So all she needed to do right now was to go in search of him. Probably she needs to go to the blue moon Pack once again and tried sneaking into their territory to see if he's around.. but if he's not then she can be at ease because by then, it simply means that he was dead and his body was throw away by the hotel people who found it hard to report the situation to the police. Her guts couldn't be wrong. If she had been wrong and he was really alive then he would have gone in search of her or probably sent her picture over the internet as a murderer who tried to kill him but non of that actually happen.
All she just wished and prayed for was to get out of Derek's imprisonment. She doesn't think Derek would spare her another chance of living if he finds out that she escaped again and probably got his hands on her, it will be then she will realize how evil he is.
And here she was at the company. Probably seated close to him just watching him being engrossed on the computer which he was operating. He had appointed her as his personal assistant and there was nothing she could do about it other than obeying him.
"Please can you give me the chance to go visit my friend?" She decided to try her luck asking him Such questions to see if he was going to grant her wish of going out but his dangerous gaze says it all.
"Visit your friend or your guy? He questions, his voice so strong and deadly. "Just a high school friend". She lied on remembering the fact that Selina was once a high school girl before she happened to meet this incident which caused her life.
"So you're actually asking me to give you the chance to meet those married men outside that drove you away that night you were on the road looking like someone that was going through harassment". And yet again he got everything Wrong! She doesn't know how to explain this for him to understand. She doesn't as she finds that really hard to do.
"Please don't ever say Such thing in front of me again! You have to know that you're my property and I own you until the End of our agreement". And with that, she remains silent without wanting to furious him again.
Jasper knew exactly where to find his Elder brother and there he found his car in the company as he approached him in his office and Right there he could see Selina seated close to him through the window as he approached them inside the office.
Addison was surprised to see him as she saw disappointment look in his eyes. Judging by how he behaves she could Tell that he did have a crush on Selina before her death and even till now since he mistook her to be that Selina which he had known back then.
"I know you're probably here Selina but what are you doing here with him?" Jasper questions her as she couldn't utter a word but continues to look at him like a Fool. He should probably give up on his plan. He should stop whatever he's planning to do at this rate because it's pointless and hopeless at the same time.
She isn't interested in anybody. All she wanted was nothing but revenge before laying back to sleep again.
"Selina" he called again as she turned her attention towards him".
"What is it? She questions with a stern look, not concerned on how he was reacting or how he was seeing Everything from his point of view. "You haven't answered my question though! I clearly ask you what you were doing here!" He asked again and Derek was forced to answer the questions. Even though Jasper was his brother he should have manners of approach as he can't just enter his office and begin to interrogate his P.A on some unnecessary questions.
"She's my P. A Jasper! So can you leave now?!" Derek Shrugged at him with a loud voice as he Scoffed and smirked at him. "I didn't ask you a question Derek! So sit down where you should be and keep your mouth out of my business with her". Addison couldn't help but continue looking at them and how Jasper got so nervous to talk to him like that without doing anything. That means it's really not everyone he shows his cold side to .
She's probably the only one he's just been so cold and ruthless to since she was a female who can't do anything. "Challenge me More and I will have the guards to Escort you out of here". He bellowed at him as he kept quiet immediately.
"I know you have every right to kick me out of here but please allow me to have freedom of speech!" And now Addison couldn't wait to see what was going to happen between the two of them. She was really anxious to see if they were going to fight or not because their countenance really looks so bad and they look like one that's about to swallow each other.
"Why are you always five steps ahead of me?"I and Selina had been high school friends for over a year now and she had been my crush back then! And everything changed when she told me that you were after her life because before this whole incident had happened, I had told her to be my girlfriend which she told me she will have to think about but now you're getting closer to her." I really don't know whatever business the two of you have together but I will advise you not to drag her with me brother!
She was something I first have before you and I will tolerate or like to see you having that thing at the End". And now everything Began to make a little sense to her. This could be it. So the two of them are brothers?! Ohhh wow! That explains why he was being so patient with him earlier.
"To make this clear, I'm nobody property and I will be free from you very soon as soon as our deal comes to an end"". She Uttered. Referring to the two of them.
