we all settled in our places, Krish slept in my darling wife's arms. Wish I could be in his place.

Damn Aaron, rest your thoughts.

I can't, my mind is glowing with wild thoughts.

"How did you survive guys? Police gave news that you both are dead. When we got the news we were shattered," Rajeev said.

"On that day when you guys sent us to  London we were followed by goons from the airport. We tried to hide from them but unfortunately we got hit by a truck. The people sent by her brother thought we were dead and they left from that place. But we were saved by one of the person present at the accident spot, before getting unconscious. I asked him for help. Later when I woke up I got to know that we're admitted in a hospital by that person whom I asked for help.

After that I tried to wake up but my body didn't help to get up because it was paralyzed and I cried for my situation. I asked for Vaishnavi and they informed me that she is unconscious and good news was that we both were still alive from that dangerous accident.

After doctor informed me that Vaishnavi was awake and good news was that we were expecting baby. That news made me feel alive and smile was not leaving my face. A month sleeping on the same hospital bed made me feel sick. I didn't want to live like this. I wanted to be with my wife and unborn baby.

When my wife's condition was better I informed her about our baby. She cried in  my arms with happiness but I could not reply her back because of my situation. She visited me everyday even in a painful situation.

After that I wanted to inform you people but I got to know that goons who were responsible for our accident were searching for us. So I didn't want you people to get in trouble so I backed out with that plan. With the help of Xander (who helped them at the accident spot) we started our life by changing our identities with different names. Xander is the only person who helped us from the start. We are thankful to him. We owe him our life. After nine months my son arrived in this world which made our life more beautiful.

We couldn't inform you because we didn't want you people and our son to be attacked. We can take the bullet but we can't see our loved ones getting hurt.

After that with the help of Xander we moved to his flat, living like his brother and sister-in-law. We don't know when Xander became our life and he is so much attached to Krish because he lost his family at a very young age. We helped him to get out from his misery. After one year of struggling I started standing on my feet with the help of Vaishu and Xander. Both became my pillars who supported me in everything.

After two and half years I got a call from Xander that someone wanted to meet me and I became pale listening that because I thought Vaishnavi's brother found us and I kept my heart in my hand and went to see four persons sitting in the living room. Vaishu, Xander , Rocky (friend of Xander) and a stranger whom I didn't know. I greeted him with a smile and in return I got a broad smile which was genuine.

Then he introduced himself as Karthik Kumar from India. He informed me that he was sent by his sister Shraddha Aaron Malhotra. I was relieved that he was not one of our enemy.

He informed me that he came here to take us to India to see our loved ones. I was happy and scared. I was happy because finally I was going to meet my family and scared because I didn't want them to get hurt because of us. I refused to return India but Immediately he called his sister and she assured me that nothing was going to happen to us. Then I agreed to come to India," he said making me fall into more guilt.

I couldn't help him when he needed me the most.

I am just a very bad friend.

"Not only you but we are also," I heard from our friends which made me snap my head towards them.

Did I say it loud?

"Yes you did," replied Varun.

Damn! I have to control my mouth.

"You people are not bad. You people are best whom I can't lose," Vishal said hugging us.

I could see everyone was in tears now.

"Aaron you got a gem. She is the only one who will make your life beautiful," Vishal said making everyone smile.

It is true.

Yes she is a gem.

My gem.

My life.

My lady beam.

My wife.

The one who made my life very easy to live, where I can search only happiness and beautiful smiles of my family.

Thank you so much for coming into my life wifey.

After that everyone settled in their rooms. I went to my room and hugged my love for giving me this best birthday gift.

"Happy birthday Aaru," she said kissing my cheek which made my ears turn to red colour.

Damn! I am blushing like a girl.

Get a grip on yourself Aaron. If she gets to know that she will laugh at you.

"I love you and thank you so much for this day. It's the best gift ever," I said kissing her on the forehead.

I slept hugging her tightly and the smile was not leaving my face.

Next day

I woke up to find my bed was empty and went to the washroom to do my morning chores. I changed to the dress which was kept by my lady beam.

I made my way to see everyone was present in the living room laughing.

"Enjoying without me?" I asked breaking their moment.

"Nothing like that. We were waiting for you and in the meanwhile, Varun cracked a joke which made everyone laugh," Vishal said hugging him which made everyone laugh and with that Varun made a disgusted face.

"Ok guys come, let's have breakfast," Dad said calling everyone.

We had our breakfast with merriment and joy that we missed in the past years.

After that Karthik announced, "Brother-in-law I am taking Sister and Vishal brother in law to my house." This made everyone look at him.

"Why?" I actually asked glaring at him which made my wife come between us and she gave a look that 'I will tell you everything'.

"Aaru it's for their safety because I don't want anyone to get doubt on us. They will be staying at my parents house and Karthik will take care of them," she said in determination which made me think for sometime.

"Ok, be careful," I said hugging them.

"Ok," they said making me sigh in relief.

"When is Xander coming?" I asked them.

I really want to meet that guy because he saved the most important persons of my life. I have to thank him.

"He will be here by tomorrow morning," Vaishu said.

"Ok, he will be staying here and no arguments in this matter," I said to everyone.

After that everyone left for their respective jobs.

In the evening when I came to my room I saw my beautiful and gorgeous wife standing there with a mesmerizing smile which could make any man fall for her but she's mine to love and cherish.

She is mine and only mine.

Next what she blurted made my heartbeat stop.
