THE BETRAYAL

After a month, Emma got married. The marriage was in an Indian way, as James loves Indian cultures. The groom under flowery veil and the bride under veil of cloth wearing shervani and Lehnga, they were looking wonderful.
Then circling the fire and doing promises to each other.
Then at the wedding place only they registered their marriage to court.
Later she was taken to James mansion.
There when Emma was changing her dress, the door opened a little and from that James came inside. He was still wearing that flowery veil. When Emma told him to remove it, he removed it.

Hey!! Who are you. Who allowed you to wear James clothes and come inside his room" Emma yelled?

Emma saw an unfamiliar face in front of her.
Meanwhile, James and his parents came.
They saw Emma and the person.

Oh, so you got to know about him. He is your real husband. The person you married is not James but his friend Daniel. He is Daniel Peterson. Do you know why we did this to you because your parents weren't nice people? They killed Daniel's parents" James mother yelled.

Do you remember, your father once going in a car hit my parents' car? Your father though was intact, but my parents died. Later, you father was let on bail.
He was afterwards never sent to jail, just because he was rich" Daniel exclaimed in anger.

Sorry, Emma but I don't like you even a bit" James winked and later went out from the place.

Emma was crying. She was in tears.

Do you know the paper you signed stated that you are my wife and if you'll leave me you'll entire property will be mine.
It was written on the back page, which cleverly we didn't letter you read" Daniel winked at Emma saying that?

You are now my forever wife. And if you want to give divorce to me then including your property you have to pay me 7 billion dollars" Daniel added, leaving Emma with no choice.

Emma had no choice but to go with him to his place.

Daniel took Emma to his house, which was a decent one. It was not that big.
There she was told to do all chores of the house. There will be no servants.

As I didn't take you here to give you an enjoying life,, so you have to work here like a servant. There are some rules for living here.
Like….you cannot make friends, you cannot go outside the house…anything you want will be brought by me….plus you have to sleep with me" Daniel said.

The sudden changes made Emma weeping.
She never wanted to live life like this.
She wanted to have a beautiful life.
But having no other option and the terror that where she will bring other 7 billion from made her accept all his rules.

Daniel was evil plus wounded.
His parents died due to Emma parents. He hates Emma.
He wanted to trouble Emma as much he can, so she could realize how it feels when you do wrong to people. Furthermore, he wanted to take revenge on Emma of his parent's death.
After his parent died, he was only 17 years old. He had no relatives,, so he lived on his own. After facing numerous problems he somehow managed to take a job for him to earn his livelihood and on the other side Emma and his family was living a lavish life.
They were rich.
Daniel wanted to teach Emma and to make her feel the pain that he went through when his parents died.
Though Emma's parents didn't go to jail,, but Daniel wanted to make Emma feel like prison in this house.
