FINAL PART
Gabriel's POV
My heart broke as I watched Eva's body slump to the floor. Her chest no longer rising and falling with each breath she took.
My wolf was howling in pain and tears were pouring down my face.
"When I get out if these chains, I will rip you into shreds" I snarled at the evil woman standing over my mate's lifeless body with a smile on her face.
She looked at me and chuckled.
"Sweetie, the next time you'll be out of these chains, is when they'll be preparing your body for the morgue"

Gavin's POV
"How do you think the Ball's going?" I asked my family when the show decided to go on break. My father checked his watched and his eyebrows furrowed.
"Shouldn't they be back already?" He asked and Mom nodded her head.
"Should I call them?" She asked and dad shook his head.
"No, maybe they're just getting something to eat" Dad said.
"But don't you think Gabriel would have called us already? He usually does when there's a change of plans"
I was about to say something when all our electricity turned off. Being a werewolf, I was able to see in the dark and noticed both my Uncle and Cousin stiffen.
They growled lowly in their throats that cause shivers to run through the room.
"What is it Richie?" My aunt asked.
"Wolves" he replied through clenched teeth.
My Uncle was very protective over his family, especially with new pups on the way, and when an unidentified wolf trespassed on his family's territory, he was not a happy camper.
"What do you mean?" Dad questioned. "Maybe we just had a short circuit?"
"No, there are definitely werewolves outside, listen" Kaden said and everyone was quiet. I heard leaves crunching under paws and I immediately knew something wasn't right.
First Gabriel not calling and now this?
"Honey, take Camille and the boys to the attic and stay there until we come get you" Dad said before ushering her to the stairs. She kissed him before taking the twins and my aunt up to the attic. The boys were crying and Grant was snoring softly.
I looked at my Uncle and Cousin and noticed their eyes were glowing a bright Emerald, a sign that their wolves were in control.
I felt my skin start to tingle and tighten, a sign that my wolf was ready to fight and protect his family.
I heard a loud snarl before our front door flew off its hinges and a dozen wolves charged at us.

Eva's POV
I was in a room completely basked in white light. There were no windows and no doors. I was completely alone.
"Hello? Is anyone there?" I yelled but there was no response. I tried to find a door but I didn't know where to start. The room was never ending.
After an hour of searching for a way out, I gave out and slumped to the floor. The tears started flowing and soon, I was sobbing.
I was never going to see my mother again, or the Green's, or even Gabriel.
Oh God,
Just as I realized my feelings for him, my crazy hell-bent on revenge Grandmother kills me.
I sobbed even more because she was going to kill all the Green's, and it was all my fault.
"It's not your fault Baby girl" a familiar voice whispered in my ear before I was pulled into a strong embrace.
I gasped when I recognized the voice
"Daddy?" I said before looking up into his warm brown eyes. He smiled at me.
"Yes, baby girl" he said before kissing my forehead.
"Where am I daddy?" I asked quietly and he gave me a sad smile.
"In Purgatory Sweetie, your waiting for the Council's judgement"
"So I really an dead daddy?"I asked and he shook his head.
"Right now your in limbo sweetie. Because magic was involved to kill you, the Council is deciding what to do"
I was about to say something when a a lady walked into the room. She was clad in a white suit with a blue scarf wrapped around her neck and had long brown cascading down her back. When she looked at me, she gave me a small smile.
"Hello Evangeline, you don't know me but I am here to deliver your judgement. The Council and I have decided that, with the recent circumstances and the circumstances that surrounded your father"she began and I furrowed my eyebrows at him.
"What do you mean?" I interrupted her.
"Well, your father's death was no accident. When Delilah changed the Curse, it also changed the Spell that Dorothea used. It was suppose to turn the Green brothers and future generations of Green's into bloodthirsty vicious monsters. Because Delilah only had pure intentions in her heart, she was able to change the spell and it's intentions. Originally the Green's were never suppose to find any sort of love because of what they were and Dorothea and her future generation of women descendants were suppose to be the most powerful Witches in history but when the Spell was transformed, it made sure that Dorothea only had male descendants, which had absolutely no power in the world of Dark Arts. When your father was born, he was immediately shipped off to his Grandmother's house, which as you know was Dorothea's house because his parents were killed in a car crash. She raised him and when he was old enough, eventually told him about the Curse. Like any teenaged boy, he thought she was just making up a story and going through a stage that all old elderly people go through, but the she began to delve even more into the Dark Arts. Your father knew something wasn't right and when he was of age, moved out of her house. He married your mother a year later and a couple of months after, they had you. When they found out they were having a daughter, they were ecstatic. But,in the back of your father's mind, he was worried that Dorothea would come after you since you were the only female descendant in over 200 years. And was he right. A week after you were born, she tried to steal you away from your parents while you were sleeping. Luckily your father decided to check on you before he left to work or else you would have been raised by a cold, heartless monster"she said and I looked at my father. His jaw was clenched and he had hatred in his eyes. This was a look that I, in all my 17 years of life, never saw him give.
"After that night," the lady continued "Your father decided to move you and your mother away from her for good. The next day, he packed up and you were never heard from again. Well, until recently"
"What do you mean?" I asked the woman and she gave me an apologetic smile.
"As I said before, your father's death was not an accident. Before her powers left completely, she used one last tracking spell to find your father. She was able to find him and sent the other wolves to kill him. That animal attack wasn't a accident, Dorothea had to eliminate him so that your mother would have no choice but to move back where the only living family remained. Since he never told her about the Curse, she didn't know that she played right into Dorothea's hand"
"So why did she kill me if she 'supposedly' needed me?"
"Two reasons actually. The first reason is because in order for her to regain her powers she would have to sacrifice the first female born of that generation. The second reason she killed you was because you were a Green's mate. To kill a Green's love would be like icing on a cake to her"
"So she succeeded on killing me then" I said. "What happens now?"
"Well now you have a choice. The Council and I have decided that since Dark Arts were involved, we find it unfair and unjust that you died by the hands of magic. You will have a choice in whether you will stay on Earth until your final days or whether you stay with us for eternity and rejoice in Heavens everlasting gifts" she said and my heart began to pound.
"I get to go back home?" I asked and she nodded her head.
"Yes Child, but choose carefully because if Dorothea somehow succeeds in killing you again, you will not get another chance. Once you're dead, we cannot give you a second chance" she said and I looked at my father.
"I don't know what to do daddy, I'm scared"
"Go home baby girl, it isn't your time to die yet" he said and kissed my forehead. Tears were pooling in my eyes and I hugged him goodbye.
"I love you daddy"
"I love you too baby girl" he said "tell your mother that I love her and that it's okay to move on" I nodded my head and hugged him again.
"I've made my choice" I told the woman and she nodded her head before placing her hands on my forehead and closing her eyes.
"Wait! What's your name?" I asked before my eyes started to close.
"Mary" she whispered before the white room disappeared and I was surrounded in darkness. I saw a white light at the end of the tunnel and immediately ran to it.
I just passed through it when my eyes opened and I took a deep breath in.

Gabriel's POV
A piercing howl cut through the quiet night.
My gut wrenched because that howl was a howl that signified death.
A cackle broke me out of my pity.
"You're Crazy!" I hissed but she just kept laughing.
"Thank you!" She said but I just ignored her and continued to look at my sweet mate. I keep playing her last words over and over in my head.
I Love you
I Love you
She shouldn't have died. It should have been me instead. It was my ancestors fault and it should have been me who payed for it.
Tears were strolling down my face nonstop.
I was about to curse out the crazy witch again when I saw Eva's chest move. She took a deep breath in and opened her eyes.
My heart went from pounding to dead still in less than a minute.
It couldn't be.
I must be dreaming because she couldn't be alive.
She shouldn't be alive
She looked around and then spotted me still attached to the tree. She raised her finger in a shushing motion when I was going to yell her name.
Dorothea stopped her cackling and looked at her watch. A huge smile lite up her face.
"I think it's time for you to die now" she sneered. I glared at her when she started coming closer and closer to me. She pulled a knife out of her pocket and my eyes widened.
"I'm going to enjoy this, especially since you look just like him" she said and went to cut my throat before she was knocked to the ground.
Eva stood in front of me pulling at my chains.
"We have to get you out if these" she whispered.
"How are you still alive?" I asked her. Wishing that these stupid chains were gone so I could hold her and protect her from evil. A.K.A,her Great Grandmother.
"Yeah, how are you still alive?" Dorothea sneered from behind us.

Eva's POV
"Yeah, how are you still alive?" Dorothea sneered from be me. I turned around and glared at the Wicked Witch.
"Good always wins over evil" I said before noticing the silver key dangling around her wrist. That key was the key I needed to get Gabriel out of those chains.
"Oh yeah?, Well not in this fairytale." Dorothea said before lunging at me. I barely moved out of the way before she could stab me.
She turned around and lunged at me again but this time I kicked the knife out if her hand and punched her in the face.
Thank God my Father made me take boxing lessons as a kid or else that would have been an epic fail.
She fell to the floor and I sat on her before grabbing the key off her wrist. She was kicking, screaming, punching and clawing at me but I wouldn't let her go.
I couldn't afford to let her go.
I punched her again before picking up the knife and running towards Gabriel. I threw the knife at our feet and started working on releasing him.
I was just about to release both of his hand when something him me in the back of my head. I fell down and looked up at Dorothea's bloody face and the tree branch in her hand.
She dropped the branch before picking up the knife and stabbing me in the shoulder with it. I cried out as the blade pierced my skin.
Just as she was about to stab me in the heart, a feral growl sounded throughout the forest. She stopped midway and we looked up at a very angry and very vicious looking wolf.
But not just any wolf, Gabriel's wolf.
She scrambled to get off me when Gabriel's wolf started charging forward. She ran as fast as she could but was no match against a angry wolf.
He reached her in no time and started tearing her from limb-to-limb.
I looked away from the scence and slowly started to patch my wound up. I felt something push my hands away, and tingles erupted through my body.
I looked up and found Gabriel's clear blue eyes staring back at me.
"Let's get you to the hospital" he said quietly before picking me up and kissing my forehead. I laid my head on his chest and closed my eyes. When I opened them, I found the spot where Gabriel killed Dorothea. I was expecting a mutilated body but instead was met with a pile of Ash.
