"Babe, I need your help here,"

Hades walks out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist.

"What do you need baby girl?"

I point to my feet, and he smiles, he walks over to me and kneels in front of me and slips my shoes onto my feet and ties the laces.

"Thank you,"

He kisses my lips and rubs my now eight-month-old baby bump, I was nearing the end of the eighth month and due to give birth soon, according to Gertie.

"Maria," he kisses the bump and the baby kicks, making me wince.

"That was fucking painful,"

Supernatural babies are said to be much smarter than the average baby. She responds to me, she talks to me, which still freaks me out sometimes but overall, she's a happy baby.

"You need to get ready babe, we don't want to be late for Fifi's baby welcome party," I say.

He groans, "Yeah, yeah, I'll be done in a few minutes."

Fifi had her baby about a month ago and because of family traditions, she had to spend thirty days alone with the baby just to nurse him and be with him before anyone could see him and we planned a party for when Triton could be seen.

I try and get up from the bed, but I can't, and I can't use my powers because lately, they have been out of whack, due to pregnancy.

Wade walks out dressed in some beach shorts and slippers and a Hawaiian-themed shirt and he's got our beach bag in one hand.

"Come help me," I pout.

He uses his telekinesis to help me get onto my feet and I groan, "I've told you not to do that, it makes me dizzy and nauseous babe,"

He walks to me and kisses my cheek, "I'm sorry baby, I'm sorry."

I roll my eyes, he's not.

We walk out of our bedroom and head downstairs where Zeus is waiting for us, oh did I tell you that Zeus got kicked out by Hera and Charles for being abusive and for cheating, again?

"Hey man, you ready to go?"

Zeus nods, "Yep, let me help you with your bag and you can help the lady to the car, she doesn't look like she's okay."

"Thank you, Zander," I say as he takes the bag from Wade.

Wade takes my hand and looks at me, "You don't have to do this baby, we can cancel,"

I shake my head, "No, I wanna see the baby and besides, Hayley is going to be there, and I haven't seen her for a while. I miss her."

"Alright but if you feel any kind of way, we are coming back home, understood?"

"Yes father, now let's go,"

We walk to the car and get in, the drive is quiet, and I have this eerie, dark feeling about today.

"So is Hera coming to the party?"

Zeus shrugs, "I don't know,"

"You know Zeus, maybe you should just get a divorce, she's too good for you," Hades says, "You are constantly hurting her and putting her through hell all because you can't keep it in your pants and don't think we don't know that you've been physically abusive too, we've tried to talk to her about leaving you but she's so devoted to you, she says she can't leave."

"Wade I-

"If you're going to apologize, don't, it won't help with anything, you need to fucking change, otherwise, you'll have to deal with the higher powers and you're as good as dead with those folks," he continues.

"You need to sort yourself out Zander, honestly, it's disgusting, you are disgusting. What kind of a man beats a woman to prove a point? You're lucky we haven't killed you yet." I add.

"Guys I hear you, I just -

"It's one thing to hear Z, you need to understand and think about your actions, otherwise, anything you say means nothing," Wade replies.

I look over at him through the rear-view mirror and see a tear slide down his cheek.

"We are family, we need to tell you these things Z, and at the same time, support Hera and protect her from harm,"

He nods and wipes his tears; I look over at Wade and turn his head to Zeus to give him a sympathetic smile.

"We love you, bro, but we cannot let you keep doing this, it's not right,"

"Thank you, guys, I guess I didn't realise just how much my actions affected everyone and I'm sorry," he says sincerely, "I'll talk to Hera and apologize, as, for myself, I'll have to seek help from Gertie,"

"Good, that's good Z," I reply.

For the rest of the drive, we discuss ways we can continue t help and support him and Hera in making their marriage a successful one, from counselling to a romantic getaway after his therapy with Gertie. Zeus seems motivated to change and I hope he's genuine, we'll have to see with his actions.

We arrive at Poseidon and Fifi's beach home, and we park close to the door, and it sounds like everybody is already here. Wade helps me out of the car while Zeus gets the bag and we walk into the house, where I'm greeted by Hayley.

"Oh my gosh, you made it," she smiles and gives me a hug, "Look at you, you look amazing."

"Thank you, Hayley, I wish I felt amazing," I smile nervously.

"Wade, my little brother, I hope you're looking after her,"

Wade smiles, "I am Hayley, don't worry."

"Good, I'm sure you are exhausted honey, let me take you to your chair, while Wade goes to handle the Barbeque," she says and gently pulls me away from Wade.

She ushers me to the couch, and I sit down, my feet are throbbing and my back hurts like crazy, maybe I should have stayed home.

I feel someone's arms wrap around me from behind and immediately know it is Hera, her sweet scent fills up my nostrils, giving me a calming effect.

"Hey Korey, how are you?" she greets, as she comes into full view in front of me.

"I'm tired, how are you?"

She smiles, "I can imagine, and I'm good, thank you, darling."

"That's great,"

I feel my insides contract and I groan, 'Fucking hell, these false alarms."

Hera looks at me worriedly, "Should I call Wade?"

I shake my head, "No, I'm okay. Where are the new parents and the baby?"

"Oh, this is a surprise party, but they should be here any minute now,'

Great.

Hayley comes running from outside and announces that they are here, we all remain quiet, as we hear them shuffling on the other side of the door, the opens and everyone yells surprise, Fifi and peter have shocked looks on their faces and Fifi begins to cry.

"Guys, thank you," she sobs, "I've missed you all so much."

Hayley hugs her and takes the baby carrier from Poseidon, "Aw, he's so cute, he looks just like his father."

Everyone coos and she places the carrier on the couch, and everyone gathers around him, Wade sits down beside me, "I can't for us to have our baby girl."

"Me too," I smile.

Once Fifi and Poseidon have greeted everyone, they walk over to us, Wade stands but I remain seated.

"Girl look at you, you look amazing, you are glowing," Fifi says as she leans down to hug me.

"Thank you, Fifi,"

"Korey, you look stunning," Peter compliments as he hugs me too.

"Why does everyone keep saying that?" I laugh.

Wade kisses the side of my head, "That is because it's true."

I gasp, "Babe, I need to pee, now."

He helps me up and water gushes out of me, "Fuck,"

"Hades her water just broke."

Dammit, I knew this would happen.
