Chapter 7.
Training.

Alpha, Richard Brown's point of view.

"Wow, she slapped the great alpha", I hear my wolf mock me. She has the courage to stand and hit you. That is my mate. I'm proud of her. The one I chose is the only one that I will mark. She shall bear and carry my mark. I will have countless pups with her.

I regained myself when my wolf spoke to me.

"What just happened? Did that idiot just slap me? She has the guts to slap me. I think she is tired of living. I need to get back to her, "I announce." 

"Don't dare lay your hands on her. Don't dare, Rich. You don't want to face the consequence of annoying me. "If you dare touch what is mine, I am going to kill you by myself," my wolf threatened.




Wow, even my wolf loathes me because of her. She should be thankful because of Parker. If not, I will be happy to rip that little head of hers away. I will finally be free from her. By then, I will be able to accept and mark another female. "

"Stop thinking about what is not. I will never allow you to mark or mate with another female except her. Did I ever tell you I was not interested in her, or did I ever tell you I did not want her? My wolf roars. He is protecting her already, even without marking her yet. 

That bitch sure knows how to hit someone. She hits me so hard that it hurts. But wait, how can she be able to hurt me? I think there is more to her than my eyes can see. The next time I get to see her again, I swear to torment her.

Jane's point of view.

"What is wrong, Jane? I have noticed you ever since we left the club. You have been unhappy and moody. What is the matter? Amira inquired. 

I responded, "I am fine.


"No, please don't tell me that. "Tell me whatever is wrong, please," she pleads.


"OK, I saw the one who rejected me. I mean, I met my mate at the club, and you know what? He tried to humiliate me again, I replied. 

"What kind of man is this, jerk?" She said. "What the hell did he want again from you?" I wish I were beside you. I could have stood by you and given him the worst treatment he will never be able to forget in his lifetime. I am sorry, love. 

"Don't be darling. I already put his ass in a place. He never expects me to slap him," I told her, feeling happy about my achievement. 

"Wow! "I root for you, girl," she uttered. You are such a bad girl, but I think he deserves it, even more than that. That slap is not enough for that kind of dude.

After my conversion with Amira, I put my mate aside. I need to focus on my life. Even if I have no wolf, I can still be a great warrior. I have to talk to Alpha Tommy. I want him to train me to become a warrior. 

I walked up to the Alpha office, before deciding to meet him. I have already told my aunt about my plan, and she advised me to go ahead.


When I reached the Alpha office, I knocked on the door. 

"Yes, come in," the alpha answered. 

I opened the door and stuck my head inside before walking toward him.


"Oh, it is you, Jane." "What brings you to my office?" he asserted.


"Uncle Tommy, I am here because I need your help," I said. 

"Help? What kind of help are you talking about, Jane? He implored.


"I want to be strong. I would like to be a warrior. I want to be able to take down bad guys myself. I want to prove to everyone that I am strong, not a weak female. I told him.

He stopped doing whatever he was doing and listened attentively to me. I pray he never rejects my request. 

"Is that all? He asks. Is that why you came into my office? Or do you have another request? 

I was scared he was going to reject me, but I was wrong when the alpha spoke again. 

"OK, Jane, is that all you want? He implored.

"Yes, Alpha," I retorted.

"Ok, I promise to make you a strong girl. A Warrior "I shall fulfill all your requirements," Alpha Tommy mumbled.

I was so happy. I thanked the alpha, and he asked me to be at the pack training ground as early as possible tomorrow. Tomorrow we are starting our training. 

"Baby girl, what is with the smile and showing of teeth? Ella implores.

I met her on my way back from the Alpha office. 

"Nothing, Ella, I am just happy because the alpha approved my request," I told her. 

"And what kind of request are we talking about, if I may ask? She murmured.

I am starting my training with the Alpha tomorrow," I replied, "I want to be strong." I don't want anyone to look down at me again. 

"Bravo." This is the good news. Go for it, Love. Be a strong girl. I will be here waiting for your achievement," she let out, feeling happy for me. 

Everyone in the pack is friendly. No one bullies or beefs with anyone here. It is different here, and I wish to stay in this pack forever. 

Ella and I gist before we go our separate ways. She is too friendly, and she has a kind heart so pure, just like my darling Amira. 

"Hi baby girl, how are you? I hear Scott greet me. He is the future alpha of this pack. Scott is here with his little brother, Jack. 

"Hi Brother, I'm fine. I greet him back, showing him how happy I'm to be able to see him. He is always not around. He is training to be a good and strong alpha together with his brother Jack. Jack is always with him; people who don't know them as brothers will think he is Scott's bodyguard. He is not a social guy, and he never smiles, but he is not a bad guy either. 

"How was your stay? I hope you are enjoying your stay here, sister? He asks. 

"Yes, everyone here is nice to me and they all treat me well," I answered back. 

"OK, that is a good thing to hear. I am glad you liked your stay, you said. 

We talk for quite some time, and Jack joins in. He smiles at the jokes Scott is telling me.

This is the first time I've seen him smile. He is so handsome when he smiles. I am sure a lot of girls will be after him, since he is an unmated wolf. 

"Goodnight brothers", I finally bid them goodbye after a long time. 

"Night sister," they reply. Not after kissing me on my forehead did they let me go. They are the brothers I never had.

The next day.

I woke up as early as 5:00 AM to start getting ready for the training. I quickly take a quick shower after brushing my teeth. I need to be there early. I don't want Alpha Tommy to be there waiting for me. 

I put on a short bum and a crop top and got ready to go to the training grounds. Luckily for me, Alpha Tommy has yet to be found.

I gave up on the idea of mates. I need to focus on my future. Fate was really cruel to mate me together with that bastard. I am over him.


"You are here already, on time," Alpha Tommy's voice echoed through the empty ground. 

"Yes, uncle," I replied, ready for the training. "Are you ready? He asked me. 

"Yes, uncle. I am ready, I reply.

"Good," he said, Now let the training begin. 

I admit I am not a fighter, but I am not as bad as people think I am. 

"You are not bad. "I am sure, with a lot of training, you will be a great female warrior." 

"Thank you, Alpha.

After Alpha Tommy left, I began to train by myself without rest. I train all day. When it became dark outside, I went back inside my room. 

"Today was stressful," I told myself, but fun. I stepped into the bathroom to take a quick shower. My whole body aches due to the new thing I have just been introduced to. I am sure it will adapt to it sooner or later. My training with the alpha went on and on every single day. I never slack off or show any sign of submitting to him, despite always being beaten up by him every day. 

"You are a strong girl; you can actually withstand my blow," he said. 

I will be strong. I am determined to be strong. I will be able to hit the alpha back one day. I can only consider myself a strong female warrior by hitting him. 

After he left, I continued training. It went on and on. I have no time for the girl's talk again. Amira and Ella have been on my neck, asking me to take a break. 

"Have they ever been bullied by their family before? No."

Have they ever been humiliated by their mate before? No. 

"Have they ever been bullied by their pack members before? No.

If not, I think I need this. I need to train more. It's been two weeks now since I started training with the alpha. I have yet to land him a punch. He beat me up, but it is different now. I can calculate his moves, and I'm capable of dodging his punches. It's something I feel happy about. I am getting there. Everything goes smoothly, my training and all. We train every day, except on Sundays. Alpha Tommy spent his Sunday days with his wife, Luna. They are always sweet. The two are deeply in love. I went inside the kitchen to get something to eat when I ran into Jack. 

"Hi, brother. I said hello to him. 

"Hello, he replied. 

"What do you want? Are you hungry? Should I make some food for you? I asked him. 

He nods his head and asks me to make him some food. 

"Okay, Sit down. I will be fast. It will be ready soon. My brother took his seat. He watched me as I made his food. 

After I am done with the food, I serve it to him, and he digs inside and begins to eat. 

"How is it? I inquired of the ravenous Jack.

 "It's delicious," was all he could manage to say. I am pleased he likes the food. I dug inside mine as well, and I began to eat. 

After Jack is through with his food, he offers to wash the plate, but I say no. He continues to insist, but eventually accepts my no for a no. He thanked me for the food and left. Likewise, he is not bad. 

The next day, I began my training with Alpha. He showed me no mercy when he trained me. I got wounded and got bandaged. It has been a month now since I started training and two months since I arrived at this wonderful pack. I managed to hit the alpha once. I cried out and announced my victory to the pack members. I am strong. My hard work finally pays off. The Alpha teaches me a lot of defensive fighting, and he also teaches me how to attack my enemies. After I managed to hit the alpha, he told me my training was over with him, and he announced I would be training with his beta because they both have different fighting strategies. The beta is also good at fighting, but not as good as the alpha. After 3 days of training with the beta, I was able to beat up the beta. I feel a strong power surge through my body. This is the new me, the new Jane. No one is going to look down at me again. I will make anyone who bullies me pay. After my training with the beta, the alpha announces that I will be fighting with the pack's strongest warrior. I can't wait for the day when I will be fighting him. The alpha wants to test my strength. I won't disappoint him. Never. 





The D-Day finally arrived.

All the members filled the packed fighting arena intending to watch our fight. I stepped into the arena along with the warrior. His body screamed with horror. He is a deadly man, not the one you can mess up with, but I am not scared. I fear no one. He was very tall, while I was short. 

I looked up to look at his face.
