GOING BACK TO THE TRAITOR!

Angelina opened her eyes opened she rubbed her eyes to get a clearer vision of the new environment she is. She recognized it to a hospital room and she began wonder how she ended of her. After recalling what happened earlier, she realized she has been unconscious for almost one hour.

When she tried to stand up the maid rushed towards and pressed her down to the bed, she was weak so she couldn’t protest and had no choice than to lay down.

“Ma…please you have to relax why we run some checkup on you”. The nurse said as she wrote down some words in the book she was holding. “I have called your husband and he will be here anytime soon”. The nurse added and her eyes lit up.

“Husband?”. Angelina asked with one brown raised up.

“Yes ma, sir Connery will be here anytime soon”. The nurse said and her heart beat skipped.

“Connery!?”. Angelina exclaimed, she tried to stand up from the bed but as usual the nurse forced her to lay down back.

“Ma..adam, please relax and patiently wait for your husband arrival before anything else”. The beautiful nurse said in her asian accent.

“Please I really need to leave here”. Angelina pleaded but instead the nurse placed the book on the desk besides the table and picked up a injection from the table. “This will calm you down, so please relax”. The nurse said, approaching her with the needle.

“No please don’t, please don’t”. Angelina whimpered, she tries to run but the nurse overpowered her and insert the injection in her left palm. She blanked out immediately.

Few minutes later, she slightly opened her eyes. She wide it open to have a clearer vision of the figure standing beside her. It was tall woman, a nurse. She was grinning at her so wildly.

“Good evening ma, I have a good news”. The nurse said with excitement taking over her voice.

“And what’s that?”. Angelina sat up on her elbow as she asked in a bored voice as if she wasn’t interested in listening.

“You are pregnant!”. The nurse half yelled and Angelina exclaimed, she was in total shock there was no thought because the expression was all over her face.

“That can’t be true”. Angelina said in disbelief.

“Of course it’s truth sweetheart, the result came out positively”. The nurse said, still maintaining the grin on her face.

“No no no no no no”. Angelina clasped her head and buried her finger deep into her blonde messy short hair. “It can’t be possible, can you please…”

“Your husband is here Miss, I shall have my leave now”. The nurse said and departed.

Angelina gulped in, she knew she was done for if Conner gets to see her again. She doesn’t wants to end up going to that horrific mansion, never again!.

There was a light knock on the door the a creaking sound of a door been slightly open and then a dominant lumber footstep approaching. Every step it took, her heart beat increase and her heart skip the more. She became terrified when she saw the figure appeared in front of her. He looks unkept and it was obviously showing in his face. He has bear growing round his mouth and his jawline. The black suit he wore wasn’t properly rearranged, it was left open and the white t-shirt was left open to expose his chest. And then his cold eyes was filled with nothing but sadness, pains. It was dazzling red and it seems he was crying for a long time.

“Wha…what…what are you doing here?”. Angelina asked, she was expected a slap for escaping but what she got surprised her. Conner sat on the bed close to her and pulled her into a warm embrace. She hugged her so tight and passionately that she could feel his harden chest against her. She didn’t move, her body was numb. She was shocked as she didn’t expected this. “Are you okay Lina, did anyone hurt you?, Please say something Lina”. Conner said in a tainted voice as he fumbled her both cheek and laid kisses all over her face.

“I…I…”. Angelina stuttered, she blinked twice to be sure she wasn’t just imagining but dreaming.

“C’mon say something Lina, say that you love me and that you missed me so much Lina, please”. Conner cupped her face as he stared intensely into her eyes.

Angelina observed his face for a while, it was obvious that he wasn’t faking his emotions with the expression on his face.

“I am so sorry Lina, all this year’s I have been such a fool and…”. He paused. “Please forgive me Lina and come back home with me please, this time I promise never to touch you or torture or even think of forcing myself on you, just please come back home”. He pleaded. “We can start a new family since you are pregnant, we could start all over again and forget what ever had happened in the past because of my arrogant”. Conner said and waited patiently for her respond.

“I will come home with you”. Angelina briefly respond. She has no choice, Ethan betrayed her, he use her because he wanted to get rid of her. She couldn’t believe she has been such a fool all this while, there is no way that she will ever let him come across her ever again. Her heart shattered into piece anytime she think of it, she regret every moment and every time she spent with him. He means nothing but her worst enemy, a betrayer and a back stabber.

“Are you for real Lina?”. Conner inquired, he was intoxicated with so much excitement all over him.

“Yes, I’m coming back home with you”. Angelina said and smile found it’s way in Conner’s lips. He pulled her in for a deep hug and this time, she reciprocate and wrapped her arm around his shoulder.

“I love you so much Lina and I will do anything to win your heart”. Conner said as he softly stroke her hair.
