" we leave tonight." Drake said to her face immediately she entered his office
" You can't just order me around." She flared up with anger
" If this is about your dad Sarah,I have everything in control, I want you to go back home and pick few things you consider important.”
Sarah gazed at him for a long moment, trying to decide what to do. She hadn’t noticed him look this heartless before. Not only that but he was also inconsiderate.Then, she is so regretting her decisions now.
" You have something to say?
" Is this about last night?"

Drake almost lost balance on his chair as he coughed profusely
“ Drake can I at least spend some time with my dad?”
" I need you to get back home Sarah. We don’t have time , and like I said I have everything in control."
Without any other word she walked out immediately with a face that reads regret, she knows him to be heartless but never this worst .
Bad Shit, she looked terrible. All woebegone and miserable, and she felt so damn bad that she immediately regretted coming out here. It seemed that puppies, good ratings, and weepy amazons were his weaknesses. And wasn’t that just ducky.

“ I am Patricia Banes from Sylvier care company , I have been assigned to specifically take care of your family.”
“ wow” Sarah whispered without thinking
“Pardon.” Patricia a young lady who looks a bit twenty-nine answered quickly
“ Come in .” Sarah replied as she went in ushering Patricia in too
“ I have a little brother and...”
“ your father, I have some necessary information, you don’t have to worry about anything.”
Sarah almost got piss but still tried so hard to maintain her cool, so this is Drake words when he said “ everything was in control.” She grinned as she walked towards a door “you can use this room, Ben is quite sick , he needs attention and my dad will be home tomorrow.....”
“ at exactly 3:40.” Patricia finished
“ what’s your company name again?.”
“Sylvier care company.” She replied with a a smile
“ just if I might have a problem with you, I should at least know where to ....”
“ you won’t Miss. Rosewood.”
“ do you do this every time , not letting people finish.”
“ I am sorry, I just want to keep you rest assured.”

“Okay .” Sarah glanced at her before she walked up to her room
regret didn’t even fit how bad she felt for putting herself into this situation right now,the awful realization that she was about to go on a trip with her ex and a man she probably loved all her life almost made her choke from the heat that was beginning to burn from inside her . And then the message she sent last night didn’t give her the right to have a stand for herself. She was more than embarrass to resume work that morning.

What more annoying is the fact that he did not bring up last night nor the text message, he must really abhor her . Looking outside her window where she constantly view the street from , she watched with satisfaction as this will be her last till three or four months. She wasn’t surprised to see reporters lurking around.
“ what are you looking at?”
Her younger brother said running towards her happily “ you never knock honey.”

“ I forgot.” He smiled broadly trying to look outside her window
“ I saw a lady in the kitchen.”
“ yes , she is here to take care of you while I am away.”
“ Are you leaving me.”
“ No honey, it’s just work , I just got this new job and I have to travel a lot .” Sarah lied as she led him to sit
“ okay .” He said quietly
“ promise me you will use your drugs and be a good boy honey.”

“ I promise.”he said as he ran out immediately while Sarah went on packing her things.
Since she still had time , she showered then went to bed to sleep for a while , she haven’t slept that long when her phone rang , reluctant to pick , she let it ring till it stopped and started again before she picked it , it was her friend Enny .
“ did I disturb you?.”
“ no it’s fine, what’s going on.”
“ I just wanted to be sure you are okay.”
“ oh thanks sweetheart, I will talk to you later.”
Sarah wasn’t ready to break down to her friend right now, she got herself in this mess and she alone will handle it.
“Okay.” Enny replied before she hung up
Sarah‘s alarm will be the end of her , she did not hear it ring all along till she heard a loud knock on her door.
“ come in “ she swung up immediately checking the time on her phone “ fuck”
“ Mr Holt is waiting.” Patricia said quickly
“Ben?”
“ he is asleep.”
“Okay.” Sarah replied before she picked up her bag .

Their trip to Hawaii seem more than awkward as they both weren’t exchanging even a tiny bit of a glance , only when they arrived at their destination did he ask one of his guards to lead her to her room .
“ you can rest Sarah, I have an appointment to catch .”
she wondered what the rush was about
“ okay .” She replied before he left
one thing is sure , he is definitely trying to avoid her , maybe she he wasn’t sure of himself around her, she smiled as she walked along with the guard . If truly it is what she thinks it is , then he better run instead.
Sarah’s heart felt full to bursting at the thought. Drake said he wasn’t capable of love and marriage ? That was too bad, because she was half in love with him already. He might not think of himself as a kind man, but his actions toward her had spoken differently. He might have a tough, cuss-laden outer shell, but there was a tender heart beating underneath.
She was still on cloud nine as she wandered in to the Blue Dining Hall.
