Chapter 17) CANDY Is Lost

Rathore Mansion , Mumbai
Everybody started discussing the preparation and clothes and wedding arrangements but Taapur was shivering under Abhimanyu's hard gazes
"It's really important for our business. So I want you both to take care of everything" .... ,, Yuvaan was putting some senses into the thick heads of his twin sons YaduRaaj and YaduVeer
"Don't worry I'll be there with them and handle everything" ..... Abhimanyu told Yuvaan and Yuvaan gave him a death glare which simply meant 'Don't even think of it"
Taapur felt trapped like dying . There was no way of it .
The family that gave her so much love will be hurt , broken and that man , that black Mamba who always glared at her with his emotionless pitch eyes would take what he wants from her .
Taapur didn't know how to say no to this alliance . Her fathers were happy . Everyone was happy except the bride and bridegroom . Their look was like someone sucked the soul out of their bodies and left lifeless , emotionless and expressionless
She excused herself and went back to her room .
Taapur pulled out the engagement ring frustratingly and was about to put it back in her bag .
"What do you think you are doing ?" .... ,, Deep gruff voice came from behind and Taapur froze at her place and turned around to see the owner of the deep Musculine voice
Abhimanyu's posture leaning on the door frame as his arms were crossed in front of his chest . His muscles were flexing in his fitted shirt
"Why are you here ?" ... ,, She asked him and put the engagement ring on the table
"You are on my property" .... ,, He repeated his words and stared intensely at her . She tried to read his eyes but failed miserably
She didn't reply but stood petrified of him . His mere presence tensed her up . She started playing with her fingers that caught his attention .
"How could he be so mean ?" .... ,, She thought and continued to stare at him
Their staring contest began without their notice . They stood still and looked deeply into each other's eyes
Abhimanyu always had authority over everything and everybody submitted to him . Being The KING it ran in his blood and he expected the same from Taapur , To be his and be submissive but she didn't even want to stand under the same space as his
"Why aren't you wearing an engagement ring ?" .... ,, Chills sent to her spines . His voice and his tone made her Understood that he was pissed but why ? She didn't want to know also
"Candy let's go" ... ,, Sumedh , Shiv and twins bolted Inside her room but got stilled to see Abhimanyu was there in his all dark glory
"Oh . . We are waiting for you outside" .... ,, Shiv said and the boys immediately left her room . No one wanted to face the Cruel King whose eyes started to turn red .
She glared at the door where boys ditched her but Abhimanyu caught her glaring and she composed herself but not before glancing at him and Understood he was pissed again on some matter . She knew he would definitely argue with her and she wished to hide herself from him
"Just split the earth and drown me already" ..... ,, Taapur cursed herself and looked down at her feet
"Where are you going to wear this ?" ... ,, Abhimanyu asked in his extremely cold tone and eyed her from head-to-toe
She was wearing an orange colour tank top with denim shorts , carried with white sneakers . Her pale white skin was shining without any lights , her toned legs were visible making his temper rise unbelievably . His nose flared up in anger and twitched his jaws
"Change your dress" .... ,, He spoke grittedly and she rolled her eyes at his arrogance
He gave her "You could never find anything in my eyes" look but Taapur continued to look at him , debating herself before she took a few steps away from him
"Why should I ?" ... ,, She asked softly but His mind was already a mess because of the talk he had with his father yesterday night and now She was messing with him
"Do as I say" ... ,, He marched towards her and gripped her jaw tightly in his hands and squeezed a little bit and she yelped in pain
Again , he hurted her in his anger . Knowingly or unknowingly , intentionally or unintentionally he had always hurt her so many times in his and slowly slowly , this act of him was breaking her innerself and making her weak
But she had to protect herself from the pain she had lived in her past . So , all she did was try to move away from him but he never let her . His grip hardened and her eyes moistened by his iron like grip made her look Down at the floor
"Look at me Squirrel" ... ,, Taapur made him angry and his heavy breathing were fanning all over her face sending warmness on her skin
Abhimanyu was seething , absolutely seething . Her dress wasn't as per his liking .
"Candy?" .... ,, Sumedh called her from outside of the room and without paying attention to his words . She ran outside of her room while clutching her heart
He stood at his place and ran his fingers in his hair to control his anger . Blood was pumping through his body like no other
"You'll definitely pay for this" ... ,, He muttered harshly . His hands tightened into fists . He slammed her bedroom door shut and stormed his way downstairs .

Local Romeos of our society . . . It was disturbing our Taapur . She came to Mumbai for the first time and made a plan of sightseeing with her gangs of boys , Shiv , YaduRaaj and YaduVeer and Sumedh
YaduRaaj and YaduVeer were their personal guides because both brothers lived in mumbai with their parents .
Dirty gazes and Comments weren't new but whistles were new for her . She was not a kid . Taapur knew how to handle them but still she chose to avoid them and that was her biggest mistake . Those local Romoes thought of her as their personal property

She was feeling cheerful after so many days but those stupid boys were irritating her so much

She was walking and looking around the new surroundings but in all these things she got lost in the crowd and fear struck in her system . She searched for them but didn't find them in the crowd
But those boys were still following her like a shadow . Taapur was getting irritated by their constant gazes and whistles
The weather changed and black clouds covered the sky . Soon , rain started to sprinkle making her slightly wet . With quivering lips , shivering body and hammering heart she decided to take shelter in the shop of the valley . .
She tried the boy's numbers but her phone wasn't charged and tears welled up in her eyes . She blinked continuously and controlled herself from shattering at the road
She was scared and felt a presence behind her . She turned around and ...
