Derek wasn't able to finish his Statement up before she fainted and unfortunately, he hasn't gotten to his house. He increases the speed of his car and drives at a fast pace. Before ten minutes he arrived at his compound. DEREK carried Selina from the car and took her to his room. He didn't know what to do but could only shudder in fear on seeing that she wasn't opening her eyes at the moment neither was she breathing properly..she was behaving like someone that was dead and all of a sudden, his thoughts went into something..it was onions.
He had remembered seeing a scene in a real life where onions actually saved a girl life by applying it on her eyes.. maybe this could actually help her.. he went out to his kitchen and brought out a lots of onions which he started slicing and later placed it at the corner of her two eyes. After observing her for like thirty seconds, she finally blocked her eyes which went open.
Derek was happy to see that it worked out. "Selina" he called wanting to hear her words as she smiled at him. "What happened to me?" She uttered with a beam on seeing the worries look on his face. "You fainted out earlier ". He uttered with a worried gaze as she tried figuring out what he just did to her and she came to realize it.
"Why can't you call a doctor to treat me? Do you think these onions would have worked for me if I was really going to die at that stage?" Selina questions him although she knows that nothing will happen to her. She was just so tired over everything which was the reason why she had fainted earlier.
"I don't understand! I hope you know that you're being so ungrateful right now?! You expect me to call a doctor for a mere Slave like you? You had expected me to take a commoner like you to the hospital around such a time in the night?" Derek figured out that he needed to let her know her place. He doesn't really understand how she feels with this little help he just gave her and neither does he understand why she's getting everything Wrong.
To him she's nothing but a commoner and applying onions on her face was the least he could do for her at that moment so he doesn't understand what more she was expecting from him.
" I guess I misunderstood the situation! Anyway, thank you!" She shrugged at him, showing him a little appreciation as he walked away from her, heading to his room at the moment .
Selina stood up abruptly from the bed as tears streamed out of her eyes. She was really so sad at the moment on what she had done. But what if Asher was dead after stabbing him? She was scared and at the Same time, she reminded herself of the reason why she shouldn't be sad neither Scared of the actions which she had implemented.
Asher deserves whatever he's passing through at the moment and she doesn't care if he Later dies. All she just wanted was revenge from those that had hurt her even in the past and present now.

*The next morning*
DEREK had got dressed Ready to go to work when he remembered that he hadn't seen Selina nor had he heard from her this morning. He couldn't believe that she had forgotten that this was what he did to make a living so she shouldn't play with it. What even surprised him more was the fact that she was still slumbering on the bed.
God damn it! He sighed deeply as he approached her on the bed then tape her hand. Selina, who hadn't got enough sleep, was forced to wake up on feeling a hand tapping her.
"Why are you still sleeping by this time?" The person's voice roared in her ears as she opened her eyes and saw Derek glaring at her furiously. "Why are you trying to disturb my sleep? This was just morning not afternoon ". Selina spoke, trying to remind him that she has the Right to sleep whenever she wants since she's his property.
And Derek on the other hand couldn't take this nonsense from her any longer. She's really doing too much these days and he needs to put her in her place by teaching her a lesson.
And in anger, he slapped her hard across the face as he clutched her hair, thereby pulling her out of the bed and Selina on the other hand had to follow him as he was dragging her hair to avoid herself from feeling more pain. Derek didn't want to let go of her right now until he saw blood running out of her mouth.
"Please let go of me". She pleaded but he wasn't going to listen to her until he had done what he wanted to. "Please let go of me! You're hurting me please!" She pleaded with tears streaming out of her eyes at the moment as he was pulling her like a lifeless goat about to die.
"Why should I let you Go?" His voice sounded deadly and terrified as he asked her those questions but all Selina wanted at the moment was for her to be free from him. She couldn't speak neither could she raise her head to answer him because he was pulling her hair which was about to pull out from her skull and her face was currently buried on the ground with tears pricking out from her eyes.
"Please give me the chance to talk!!" And then finally he let go of her hair as he held her neck tightly. "Why do you keep on getting on my nerves?" He questions her as she continues to groan and gasps for hair.
"Please let me live! Just this one". She said politely and he could see how desperate she was as he let her Go.
