"MATE"

Raymond`s stance. (Richard's childhood friend and beta.)

I never imagined seeing her in a club. I thought I saw a beautiful girl that I wanted to buy drinks for at the bar, not knowing she was the one. Meeting her again is the last thing I could ever imagine. The poor girl who was cruelly rejected by her fated mate. She's still as beautiful as before. She's glowing more than the last time I saw her at the party. Oh, Richard, I wish you could see the inner beauty of her. 

"You….!!!!'' I was stunned to see her. I introduced myself to her, and as soon as I told her I was Richard's friend, she exuded a deadly aura that terrified me. It scared the shit out of me. That powerful, deadly aura belongs to her, but how come? How can a girl without a wolf make me scared?

I'm no enemy of her.

"Easy love, I'm no enemy of you!" I told her. I think she is going to cut off her deadly aura, but it has increased again.

I tried to conceive her, but she hated me. I can understand her. How can she trust someone close to her mate?  I guess she hates me because of what he did to her, but I am different.

She told me to go and I left her only to smell an alluring scent that could belong to no other person but my mate.

"MATE!!!" my wolf growls. My mate is here. I have been waiting for her for all these years. Mate, I need to find her.

I follow the scent and it leads me to the female bathroom.

"Oh my god, you flagrant!!!" a girl screamed.

"Shit. This is bad. I come here without thinking twice.

I waited for her to come out, but she didn't come out. Is he not here? Where is she? I don't want to miss her again. Where are you, mate?

I left the bathroom and kept searching for her.

"Our mate must be very beautiful," Red growled. He's happy even without seeing her yet.

"Yes, I agree with you, Red. Our mate must be beautiful. I grin like an idiot.

I was still searching for her when I smelled her scent again. I saw a beautiful girl. Oh my goddess. She stole my heart away.

"Mate!!!" "She is here!" Red howls.

She walked toward me. She was smiling. She must have felt the bond mate as well.

"Hello!! She greeted me, waving her hand.

I stood in front of her without uttering a word. I was drawn to her, and I drooled over her beauty. She is so beautiful. She's pure and her voice captivates my soul.

"Hello!! She waved her hand. Are you here?

"Mate!! Red growls. He's coming out to claim her.

"Easy Red. I got this. I will handle this. Don't scare her away.

He listened to me and crawled back to the back of my mind.

"I'm sorry for scaring you." "My wolf is eager to claim his mate," I utter. "Don't be afraid; I won't hurt you, love.

She gave me a sweet smile. I blush.

"You are my mate? She innocently says, "No wonder I am attracted to you."

I am so happy about what she said. I'm not the only one that feels the mate bond. We both feel it.

"Yes, I am your mate. My name is Raymond. I'm the Betta of the Red Blood Pack, "I introduce myself."

She stared at me. The loving gaze in her eyes fades away. It was filled with hatred. What the hell is happening? What went wrong?

"What happened, love? I ask.

"You… you are the beta of that wicked alpha who cruelly rejected my friend? Jane's mate, right? She asked with disgust.

Whattt!!! Will I lose my mate because of them? Will I lose my chosen one because of his bad character toward her friend? Jane still doesn't trust me. Will she allow her to accept me?

"I'm just his beta. Please don't reject me. Trust me, I'm not like him. I'm different, I beg her.

She laughed at me before uttering, "Mmmm! I never told you I was rejecting you, or did I?

"I'm scared. I thought you would reject me because of what he did to your friend, I replied.

"No, I'm not rejecting you. I won't judge you because of what your alpha did to Jane. I am never denying the mate bond between us, "she whispered. I'm attracted to you already.

I wrap my hand around her waist. I can feel the bond between us. My body trembles just at her touch on my chest.

"Thank you," I whispered into her ear. "You are so beautiful, love. "Can you tell me your name now?

"Ella. My name is Ella Hills.

"I Raymond Rain accept you, Ella Hills, as my mate and female betta."

"I, Ella Hills, accept you, Raymond Rain, as my mate and my beta.

I was so happy to finally have my chosen one. My mate kept staring and blushing. She was so red.

"Can I kiss you? I ask my mate, who is staring at me.

"Yes, you can. "I am your mate, she replied. "I am all yours.  

Red howls. He begged me to allow him out. I have yet to have a taste of her, so why will I allow my wolf to taste her first? "Wait for your turn, woffy.

Our lips locked together. She opens her mouth, giving me access to explore and deep kiss her. It was a divine pleasure. I have never felt anything like this in all my life. She moans into the kiss.

"Mmm?" she moaned.

I want more than just a kiss. I want all of hers. I want to explore her divine goddess body.

She wrapped her hand around my neck as she deep kissed me. My chest vibrates. A pleasurable moan escaped me. I could never get enough of her.

"Let's claim her," howls my wolf, Red. Let's claim our mate.

"I don't want to scare her. I will take things easy". I won't let her run away.

"I can't breathe," she said softly.

I immediately let her go. 

"" Ahh! "she groaned.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you. I apologize. " I'm sorry.

"It's okay. This is my first time kissing. I guess I did a bad job, "she whispered. 

This is her first time. The first time she kissed and was in the arms of a guy. Why am I so blessed? All thanks to you, moon goddess, for giving me a wonderful mate.

"You did a great job, darling." Your lips are so sweet. I love it.

"Yours too. I love the way you nominate me, "she blushes. "Can we go on?

I held her hand and was about to kiss her again when I saw Jane rushing towards us.

"Here comes the big trouble." "Shit!!!"

"Let go of her," she growls, baring her fangs at me. She was about to attack me when my mate spoke up.

"No, please, don't hurt him. He's my mate.

She smirks before replying, "Your mate? "Are you sure this thing here is your mate?" "Are you not mistaken this thing as your mate?"

"Yes, I'm sure." "He's my mate," my mate replied.

After she confirms that I am truly her mate, she never stops there. She threatened to kill me if I hurt her friend. I will never hurt her. Only an abnormal male wolf would hurt his mate. She left and we continued from where we stopped. I was still making out with my mate when we suddenly heard a loud bang.

I rush inside with my mate. I was shocked by what I saw. Jane, she is fighting an alpha. She killed him. That alpha is stronger than me. Her power is so terrifying. How strong is she? Is she not the girl that got rejected because she is clumsy and has no wolf? Oh god, she's so strong, but how come she is this strong?

I can feel my mate. She's scared. She is scared of what she is seeing. I tried to calm her down. We saw Jane and another female talking to each other. She seems close to her.

"Who is she?" I asked her.

"That is our alpha only daughter, Amira. She's also our friend, "she said. "

Oh, another problem for me. I pray she accepts me as Ella's mate.

"We need to go get Ella," we hear her say.

"Hey, I'm here," my mate waves her hand.

She introduced me to her as her mate. She easily accepted me. We all left the club thinking I was taking my mate with me to our pack, but she refused, telling me she had to tell her parents about having a mate. I went back to my pack after making sure they arrived safely.

Reaching the pack, I met the Alpha king flirting with the pack slut. Damn, he's beyond saving. I walked up to him. 

"Where have you been, Ray? He asked. Don't tell me you are fucking with a random girl.

I would never do something like that. I got my mate and I'm in love with her. I respond.

"Wow. That's good news, bro. Congratulations. I hope she has a wolf? He asked.

I was pissed. This is not the Richard I grew up with. Ever Ever since he met his mate, he suddenly changed. He had never been a manwhore before. He's absurd now.

"Even if she doesn't have a wolf, I'll accept her as long as she's my mate," I said.

"Oh. Your choice. As you can see, Ray, I'm busy, "he utters.

"Oh, i can see you are busy with the pack slut." I grin. "Well, I have news to share with you. I can't keep this to myself. " Guess who I met today at the club.

"I can't guess. Just tell me whatever you want to say. I'm busy. "Tell me fast," he mutters.

"I met your mate, Jane," I said.

"Point of correction. "You met my ex-rejected mate, not my mate," he said with disgust.

"Chill, dude. That girl is different now. She is so powerful and she has got a wolf, ``I said with confidence. She's powerful enough to kill the man-whore alpha. I'm so shocked. She killed him easily. I'm so proud of her.

"You mean my mate is powerful enough to kill an alpha? Richard mumbles, " Tell me, Ray, where is my mate?

If shameless was a person. The alpha king is so shameless.

"Did I hear you clearly? "You say what? "Your mate? I ask, "Are you kidding me? Don't make me laugh, Richard.

He shoved the slut to the ground.

"Don't make me repeat myself." Where is my mate? He howled. "Where is Jane, my mate?

Your ex-mate? I asked him. I was shocked by the level of his shamelessness. He is asking me the whereabouts of the mate he rejected in front of everyone. He even went as far as to choose another girl over her.

"I am ready to follow your advice, after all she is mine. "She's my mate," he howls. "I will accept her because of you."

He's a shameless king and a liar.  He only wants to accept her because she is strong. He needs only her power. He doesn't love her.

"Don't make me wait. Tell me, Ray, where is she? He roars.
