CHAPTER 29

ANITA’S POV.
I was yearning for him the same way that he was yearning for me. I slowly got out of bed after he gestured to me and stood right in front of him, interlocking my fingers behind his neck.

He continued looking into my eyes as I looked up to him. I couldn't believe that he was actually here with me, he had decided to give me the love that I have been craving for.

He leaned in close after running his thumb over my lip. By this time I had closed my eyes tightly, trying to control my racing heart.

When he finally kissed me, I sighed in relief. I had desired so much for him and feeling him run his tongue over mine made me feel so much pleasure. I pulled him close to me as we kept on kissing.

He was starting to get hard, he made me touch him. I was also dripping wet for him and I didn't know what to do with myself. I wanted him the same way that he wanted me. Finally, we were on the same page.

I am always the shy and timid girl but tonight, I put that aside. The last time that we were together, he licked me and it was about time that I returned the favour. The kiss was hot but I had a different plan. I whispered for him to sit before I went on my knees.

“ What are you doing?” He asked in bewilderment as I opened his pants.

“ I want to lick you,sir,” I said in the sexiest voice ever as I ran my hand over his groin.

He leaned back, groaning as I opened the zippers of his trousers. I finally touched him before I started licking him. I was an amateur but I did not care, I knew that just by the virtue of me doing it, he was going to like it. It's not like I was dumb anyway, I knew how to go about my way.

I kissed him, I licked him and teased him until he started mourning my name. I couldn't continue though even if he was begging me to because I knew that he would want more yet I was not ready. This is not the way I imagined my first time to be. I wanted my first time to be very romantic.

I wanted it to be special.

He was not mad when I pulled away, licking my lips together seductively. He understood. He was rock hard hence I had to give him a few seconds to calm the steam before we talked.

I loved the way he made me feel. Even though he wanted me so much, he gave me the space that I needed. We would always do it when I am ready. I didn't feel pressured to do it just to please him yet I was not fully into it.

“ I know you want your first time to be special and I will make it special,” He said after a minute or so.

“ Have you just read my mind?” I asked, as I went to sit next to him and interlocked my fingers with his.

“ I know you, I feel like I do. The moon goddess brought you here for me,” He said this, making me blush.

“ I didn't know that I meant so much to you in that sense,” I admitted.

“ I have to blame myself for that. I am so sorry for making you doubt the spark that we felt for each other since the very first time that we met. I tried to fight what I was feeling but not anymore. Right now, I am embracing it.” He said and this was music to my ears.

“ Thank you baby, you don't have an idea of how this makes me feel,” I told him.

“ Me too, I am glad that you gave me a second chance. I wouldn't forgive myself if I ever lost you,” He admitted and that is when I was reminded of Ben's request.

He actually fired a guy who let me go. I knew that if I defended the omega, he would do what I want but still I couldn't say it. I didn't want him to ever look back and conclude that I questioned his authority on numerous accounts.

Ben might be disappointed in me but I am pretty sure that he was going to come around. If he doesn't then it's fine, I would always make other friends.

I cannot kill this mood just to make Ben happy. I have to pick the Alphas side, always even if he is wrong. That is how loyalty is supposed to be.

“ What are you thinking about?” He asked when he caught me staring.

“ Nothing,” I lied.

“ Babe, I have to go now. I will see you soon,” He said before kissing me on the forehead and taking his leave.

After he left, I tucked myself in bed and kept on thinking about what happened between the two of us and how he awoke all the nerves in my body. I felt jolly and got hot flushes all over again as I thought about him. I loved him in a way that I didn't think could exist. At the moment, I couldn't imagine life without him. I really wonder how I existed without knowing him. After meeting him, I knew that there could not be a life after him.

I was about to fall asleep when I heard a knock on the door.

Upon going to get it, I found Ben gracing the doorway.

“ What is it?” I asked.

“ I just saw the Alpha coming from your room. Did you tell him?” He asked, widening his eyes in excitement, as if he was sure that I had done what he had requested.

“ No, of course not. “ I said, folding my hands in front of me.

“ What!” He gasped.

“ Don't ever tell me to go against the Alpha, do you hear me?” I said.

“ What have you become?” He couldn't believe it.

“ What have I become?” I asked myself after I banged the door on his face.
