"Hmmm! What a sad story indeed." David's friend said.

"Yes, it is really sad, and I am really trying to avoid it from happening here as well." David said

"No brother, you just have to clear your mind off that, it can never happen here, what Is going to be the cause of the death, as far as I am concerned, the last time I checked no one in this hospital is capable of doing so many things." David's friend said.

"You do not have to be so sure." David said to his friend.

"Why don't I have to?" David's friend asked.

"I said so because you do not know about the power of hatred, and also you do not know how wicked the heart of man is, man could be as wicked as anything you could ever imagine, so you do not have to be so sure that no one is as wicked as doing a lot of bad things in this hospital." David said.

"Hmmm, what was the name of that hospital you formerly worked with?" David's friend asked.

"The name is HTL HEALTH." David replied.

"Ohhh, I know that, it is a very popular hospital, they are Known for a lot of good treatment, hmmm! I think you are right, I have never heard of the hospital since that day." David's friend said.

"Hmmmm! The talk is over, we have to go back to the meeting room. It appears to be that the break is over, let us go." David said to his friend.

"Yes that is true, we have to get going now." David's friend said as they both moved to the meeting room.

{Administrator jay to the Entire DINS:}

"I hope you all are settled down, and I hope you all heard a wonderful break, I didn't know that there will be a meeting held between the things concerning the issue of the nurse, I only heard about the issue today, it is very twisted one indeed and it really requires a lot of wisdom to be judged or else we'll just make the wrong move.

The nurse agents of innocence, and we can't also just show up out of this hospital. She is a very hard-working girl and was hard to talk one-on-one with before, she sounded to be very responsible and very intelligent. I really understood every little word shout out and it was full of so much wisdom.

She has always comes to me for a lot of her twice and she also gave me some piece of advice on how to make this hospital move forward, she has always been on my side and has always encouraged us I'm moving his hospital I'm very high position, so I don't just know why she would make such a mistake and it is the first time she is making that kind of mistake, what I just said here was what I said during the meeting between the administrators, but most of them didn't seem to like her so much, they haven't been close to her so they did not how nice she is.

But I guess the decision you guys have made is the best, I am going to be the one to organise the voting, you can only vote once, and after that all the, all the votes be counted and you will know if she will stay or not,

The entire DINS did exactly as the administration had just commands.

"Ohhhh! This is totally unbelievable, I cannot believe that all…." David said to himself as he wandered bitterly.

"OMG bro! I can't just believe what I am seeing right in front of me, they are all moving the other way." David's friend whispered silently into his ears, not knowing that David was also thinking about it.

"Does this mean that we are only three people that want nurse Jane to stay in this hospital? This is totally unfair, I seem like they are working under a spell or something magical." David said silently to his friend, even a blind person could see how surprised and shocked David was.

"Who could have been the only one, not for the fact that doctor Michael was also In support of her staying." David's friend said to him silently.

"Doctor Michael!? Even though he knew doing that could bring an end to the peaceful relationship he has with most of the DINS around the hospital, he still risked it all to support the nurse, what a kind hearted man he is in deed." David said to his friend.

"I am not so surprised, after all she is his friend to her and she is also his personal assistant, he can't do this for her so what are friends for?" David's friend said to him.

"Friends you say, not all friends are so good, most of them are not always brave enough to stand by their friends in difficult times." David said to his friend.

"Yes I know and can not deny the fact that you are completely correct, friends like this are really scarce nowadays." David's friend said in agreement to what David had just said.

"Hey, man you made the right choice and I promise you would never regret it." David said to doctor Michael.
Doctor Michael was a bit far from where they were, so he couldn't shout like David did, all he did was to give signals of thanks.

"Hey you over there, what do you think you are trying to do? I know someone would still try to go against the rules." The administration said as she sighted one of the DINS dropping another paper on the table.

"No! No! No! I was not cheating." The DIN tried to prove his innocence.

"There is no amount of pleading that would make me believe what you are, I caught you red-handed and you would pay the consequences of disobeying the rules, you would be punished severely." The administration administrator said to the DINS as she stared at him with a very irritated look.

"From what he has just done, I have come to the conclusion that I am going to address all of you in this meeting room. Most of you guys have a lot to learn, you should all have you sit and listen carefully." The administrator said to the whole crowd, they were all curious to know what she was about to address.

{Administrator to the crowd:}
Your claim to know a lot but you have little in your head, one thing about science or meeting is the ability to obey simple instructions, one wrong move could lead to complete destructions, so whenever you are doing anything that concerns science, you need to be careful and follow a particular system which you must not go out of the line,
So if you are doing anything concerned with science, you are supposed to be very good at obeying be able to do without paying a price for it.

This idiots that Just went against the laws I have laid down is a very familiar person and he knows me very well. I don't know why you choose the way of cheating rather than sticking to simple instructions.

Do you all think I just flew up to the level I am today? Of course no I didn't not just get to this level without even passing through any stage of life,

Right from my university days, to the day of my time as a DIN, and till date one till I always made I did was to stick to simple instructions,
I always made sure I didn't go against you rules and regulations laid down for me follow in wherever I found myself,

I always put my best in doing the right thing at the right time, and never disobeyed any of my senior staff in the hospital I work in.

It did work out so well for me and now see the level I found myself in, I now give others rather than taking orders, I am highly respected and popular wherever I step my legs in, my name is now known around the country.
