Chapter 13

Zarina's POV

I opened the door of the library and met dad standing beside his table, sipping his drink. I smirked evilly and entered standing beside me.

"Father, you called for me"

"Any news about Graciella". He asked. I rolled my eyes and felt an anger surge in me.

"Why does he care about her so much?". My wolf said, making me scoff silently. "No news about her. And father, I don't think we should waste our time looking for her, she is useless already. She is of no use to us". The truth is I didn't deploy any guards to look for her. Like.. Why should I?

He turned and looked at me "Nevertheless she is your sister. We should know where she is. And I heard you didn't deploy guards to search for her, Zarina".

"Father," I said and bowed to him, "We have more pressing issues at hand. Let's focus on that. There is no use knowing where she is. She is useless as a pack member and as my sister". He sighed heavily and turned back to his book.

"You can leave". I turned and walked out of the library. Getting close to the door, I remembered something and turned back to inform him "My birthday is in two weeks time, Father, I want a big party, a grand one". I said before walking out of the library.

I've always detested Graciella. Father has always loved her since we were kids. She has always been his favorite. Her birthday has always been more grand than mine even though the day after my birthday is the full moon. Am I not supposed to be celebrated more? But now, with father's mistake, have succeeded in turning the beloved father back to his gorgeous daughter. I'm proud of myself.

I met George on the way to my room and he gave me a detested look. I ignored him and proceeded to my wing. I hope he doesn't cause trouble, if he does, I will have no choice but to eliminate him.

I entered my room and made a call to one of my boys. "Do you know where she is"?

"No ma'am. I bet she got killed in the jungle. We searched through the jungle but she is nowhere to be found". I smirked at the result. She can't survive five days. She has lived her whole life as a princess.

"You can stop the search. She is of no use and no threat to us". I said and dropped the call. Graciella!

I heard a knock on my door "Ma'am, sir Mark asked to see you". Mark? I stood up and opened the door revealing a maid.

"Where is he?"

"At the garden".

I entered the garden and met him standing beside a tree. He glanced back and saw me. "What do you want"?

"Chill sis, I got some news for you" He said smirking.

"Which news? I have no time for chit chat. You are…"

"Graciella". He said cutting me off. He has always despised Graciella too but.. "The last place she was found was beside Alpha Romeo's castle". He said.

"Alpha Romeo's?" I said in amazement then chuckled "Then, she should be dead by now. He won't spare her. She is wolfless after all". He smirked and moved towards me. He leaned towards my ear and said "Don't hope too much. The one who is wolfless would be paired to Alpha Romeo, the ultima wolf for his redemption but she can either accept or decline so don't hope too much sis". He said and walked out.

I scoffed and looked at his retreating figure. "I bet I would hope too much because no one can stand Alpha Romeo's anger. She should be gone by now". My wolf said, making me smile in satisfaction.

"I have been deprived of stretching for a while. It's been a long time since I've hunted. Will you let me out now that you are less busy"? My wolf said. Truth be told, it's been a long time since she has stretched.

I proceed outside the mansion straight towards the woods. I need to let my wolf out.

Alpha Romeo's POV

We drove out of the compound into the street to the main road. I'm taking her out. She told me the house was too boring for her so I demanded to take her out which she accepted. But I will be glad to point out that I am taking her out on a date.

"I miss George. I want to see him".

"Are you ready to go back to your manor"

"No, I am not. I wish I hadn't lost my phone in the woods. That phone was a present from him".

"You will see him". I said. She turned and looked at me "How"? I looked at her and smiled "You will. Let's enjoy our date, okay"

"What? We are not on a date. What are you saying". She said and sat upright blushing really hard. I noticed and pretended I didn't. "I hope she accepts us real soon," I said to my wolf.

"She blushed. She is happy". My wolf voiced out happily. "I really can't wait to mate with her, it's been a long time since I got a girl laid". I said to my wolf.

"You should be careful. Don't send our mate away from us. She's beginning to trust you".

I pulled over at a restaurant. I rushed out to open the door for her. She got out and we both proceeded to the restaurant. I already booked a VIP so we were ushered into another door which led to our seat.

"I love this place. It's cool".

"Your order please". A waitress came over and said,
"Mm.. Spaghetti and meatballs would be okay for me".

"What about you sir"

"Same as hers with a lot of meat". She nodded and walked off.

"Doesn't she know it's you". I raised my brows up in confusion before getting to understand what she meant.

"Not everyone knows me. But most of the royal families does". I replied.

Our food was served and we were set to eat. "This tastes real, not like the ones made in your castle". I laughed at her words.

"Since I have a woman in the house, you should start cooking then".

"Mm? I… I don't know… ho..how to cook''. She said,

"What? Tssk.. You don't know how to cook.. How despicable"?

"What do you mean? I'm an Alpha's daughter.. Not anymore.. But I lived in a mansion full of maids".

"You should learn how to. You are a woman".

"Whatever. You are making me boil with anger". She said and continued eating her food pretending to be angry. I laughed at her reaction, I really find her cute.

"I'm exhausted Romeo, Let's go home now". We've gone to so many parks enjoying ourselves. Only a few recognized me and ran away from me. But I care less since my mate doesn't run away from me.

"Let's go to Disney park". I insisted.

"But I am exhausted". I drove towards the park which took about twenty minutes. We arrived at the park and I grabbed a hand walking towards the square. I sat her down at a bench "Ella, isn't this place pretty?"

"Yes, it's always more different than the rest of the park". She replied before she turned to me abruptly. "Wait, did you just call me e…"

"Gracy"? Someone called. She turned when she heard her voice and was shocked to see him. She stood up and hugged him tightly "George! Am sorry". She said crying.

He patted her back and sat her down. He looked at me and I was sure I saw a sense of fear in him. Graciella disengaged from him and whispered something in his ear. He smiled and they both laughed out loud.

I stood up and excused them leaving the two alone. I called for him to come meet us here. He doesn't even know am the one but am sure he would have known by now. Her been wolfless is a blessing to me and I want her to accept herself. I hope she accept me so the moon goddess can lift the curse. I'm sick and tired of living this way.

I watched the sun setting and looked around me. A couple walking hand to hand sharing a kiss. Children running around playfully. An old woman watching her granddaughter performing some tricks. Graciella happily talked to George and me, an Ultima wolf, a Cursed Wolf who lived a thousand years hoping to be lifted off the curse.
