Chapter 05

Riona got everyone’s attention by standing up amidst the party with a dramatic look on her face. Black stood up as well to bid a goodnight to everyone as he grabbed Riona’s hand taking her away from the party.

The main mansion is on the same land where the wedding took place. He’s got a very big land.

Black’s step isn’t one for Riona to catch up with and for the fact that she’s on heels. She groaned in pain and muttered gently for Black to slow down but he didn’t spare her a glance.

He opened the car door for her and pushed her in with a devilish smile on his face before driving away from the hall.

The moment they arrived at the main house, Riona opened the door by herself and made a run for it with plan of locking herself up for tonight so he won’t try anything funny with her until he could listen to her story.

She’s got other pressing issues to worry about, she hadn’t thought about her boyfriend who tried to killed her over her own properties and her five years relationship that was based on lies all along.

She was becoming crazy and mentally exhausted but the case with Black worsened it all for her.

Riona entered the house panting heavily, she removed her shoes and took a seat on the bed, feeling relieved to have escape from the cold mafia leader when she caught approaching footsteps.

She stood up on her feet so scared but relieved a little bit since the door is locked from her side. Just then, the key hole started turning with a buzzing sound and before she could process the scene before her. The door was sling opened with Black on the other side with toolbox on the floor. His shirt was buttoned as a gentleman before because of the wedding with just two of the last ones left unbuttoned but now all the buttons are gone.

A strange breeze blew his shirt exposing the dragon tattoo on his chest all the way to his sides. She had thought the tattoo was limited to his arms only but seeing him now is scary.

“This man is crazy” she thought to herself as she made for the bathroom but Black was quick to catch her.

He pulled her closer to his body with a mischievous smirk making Riona speechless. Strange enough, she finds him so attractive even with his devilish stare. Could it be a result of her mental health?

He then turned her to the other side, with her back against the wall and his hot breath fanned her neck.

“You need no more drama to get into my bed baby girl, I’m all yours now,” he whispered to her ears then bite her neck slightly.

Riona moaned at the tingling sensation and the action of his erotism.

He caged her between his arms, bodies separated only by a few inches. Her chestnut hair sprawled generously on her shoulder.

Riona shot up her hands to push him away but he went hard on her and hoisted her up her feet to the makeup stand.

“Please don’t!.” She cried out.

Black stopped roaming his hand on her and paused to look at her face which was filled with tears ready to fall.

“Please” she cried softly.

Black mirrored the same fearful expression on her face the other night he saved her and it annoyed him greatly.

“If you think I asked to marry you for love then you should wake up from your dream! I asked to marry you so I can torture you for soooo many things,” he said in the most scary way ever.

“You should wake up from your dream and brace yourself for more of this,” he said to her then pull up his shirt to his muscular chest before leaving the room.

Riona got down and went on her knees to cry her heart out. Who would come save her in this death hole? Who would notice she’s missing not to talk of rescuing her.

And like that,she cried herself to sleep.


. . . . . The next morning. . . .


Riona felt her body on soft surface and with cover on her body. She flutter her eyes opened when realization hits her that she had slept on the bed last night.

Once again, she opened her eyes to see Mrs.Selena beside her looking at her with warm eyes and a smile on her lips.

“Good morning my dear,y ou look so angelic when sleeping” she said to her.

Riona cleared her throat and kept her face down on the bed. She noticed how nice this woman has been to her but she didn’t want to get too comfortable acting as someone else.

“Good morning ma’am “ she greeted.

Mrs.Selena sighed and said to her, “I’ll always be here for you Farah. I’m glad Angelico decided to be on a good term with Black.”

“By the way ma’am,“ she said but Mrs.Selena cuts in.

“Call me Mrs.Selena, I feel comfortable with that,” she informed her.

“Uh alright ma’am... sorry Mrs.Selena. I really need to talk to you please. It’s very important before things turns out bad,” she said.

“If there’s anything you need to tell me, you should discuss it with your husband first. He has decided to stay home a whole week for you,” she said.

“What?!” Riona exclaimed at the horror staring at her.

“By the way, he’s been waiting for you to wake up so you can discuss about your honeymoon,” she added.

“Honeymoon? Why?” She questioned.

Mrs.Selena laughed softly, “Silly girl,you’re married and it’s a must for you to get to know each other.”

“He’s waiting for you in his study room,” she added.

Black wouldn’t stop amusing Riona, which Underworld don finds time to read?

She took her bath and dressed up for her meeting with Black Salvator.

Mrs.Selena described her way to the study room but she forgot all about it and missed her way.

The mansion is too big and anyone not living here could easily got lost in it.

The imported antiques and decorations caught her interest though. Lost in her sight of exploration, she entered the wrong part of the house.

She heard noises and screams and that got her attention. She was hesitant to explore the source of the noise but she convinced herself that Black wouldn’t bring his dirty work to this beautiful home.

She got slapped in the face by her thought when she walked into a room with Black torturing a man and the other shivering on the floor.

He’s looking like he just got removed from the freezer.

Riona’s stomach rolled up in disgust at the sight of blood on the floor and on Black’s face.

She exchanged glances with Black and her heart skipped a beat.

Black smirked and released two shots into the body of the first man with face devoid of guilt or mercy.

Riona cried out and didn’t know when she pleaded to spare the second man not knowing what she just got herself into.

“Watch carefully baby girl,” he said to her and shot the other guy lying on the floor with ice flakes all over him.

Riona screamed and ran out of the room. The only hope of her getting to know Black Salvator vanished into thin air.

She’s trapped!
