Tomorrow is another day

The next morning~

Bella Trump woke up without seeing Miguel Rodriguez who clung to her until last night by her side.

At first, she was startled but on second thoughts, as she remembered the reason why they're here in the first place and the nature of her job, Bella calmed down and leave the bed to start he morning routine — Brushing teeth, Brushing hair, bath rub, predicure and manicure, before leaving the room.

To her surprise, Mrs Odette was already in the kitchen dancing around the hot pots with jubilee as if something good just happened in her life.

"Mama Odette, what's the occasion?"

Mrs Odette noticed her and turned around, "My dear you're here? Haven't you heard that Agatha won a huge contract against Immortals?"

Bella gulped and the anticipation she had for whatever the new the older woman might wanna bring suddenly dies down.

Should she be happy or what?

But afraid to spoil the old woman's joyous mood, she smiled, "Wow, that's some good news. So what are you preparing?"

The woman noticed the change in her tine and realized that she'd talked out of the box but she walked over and patted her, "Bella dear, you don't have to think so heavily about Immortal because your father is there. Focus on who's with you when you have nothing"

These words stabbed Bella Trump. The person that stayed with her when she had nothing and was still no one is him, her husband — the man she was sent to spy, Miguel Rodriguez.

She staggered back, "Mama Odette, did you really think, I should abandon my family for Miguel? Dad's oj my neck and I don't want to give my husband away to jeopardy"

All of a sudden, she started crying heavily. Mrs Odette felt her pain and hugged her. She also knows how it feels to have a father like Cartersville Trump.

After she'd successfully calmed her down and they'd eaten, Bella left the woman to go sightseeing like she'd planned that morning.

Edison was surprised when the Agatha Madam suddenly informed him that she wanted to go sightseeing and wanted to go alone.

"Madam, roaming around can be dangerous to you. You need to have some bodyguards that will accompany you" the concerned Edison almost yelled.

Bella was adamant, "But there's security everywhere right? Why should I have bodyguards following me when there's security everywhere?"

Edison realized that this madam is very adamant to correction and won't listen to him to matter what he said, so he kept quiet and leave her to walk out of the mansion herself.

When she was out, Bella at first made a call to Miguel which was left unanswered, but anyway she doesn't bother to mind it, 'Miguel Rodriguez can be busy afterall"

Back at Agatha Branch in Victoria Island~~~

Miguel Rodriguez and his men were running Helter skelter trying to make the impending war divert to another location.

After Agatha had won a huge contract against Immortal, Trump's strength seemed to take a new height and it seems that they'd already tracked their location through Bella.

Miguel was in a tight spot after he received the text from his grandfather to that Cartersville Trump was quiet even after what happened that he won the election over him.

This is a new shock he wasn't ready to receive as he sat in from of his system.

Bella's call came, but Miguel finds it ages to pick, 'What will I tell her?' he thought. 'Will j say I failed to protect her or what?'

Came knocking from his door making him clear his throat, "Yes, what's it?"

"Boss, Edison just called that Madam has left the mansion" the latter reported.

It felt as though Miguel as been slapped in the face, "Madam has done what? Did anyone follow her?"

"No sir. She left alone, it seems like she ordered it"

Miguel almost went insane. Bella order people not to follow her? Could it be that she's now ready to leave him?

Has she succumbed to her father's pressure and wanted to leave him now?

Like a thunderbolt would rush through a shining space, Miguel rushed out of the office in frenzy in frantic search for his wife while dialing her phone non stop.

He stopped at the mansion and met Mrs Odette who was wt her garden.

The old woman hugged the grandson, "Mi, you don't have to cry. You can do just as much for your family"

"Grandma I loved her. I never loved a woman like I love Bella" he sobbed silently in the older woman's arms.

Mrs Odette now understand the reason why Bella was asking if she can be able to forfeit her family for Miguel.

"Bella loves you just as much. I guess that's why she'd making this hard decision"

Miguel refused to believe it and cried uncontrollably for the second time since his parents death.

Charles has trained him not to be an emotion controlled man, but he can't help falling for the woman that was sent to spy on him. How can Bella do this, was his constant thinking.

Just then, he received another call from his subordinate which he picked almost immediately, "Yes tell me?"

"Boss, The immortals are here. But Madam is not with them"

Miguel was perplexed, "What are you saying Bella is not with them? Didn't she leave with her family?

"Okay, make the boys prepare for any attack, Evacuate the people right now so no one gets hurt!" after he says this, he ended the call and picked his caftan.

"Grandma, I might never return if I leave now. I might never come back, for death might stop me from seeing my love. But Id anything happens to me and you see Bella, please do tell her that. I love her"

Mama Odette already know the meaning of all these as tears flow from her eyes in full wave.

Going to face the immortals can also be like a soldier going to face war.

With a forced smile, the old woman mused, "I'll always be here my son. Tell Bella too. I'll always love her as my daughter"
