CHAPTER 33 WAR

"Warriors surrender your weapons, Rouges and Army, I don't discriminate. Leave the side of your corrupt king and come under my shadows. "
If a woman can control a whole army, bend them on their knees in one command, what will stop her from pushing a blade through their throat if they refused?
Nothing
She was playing with their lives concentrated and confiscated in the palm of her hands.
"Fools! what are you doing!!" Valium roared his face turning pale as most of his soldiers surrendered keeping their head down moving away from him, parting like red sea for the goddess to enter.
A path that had only two people infront and against of each other, one was going to die and other was going to hunt. Valium's most relied warrior Gamma Aldrich didn't think twice before accepting defeat.
"You are a woman! weak and undetermined. I am never going to stand by your side. Are you all blind? she is delusion! She is feeding you all lies, women don't have heart to kill."
A warrior walked infront of his battalion, growling at Medusa completely regarding his displeasure towards her ,receiving threatening growls from her side.
A group of people stood behind him, seeming to agree on his opinion.
Fools
Medusa is infront of them before they could bat an eyelash, making the offender staggering back in fear, his eyes widened before he straightened out himself still not backing down from his words.
"Is that so?" The rogue princess tilted her head, watching him intently with an emotionless facade beneath which laid a burning soul and unimaginable wrath.
"I w-will not bow down to you." He stuttered, trying to look confident.
"Then you will not live either." Medusa swung her sword back with full force, pulling it forward and stabbing it in his neck before he could even take his stance.
Blood sprouted out like water as his throat was pierced, splatters of blood dripping down Medusa's face as the werewolf fell limp on the ground.
The men beside him were not so courageous anymore bowing down at once.
"W-we beg for f-gorgiveness our Q-queen."
"Is there anyone else who would dare to stand against me. " None answered making her snap with full force.
"ANSWER ME!"
"NO OUR QUEEN." they replied together, their conjoined voices echoing thought the battleground as a hypnotic submission.
Alpha King Valium wanted to rip the Medusa's throat, he lurched forward his eyes all complete black turning into his dark olive wolf. He stood at a height of 8 feet and Medusa wanted to scoff....He still though he had a chance.
Zion roared in return coming to stand infront of Medusa only to be stopped by her raising her palm making him step aside.
"I will kill him with my own hands."
Her eyes glossed over, glowing neon yellow, a black, bold slit in between the yellow eyes.
Her radiant silver hair flowed above her head standing vertically straight as they changed into white snakes hissing ferociously.
It is as if they knew it was their last fight, the last time they have gathered all together to kill the person responsible for the fall of their mate.
The serpents poured out all the venom present inside them, turning their white skin to onyx black shining like clusters of grey could together. It was marvelous and horrific at the same time.
Medusa raised her hand towards the skies, her palm contorting into a fist making the wolf sneering at her smash to the ground. The wolf charging towards the rogue princess turned into his human form.
Valium couldn't believe his eyes, she had forced him to give up his wolf. subdued him down like it was the easiest thing to do.
"θα κλέψω το χάρισμα σου σε κατάρα.... Θα μου πείτε να πεθάνω."
(I will turn your boon into curse...you will beg me to die.)
When Valium got back on his feet, he shivered on finding the rouge princess standing directly infront of him.
She gripped his hair hard, yanking him down to her level. The snakes opened their mouth wide wounding him with their fangs releasing poison into his body as he tried moving away shaking furiously.
The Alpha king screamed as one of inky black snakes coiled around his neck twisting it furiously. His claws broke free from his skin trying to kill the snake.
Medusa hissed furiously as his sharp nails dug into the snake killing him instantly, leaving his neck. The creature laid limp...falling dead for a second while his other counterparts started biting him more aggressively.
It all stopped abruptly when the dead snake moved slightly, standing straight looking directly into the eyes of his killer, Valium clutched his heart when the creature on seeing his enraged eyes....blood red.
Medusa did nothing, apart from standing and enjoying the torment.
Her own eyes opened to be completely scarlet.
"I Medusa, the Enforcer of Rogues, follower of moon goddess and Luna Queen Persephone, her grace myself and in her highest presence, take the vow to be the cause of the downfall of the entire legacy and heritage of the wolves that were my mate's tormentor.
The highest honor of a wolf- his tail and the nose which would have been held high during my mate's torment would be my first offerings to you my mother Queen followed by a torment cruel enough to freeze inferno."
She held Valium's hand in a bruising grip watching it intently.
"These were the hands which destroyed my mate's childhood."
" NOOOO!" Valium screamed in agony as she twisted his hand smiling sinisterly, pulling it with such force that it ripped apart from his shoulder, another hand followed suit making him fall on the ground with extreme pain.
The warriors diverted their eyes unable to watch such cruel display of warfare.
"None of you will avert your eyes, watch him...." She screeched.
"..watch your king die the death of a monster, watch his downfall and rejoice because I will dance in the downpour of his blood."
She screamed like a maniac cutting his nose as he withered on the ground like a dying fish, his vision hazy.
"My mate was so kind, so just. He never inflicted any pain on others...but you...you burned him, beat him, tortured him in unspeakable ways and I will return your favor!
Come on Valium.." Medusa smiled, a thing so disturbing that it made his skin crawl.
"shift partially...I need to rip off your tail." He cried in helplessness as his body obeyed despite him having absolutely no strength left.
She tilted her head watching his eyes with the same chilling grin as she bend down twisting his tail making him whimper and wail furiously as she rip it apart from his body.
"Kill me! Please kill me." He shook his head tears streaming down his face as she stood up on her feet again watching him.
"This might be your last wish....bring me the oil." Valium despite wanting death... needing it even, widen his eyes, shaking his head frantically.
She poured oil all over the King's body with the speed of wind, fetching a firelight.
"Please! Please! For the sake of your mate don't burn me."
And for the first time Medusa looked him with blank eyes, tears streaming down her own face.
"Did you listened to the girls whom you raped? Did you listened to their cries and broken heart when they begged you not to rip their soul apart? Did you felt the pain of my mate?" She spat.
"For the sake of my mate? My mate...my Rhysand is dead." Valium gasped widening his eyes before his screams echoed throughout the atmosphere as he body burned to ashes.
