Chapter 75: Luna's First Major Victory

The night was full of howls. The sounds echoed through the forest as the pack started to move. Jessica ran next to her mates. Her heart was beating fast. She felt scared but also very excited. This was their first big fight with the Shadow Walkers. It was very important.

They ran into a clearing where the moon was shining. Jessica stopped and looked. She saw many Shadow Walkers. These were scary creatures that looked like moving shadows. They had red eyes that glowed. They also had very sharp claws.

James shouted very loud. "Remember what we planned!" he said. "Michael and Andrew, go to the left. David and Christopher, go to the right. Jessica, stay behind us!"

The pack started to fight. They changed into their wolf forms very fast. Jessica watched her mates use their special powers. She was very impressed.

Michael was very smart. He told everyone where to go and what to do. Andrew was very strong. He used his big teeth to bite the Shadow Walkers very hard.

David could heal people. He helped the pack when they got hurt. He also made them stronger. Christopher was very brave. He ran right into the middle of the fight. He used his teeth and claws to hurt many Shadow Walkers.

The pack stopped fighting. They were very surprised by what Jessica did. Even the Shadow Walkers stopped for a moment. They looked at Jessica with fear and wonder.

Jessica felt more powerful than she ever had before. It felt like the whole world had changed to do what she wanted. She felt very sure of herself. She looked at the Shadow Walkers and spoke in a very strong voice.

"Go away, bad creatures!" she said. "You can't do bad things here anymore. The moon is shining, and we won't let you stay. This pack and this land belong to us. We won't let the shadows take them!"

The Shadow Walkers moved back. They looked like they were shaking. The bright light kept coming from Jessica. One by one, the Shadow Walkers ran away. They disappeared into the night. Their hurt noises got quieter as they went away.

"Luna," he said very softly. "What you did... it's more than we ever thought you could do."
