PLEASE, HELP ME

"Umm…it's nothing,' she nervously said and withdrew her hands away from Lilith's and that was when Lilith had this feeling that something was going on, she could see it in her face and knew something was up. "You can tell me what it is, Belle." She persuaded her.

 Belle gazed at Lilith, she knew that if she didn't say anything to her, Lilith wouldn't give up on it. "It's not that bad.'

  "I still want to hear it,' she persisted. "I don't care if it's that bad, I just want to hear it.'

  She gave a shaken breath as she sighed. "Damon broke up with me." She obliged.

  "When…wait…What! Lilith yelled. "He broke up with you, for who? How? And why did he break up with you? What's happening?' Asking all these questions to Belle at once began weighing on their heart as she felt hurt over and over again at the memory of what transpired between her and Damon, how he said he was no longer interested in Belle again.

   Belle burst into tears and began sobbing, Lilith quickly hugged her, consoling her. Belle told her on how she was abandoned by her boyfriend who left her for someone else, saying the lady he cheated on with her was the best person in his life who showed him the way to a real spot in life and she was going to change everything in his life, so he can't always be there for her. He has chosen his path, the path he wanted in life and doesn't want to be with her, which shattered Belle's heart and begged countless times to still be with her, that she was prepared to do anything to please him, be anything he wanted her to be, turn into anything he wanted her to turn into, be filthy wealthy however he wanted her to be, just to stay beside her but he refused.

  He turned deaf ears to her pleadings, as he turned away from her, without giving her a second glance.

  Belle cried so much on Lilith's shoulders. Lilith continued to console her as she clenched her fist at the idea of Damon breaking up with Belle, she loathed him and she wish, she could kick his butt right now and show him how it feels to break someone's heart and wish, he could also experience the same pain he had caused her, that will put him in his place.

    They both consoled themselves and decided to put away their sorrows aside for a while and go hang out, buying themselves a few drinks and getting drunk all night, just to relieve their pain.

  The next morning, Lilith went out with Belle again to forget their sorrows and live the best of their life. She brought things for her and made sure she'd had everything she wanted, which Belle was grateful for and thanked her so much for being in her life.

   Which made Lilith delighted.

  Madam Lucille had been calling Lilith's phone for hours, which she refused to pick up, because she wasn't ready to listen to the complaints she was going to lay on her, she just wasn't in the mood and if she was in the mood, she would have answered it right away.

  Well, she could call her later and give her some fib and clumsy excuses anyway.

   The day had come for Lilith to meet Aldan.

 She got up early in the morning, brushed her teeth, ate her breakfast, did some necessary chores, had her bath, dressed up in one of her best outfits, applied some makeup on her face, sprinkling some nice perfume on her body.

   She was ready, at the same time, but nervous as shit.

   She paced around a little and saw a black car parked in front of her apartment. A man came down from the car in a black suit and it seemed some bodyguards were behind him as he walked inside the building. Lilith got anxious and wondered if they were the people Aldan sent to pick her up or not.

  Were they different? Was it Mr Aldan who sent them to her or someone else, she pondered.

   Suddenly, she heard a knock on her door and walked towards it, opening the door, revealing the same man she saw a while ago. That means, he was the one who sent them and didn't come to pick her up by himself.

    How arrogant, she thought as she remembered the first day she met him.

   "Good morning." The man greeted in his deep voice.

  "Go…Good morning." She nearly stuttered as she answered back and she held the door open, wondering what was going to happen next.

  "Are you Mrs Lilith?' 

  "Y…Yes, I'm Mrs Lilith." She quickly answered back.

  The man brought out his ID card and showed it to her. "This is my ID and I was told to escort you to see Mr Aldan as he has told you to see him on this day. Am I communicating well with you?"

  "Yr…Yes, you are and I get what you are saying,' Lilith nodded. "Let me just quickly get my bag on the table so I can follow you right away."

  The man nodded and checked his wristwatch. "I'm giving you a minute.' 

  Lilith closed the door and sighed for a minute there with her hands on her chest, why was she getting fearful of this man, feeling so nervous and uneasy at the same time. 

   "Don't get scared, Lilith,' she soothed herself. "This is not the first time, you are doing this, just know that you are doing this for your family and no one else, so you got to be strong." After talking to herself, she checked herself in the mirror once more and smiled at herself and talked to the mirror. "One week. Just one week, I will be back to you, ok, and don't miss me too much." She looked so silly, she guessed. She examined her dress once again and set out to meet with them. She came out of her apartment as they walked alongside her, they used the elevator, which made a chime sound as it opened and they all came out and strolled towards the car.

   The man opened the door for Lilith to get in the car and she did, and the man closed the door behind her and drove away from the apartment.

   Lilith was getting uncomfortable with each passing minute, her hands were sweating profusely despite the air conditioner in the car and don'td at what his first expression would be like and what he was going to think of her and how she was going to interact with him once she saw him again.

   She just hopes everything goes well with her.

   On reaching the office, the man came down from the other car and opened the door for her, handing her a veil.

   Lilith glanced at him for a moment, why she stepped out of the car, wondering why he was giving her this veil and what she was supposed to do with it.

  "You have to use this to cover your face, we  don't want anyone to see you with the boss at the moment, am I understanding?" 

  She nodded.

  What kind of a question was that, if she was understanding? Why wouldn't she understand what he was saying, she wasn't a kid or an infant.

  She almost rolled her eyes at him, while she took the veil from him and covered her face and nodded.

  The man led the way, entering the building and Lilith was astonished at how luxurious the building was. She was expecting it to be kind of like a dull kind of place, because of his reputation and the rumors spreading about because of him. She was amazed at the number of workers, who were moving around, while others were talking on the telephone and while the others were attending to some customers. The most amazing thing about them was that they were all well dressed and professional too, including being polite and they smiled a lot too.

   Wow! 

  She followed the man, including the other bodyguards as well, getting to the elevator and entered inside as it closed.

   When they got to the location, the elevator cleared and they all came out and went towards a brown glamorous door Lilith knew at that moment that this should be his office.

   The man opened the door, as they walked in, Lilith was horrified at what she saw and looked around, seeing a lot of men sitting on a couch and while some of them were on a sofa and they seemed about fifteen of them and while their boss, Mr Aldan sat at the middle of everyone, smoking Indian hemp, just staring a certain man

 The man, who Aldan was staring at, was clamped to the chair with his legs also attached underneath the chair, he seemed like he was in his late thirties. 

   "Please, help me. I promise you, I will finish the payment and if I don't do so, you can do whatever you want with me ok. I promise you, please." He pleaded with Aldan with tears running down his face.
