Chapter Seventy-Four

REMI'S POV

I come so hard I sag into the shadows, weak and used against the twins' magic. They both have a satisfied look on their faces, a permanent grin that lets me know I’m beyond used and wet.

“We are yours baby girl,” Kallias breathes into me, lifting me slightly from where I’m positioned. “And you are ours.”

I’m so exhausted I hardly mumble out a response.

“F-fuck me, please.”

Still, I’m a virgin. Still, they haven’t used me in the only way that counts.

“Shall I?” Kallias grins in a way that frightens me ever so slightly. His hands roam up my thighs as he cradles me, and even exhausted, my body screams at the touch.
“P-please Kal,” I whimper, “don’t make me wait any longer.”

Rhodes steps around and grabs my ankles. Kallias still holds me bridal style as he pushed open my legs. There’s a look in his violet eyes that I’ve never seen before. A dark and twisted determination.

“I’ll do it,” he says, then his cock springs free. “I’ll fuck the Offering whore.”

I always knew they were all villains. But maybe Rhodes is the worst one.

There’s the heavy release of a leather belt buckle, and Rhodes is positioning me. Still in Kallias’s arms is the safest place for me. I couldn’t imagine a better place to be than in his grip to lose my virginity, and I snuggle into his arms.

Rhodes barely fit in my mouth, and from his size right now, he’s definitely the worst choice for me to lose my virginity to.

But maybe I want the villain to fuck me.

Maybe I’m just as sick as him.

I scream as he enters me. Scream so loud and hard that I swear the mountain beneath us trembles and the birds fly from the trees.

“Easy girl,” Rhodes growls. His grip on my hips is bruising, and he’s definitely using every ounce of restraints. His hand cups my face, and I open my mouth, letting myself bite his thumb to handle the pain of him stretching me. “That was just the tip–”

Rhodes’s handsome face pains again, and I can sense his hips about to move forward, to fully claim me.

But what do you know. What did we expect?

Xaden and Keiran arrive in a mist of fury.

An exploding, murderous, cloud of rage.

I’m yanked from Kallias’s arms with the arms of two males, then for a split second Xaden and Keiran are both carrying me.

Keiran motions for Xaden away, but he doesn’t relent, then they’re both arguing in some ancient, dangerous language over what I assume is who gets to carry me and who gets to kick the twins asses.

As if reading my thoughts, both the males carrying me suddenly drop me, flat onto my ass.

Kallias and Rhodes are already running too far away from the mountains to catch me, but they both look back, violet eyes piercing, to check on me, even with the wrath that is King Keiran and his Demon Slayer chasing them.

Xaden is a flash of ice blonde hair. Keiran is his dark blonde pair.

Ice slams up from the mountain like a spire, straight between the twin brothers.

Then four sets of eyes, red, blue, and violet, all lock onto me as I hit the ground of the mountain. Onto nothing but rock and ice sheets.

Then begin falling.

“Remi!” Half of them are shouting.

“Don’t you dare fucking touch her!” Xaden roars. He’s magnificent in battle. An all white suit silhouetted by white wreaths of power as he flies—levitates.
And his eyes are the color of fresh blood.

“I said don’t fucking touch her!”

A bolt of Xaden’s magic shoots to my left, narrowly missing me, but shooting Rhodes down.

I scream as he disappears into the murky black trees, the murky trees I’m plummeting to below.

“Help!” I shout.

I’m not even sure if Kallias can fly, but upon hearing my words, my plea, he launches himself from the edge of the mountain, and shoots like an arrow straight down.
I’m half-convinced he’ll go to his brother, half-convinced he’ll come to me, and I swear for those three seconds of decision making he has, before we hit the ground, I see Kallias choose me.

But Xaden slams into Kallias’s right side, then Keiran hits his left, and I have fallen so far now from the side of the mountain that I am sure this is the moment that I will meet my death.

So I take a deep breath, brace for the pain of death, and tilt my head into the lashing winds.

And then my body begins to glow.

My magic smells like sweet rain and soft rose petals. It envelops me in a golden screen like a protective cloak, slows my descent, and breaks the impact of my fall the best it can.

Above the treeline, Keiran, Kallias, and Xaden are all calling for me. And across the clearing of the dark forest floor, I see a haunting figure.
Rhodes. Alive, but both legs oddly broken, crawling to me.

What a mess these boys have made.

I take my place on a nearby tree stump and cross my legs. What a mess these boys have made. I thought they were men.

Kallias, drawn to both me and his twin, is the first to land. If you can even call it a landing.

He crashes through the tops of the trees as if he had been swinging from them, makes eye contact with me, then runs to his brother to lift him up.

On the other side of the field, Xaden and Keiran arrive then. Both with their weapons–magic, whatever drawn. Keiran’s hands flame a light ice blue, the same color as his eyes.

Even with his legs broken, Rhodes draws something that looks like a beast of shadow and dark flame. Xaden smiles at it like it’s an old friend, drawing his own magic–
They’re going to kill each other. The boys are going to kill one another on this field right here, right now, over me.
