Taking advantage of her
Agnes was already blushing from the back of her ears in embarrassment. Was he not going to show up?She thought her head had already fallen when she heard his voice.
"Are you newfound, not something that you can take care of by yourself?"
She felt like crawling into a hole at that moment when he said that but she ignored it and just said in a chirpy tone.
"Well, I don't know if this zipper is not agreeing with me at all right now..."
There was a silence that followed it for so long that she suspected t maybe had walked out on her or something like that until she heard his imported shoes grinding against the ground until he reached the changing booth.
"Miss Agnes?"
He called carefully stepping on each syllable as if it was actually walking on glass, Agnes sighed shoving her hand out and grabbing his arm pulling him inside with her.
"Miss Agnes!" He gasped instantly looking away the moment he was in the changing booth his face was so red up to the tip of his ears, how did someone like him even manage to get into a relationship at all if he was so bashful?
"Mr Jones?" She called him, his eyes were literally anywhere else in that cramped space at that moment but to her she didn't know if she was supposed suspicious or simply burst out in flames...how...how..was this guy going to manage a fake relationship?
Agnes sighed, well if he couldn't manage a fake relationship...how would he feel in a *real* one?
The thought came to her mind followed by a certain shiver but she shrugged it off like it was never even there at all in the first place.
She had to have this revenge no matter what...
"Mr Jones, I don't think that I've had the chance to thank you..."
"Thank me, for what exactly?"
He said, she was slowly clipping the small distance between them as she came closer and closer to him at that moment.
"For helping me out..."She said"...not a lot of men are that noble you know..."
He let out a dry laugh.
"I don't know if the word *noble* is the one that you should use... aren't we just taking advantage of each other?"
Agnes had to hold back the urge to nod to that moment because that was exactly what was going on, they were taking advantage of each other, but wasn't that just life?
Pascal's plan had been to seduce him with this damsel in distress card but it obviously wasn't working on him.
Yet...
"I don't think you are the type to take advantage of anyone though, Mr Jones..."
She pressed her chest against his and could feel his heart racing and then the hardness in his crotch area as it poked against her.
"Miss Agnes!" He gasped out now almost flattening himself against the wall like a pancake.
"Mr Jones" She called back with a smile his face looked like a tomato now.
"We are going to be working together, Mr Jones and if we don't pull off this whole couple act we will just end up making ourselves look like clowns..."
She pressed closer and she could feel his breathing getting more ragged with the moment that was passing.
"If...if this is all too much for you...then tell me...r that contract up with no hesitation,"
At this point he looked at her his eyes bigger than sauce pans.
"You wouldn't do that... right?"
"I don't want to, honestly but how can we pretend to be madly in love when you won't even look at me properly?"
He sighed.
"You...you make a fair point Miss Agnes. I'll try."
A smile ran across her face as she got on her tip toes to peck him on the cheek it was like pecking a tea pot that had just been talking from the fire, his face was so red.
"Wh-what...?!"
"I was practicing for future purposes of course...also I've thought about it...that idea of yours..."
"What idea?"He asked.
"You know...that one of us living together, I think that we should go ahead with it..."
Agnes had really wanted to draw lines with this guy to avoid falling again for a rich bastard who was just using her to further his own goals.
But she convinced herself that she was not going to fall, she had much tougher skin now and was not going to falter fir any sly trick or trap.
"I don't want you to think that you have to stay with me though, Miss Agn-"
"This is my choice like you said, our fake relationship can look all the more genuine to others and then we can get more use to each other,"
He couldn't argue with that, he had initially only come up with the idea with the hopes that she would shoot it down, he didn't think that she would agree to it and now he had to say yes.
"Well if that's all..."
She held out her hand.
"Mr Jones, but the original reason I asked you here was to help me dress,"
His face hadn't stopped looking like an unplugged cherry since he walked in and she hadn't stopped smiling at him, though it was not actually a genuine smile.
"Miss Agnes .." He called.
Scrutinizing an anthem she chuckled and finally gave him way to pass.
When he left the changing booth, she sighed. This man was going to be a lot of work, just as she was wary of him it seemed that he was even more so of her as well.
That could prove to be an inconvenience for both of them if she couldn't break down those walls that he had put between them.
More importantly she had to do so that without letting her own walls down at all.
"Just get ready for me Ethan Moore,"
The scene of her signing those divorce papers months ago while crying out her eyeballs came back.
"You have no idea what is coming for you," she muttered.
