~Retribution~ (Part Two)

~Rose~
After everyone swore to the Moon Goddess to tell the truth the trial began. I couldn't bring myself to look at Max, Mary, or Maxwell because I didn't know what I would see. I do not feel guilty because they deserve this. "Alright we are going to start off with the most recent incident. Alpha Jackson can you tell us what happened." Connor asked him. "My beta and I had just arrived at the guest house when Ms. White ran in and asked who Alpha Jackson was and I told her my name and she said to hurry because he was going to kill her." Jackson takes a breath and continues. "Nathan and I followed her to the door that enters the kitchen at the pack house. Through the window in the door I could see Maxwell with his hands on Rose. I watched him hit her and the sling her against the refrigerator. As I entered the kitchen he picked her up by her hair and would have hit her again. You could tell by the way she looked he had been beating on her for a little while. I immediately realized she was my mate so I sent out my Alpha aura and ordered him to let go of my mate. He looked at me and refused. I then grabbed him by the throat and handed him to my Beta who I ordered to put Maxwell in a cell and I brought Rose to the pack hospital. She passed out on the way there and didn't wake up until the next day." He concluded. "Thank you Alpha Jackson and we have all of both Rose and Emmys medical records from the pack hospital. Rose once we finish with Maxwell we will be bringing in you father and his chosen mate." I nodded my head and was thankful they would not get away with their abuse. "Beta Nathan can you confirm the Alpha's story." Wade asked him. "Yes sir. I can also say that on the way to the cells Maxwell kept saying she deserved what she got and that we had no right to interfere in pack business."

I couldn't believe he thought all the crap he did to me was pack business and apparently the council members couldn't believe it either. Connor looked at Maxwell and asked him. "Did you say this to Beta Nathan?" Maxwell looked nervous but didn't respond. "Boy I asked you a question and you are required to answer." Finally he responded. "Yes sir I said that." He nodded and thanked Nathan and then looked at Emmy. "Ms. White why did you ask Alpha Jackson for help?" Emmy immediately responded. "Because the minute Maxwell grabbed her, just the look on his face and in his eyes, I was scared he would kill her. He has almost several times and I knew if I didn't get help he just might kill my best friend and since she was always there to save me I had to do something to save her." The council members nodded and said "Thank you." They then looked at me. "Rose why did Maxwell hit you? Did he say." "I spoke to him and he stated he did not give me permission to do so. But the first thing he did was push me so hard I hit the refrigerator because Mary pushed me into him. He then picked me up and hit me and then caused me to hit it and the floor again. This was nothing new. I was told to respond if they asked a question only. To never talk back or look at them but it didn't matter. If he had a bad day and I was around I was his punching bag. If my mate hadn't stopped him I do believe he would have killed me this time." I responded. They didn't like that because they looked at Maxwell with a frown on their face.

~Jackson~
From the looks on the council members' faces they did not like what Maxwell had done. Wade then asked Emmy. "I noticed you didn't submit as many as Rose but sometimes a few of yours and hers combined. How come sometimes they were together?" She immediately responded. "If he started bullying one of us and the other tried to help he would hurt us both." "There was once I had been cleaning his room and Rose was down the hall cleaning a guestroom and he came into the room and grabbed me and threw me into the bed and stripped down to his underwear. I screamed and he punched me until it knocked me out if it had not been for Rose saving me that day I don't know what would have happened." Nathan looked at Maxwell and growled a little. "Nathan I know you are upset but you need to keep your cool. We will get justice for our girl's." I linked him. He then calmed down but only after Emmy took his hand in hers. Connor then asked Rose. "Ms Brown what happened that day?" "I heard Em scream so I ran to Maxwells room and pushed open the door to find her nose and lip busted and bleeding and her passed out with him on top of her ripping her clothes trying to get her naked. I yelled at him to stop and he just smirked at me and got up off the bed as he did I kicked him in his private parts and picked up Em and ran." She replied. He nodded. "Thank you. Now we also have a report here stating she saved you from him doing the same not 2 days later. Tell us about that."

Her face went a little pale but she took a deep breath and said. "I was cleaning up the guest house after another party of Maxwell and Mary's and I had just got finished and was about to make Emmy and me some lunch because she was going to come and hang out with me. Maxwell then came through the door and grabbed me and slammed me into the refrigerator and ripped my shirt open and started to put his hand down my pants. That's when Em came in she grabbed a pan and hit him in the head he fell to the floor and we both ran. When we got home my dad and his chosen mate called me a slut and said if I would learn my place and stop flaunting my body these kind of things would not happen. They then beat me and Emmy until we both had to go to the pack hospital." The whole time I sat there and listened I felt like letting Jace out abd ripping his head off but I knew I had to stay calm. The council members were not liking what they were hearing. They asked Emmy to confirm the story and she did. "We have already spoke with both Sarah and Nicole and got their witness statements to the incidents and trips to the hospital when they were on duty." Wade said. "Now Maxwell can you tell us why you abused these two young ladies and tried to force yourself on them?" Connor asked Maxwell. I wanted to hear this.

~Rose~
I have been waiting for years to know this and so had Em. "Honestly I bullied them both because I thought they were beautiful and it pissed me off they wanted nothing to do with me so I planned to take what I wanted. I am the future Alpha after all and I always get what I want. Em and I both gasped at this because it was crazy. "I gave the orders and if they didn't follow them, then they would get punished. After all being the future Alpha I own every member of the pack so that meant I owned them so they had to do what I say." Maxwell said with a sick look on his face. I couldn't believe he was saying this. Apparently the council members did not like his response at all. Wade looked at Alpha Max and asked him. "Did you know about any of this?" "I was only aware of one time and he and I fought over it because I told him to not treat pack members this way. I constantly asked them both after that if anything else occurred. They always said no." Max said. Connor then looked at Mary. "Did you know about this.' She responded. "I knew he had beat them a few times but I never knew he tried to rape them."

Connor then told the guards to take Maxwell back to his cell until they were ready to give their ruling. Then in walked my father and his chosen mate. They both had smug looks on their faces. Connor had them both take a seat. "Mr. Brown you and your chosen mate Janice Masters please raise your right hand." They did so. "Do you both swear to the Moon Goddess to tell the truth." The smug looks left their faces. "I swear to the Moon Goddess to tell the truth." They both said. Wade then asked my father. "Mr. Brown did you know that your chosen mate was beating your daughter and the Alpha's son Maxwell was as well?" "Yes sir." Was all my father said. Connor then asked him. "Mr. Brown did you also mentally and physically abuse your daughter? If so why?" This I wanted to know. "Yes I did and because she looked to much like her mother and I feel it's her fault my mate is dead." He said. Connor then asked Janice. "Ms. Masters did you mentally and physically abuse Rose Brown? If so why?" Janice replied with a smug smile. "I did because I hated how beautiful she is and how everyone looked at her. I hated her mother for taking the mate that should have been mine so I took that hatred out on her." I couldn't believe this chick. Both council members shook their heads. "Alpha Max were you aware of what Mr. Brown and Ms Masters were doing." Connor asked. "No sir." Max told them.

Connor then had the guards bring Maxwell back in and he sat back at the table with the guards standing watch. Wade then rose with Connor and he said. "We will be back after we deliberate." Once the left the conference room Jackson took me in his arms and whispered in my ear. "It's almost over baby just a little longer." I shook my head yes and squeezed him as hard as I could. We finally stopped hugging and he gave me a kiss on the forehead. I took a drink of my water and as I did Janice said to me. "I can't believe you would drag us into this mess Rose and even make the Alpha go through this." I refused to respond or even look at her and that made her get louder. "Look at me when I am talking to you, you little brat." Jackson then looked at her and said. "My mate has nothing to say to you so kindly leave her alone." We then waited for them to come back in after deliberating. After about a hour they returned. "Alright we have deliberated with the other council members as well as the King." Wade said and while he was talking Connor took his seat. "Mr. Brown and Ms. Masters please rise." Wade asked and they rose. "Due to the mental and physical abuse you have both subjected Rose to and the fact you knew about what Maxwell was doing and didn't do anything about it we have made a decision." He continued after taking a breath. "You both are being banished from this pack and all packs are to not let you join. Alpha Max you will cut all ties with them. You both are now classified as rogues and have until sundown to pack what you can and be off The Blue Moon Pack lands." He decreed. As he did tears ran down my face because finally someone was looking out for me. My dads chosen mate shouted "This is crazy and unfair." Connor then said. "The ruling stands. If you continue I can make a much worse ruling." He looked at her with a hard look on his face. She shook her head no. My dad took her hand and they headed out. Connor told Max to cut their link to the pack at sundown and he agreed. "We will be here until tomorrow so we will remind you." He said.

Wade then sat down and Connor rose from his seat. "Maxwell please rise. Do to the mental and physical abuse you have done to both Ms. Brown and Ms. White the council and the King have decreed that you will be executed by beheading tobe performed by the mates of the ladies you have abused. Since there is 2 then Alpha Jackson you and your beta can decide you have 20 minutes while we get the area prepared. Alpha Max started crying, Mary started screaming and crying, and Maxwell was just quiet. Jackson and Nathan both got up and were talking to each other and Emmy and I were hugging each other and crying with relief. It was almost over thank the Moon Goddess. We were all told then to come outside and we did and headed to the area the pack used for things like this. Connor asked. "Have you decided who will carry out the decree and perform the beheading?" Jackson stepped forward and said. "We have decided that I would sir." He nodded then had the guards get Maxwell in position. Jackson was then given a ceremonial axe by Wade. Jackson got in position and said. "Maxwell this is for my mate and my Beta's mate. The sweetest ladies I have ever met." He the raised the axe and then swung and that was it. Max and Mary screamed and cried. Me and Em were holding onto each other for dear life then when it was over she started crying and ran into Nathans arms. I was so relieved. It was over. Jackson returned the axe to the council members and took me in his arms and whispered. "You finally got your justice baby." I just nodded. As we left to head to the guest house I thought I herd Mary tell Max "I will get her for this." but I wasn't sure. When we entered the guest house I held onto Jackson and cried until I couldn't anymore then I said. "We finally got justice."
