SHE IS NOT ORDINARY

JESSICA POV
I gradually opened my eyes as I felt something wet on my head. I patted my head slowly and discovered that it was a towel. I sigh and sat up, brushing the towel off my head as I tried to recalled what happened yesterday and how I ended up her.
I felt a light hit on my head but it subsided when I rubbed my head slowly. I couldn’t remember anything, but atleast, I am glad to be here again, away from danger.
“Never again, I repeat never again will I leave her”. I said to myself.
The door opened and Masha, one of the oldest maid came in.
“My lady how are you feeling now?”. She asked as she approached me with a bowl of hot soup on the tray.
“I’m fine thank you”. I respond. “Just that I can’t remember how I got here”. I said and chuckled at my last statement.
“Oh yes”. Masha placed the tray on the bed and I brought my legs down to the ground. “Lord Lucifer had brought you back here yesterday and”. She lowered her head to my face and whispered into my ear. “And I think he really likes you”. She said and my eyes widened. I couldn’t help but laugh, it sounded like a joke in my ear because someone as heartless as him can’t be able to have any feelings for anyone, when I mean anyone that means me, his ugly mate. “What’s funny my lady?”. She stood up and furrowed her brow. “I saw him…”. She paused and I raised one of my brows up for more inquiries but she ignored. “My lady please have your soup”. She said politely.
“You were saying something other than that?”. I asked.
“It’s nothing my…”. She paused as if she was interrupted by something. “I will be back my lady, the king ordered for my present”. Masha bowed her head and dismissed.
“Whatever”. I huffed.
I grabbed the tray from the table and placed it on my lap. I filled the spoon with soup and slowly began to sip out the soup inside my mouth. It doesn’t taste bad but it was hot.
LUCIFER POV
Since the day I met Jessica, I knew that she is not an ordinary wolf and last night I have just confirmed it. The rouge had never dared to attack me or challenged me, the only way a rouge could dare to do that is only when they needed something precious. Someone must have sent them but who?. If the rouge needed someone so precious, it could only mean one thing; They are after her. But, No, I won’t let them take her away from me, she’s mine.
As I thought of that so many more questions began to snap in my head, what if they tried to take her away from me and I wasn’t there to save her. I need to train her to be a strong wolf because she is weak, she couldn’t even stand seeing me naked nevertheless a wolf. I sigh as I adjusted myself to my comfort zone on the bed. I will have to begin her training today. “Masha”. I mind linked one of my maid and ordered for her present.
She knocked twice before I ordered her to come in.
“Is she awake?” I asked and she lowered her head before she respond.
“Yes sir”
“Prepare her for training this morning and bring her down to the hall”. I ordered and she tried to protest.
“But sir she has just recover…”
I didn’t let her finish before I used my wolf instinct and speed up to her. I grip her both cheek and lifted her face up to meet my gaze. I could tell that my eye colour must have changed because she looks scared. “Don’t let me eat you raw”. I threaten as I extended my teeth down to my lips and she began shivering in fear.
“Sir…sir..I will do as you have ordered sir”. She stuttered in response and I let go of her. She didn’t let me speak again as she scurried out of my room. “Useless”. I cursed.
I walked to my wardrobe and brought out a white long sleeve shirt and a black pant. I entered the bathroom and wash my body clean. I dried myself with the towel before I slide into my pant and wore my shirt. I buttoned my shirt as I proceed out of my room.
JESSICA POV
I have just finished the soup when Masha came in, her face was looking flushed as if she has been holding her breath for a long time.
“What’s wrong Masha?”. I asked out of curiosity.
“Nothing”. Masha brushed her face with her palm and put on a fake smile. “You finished the soup, I hope you like it?”. She asked and I nodded. “Oh that’s nice”. She smiled and this time it looks real. “Please my lady, freshen up, the lord demands for your present”. She said as she carried the tray that was on my lap.
“And why?”. I asked.
“Your training”. Masha respond as she strode to the door.
“What training?”. I asked, nervous and at the same time curious. I don’t want to set my eyes on him again atleast not now.
“I don’t know my lady but please freshen up, I will arrange your cloth for you”. Masha said and dismissed.
“What training?”. I asked inwardly. If I want to know what the training is all about I will have to go. I sigh and stood up from the bed. The strode into the bathroom while stripping out of my dress till I became unclad. I turned on the tap and the water began to gush out. I waited till the tub was filled up with water before I dipped my leg inside and slide in.
The water was so cold and it made me shiver, I should have mixed it with cloud water, that would be manageable. Argh!...
After spending five minutes in the bathroom, Masha appeared with a towel.
“My lady”. She offered me the towel and I accepted it from her hand. “Your cloth is on the bed, permission to leave my lady as I have a lot of work to do”. She said. “I will be back once you are done my lady”. She said and I nodded in approval before she dismissed.
I stood up from the tub and tied the towel around myself before I came out of the bathroom. I strode to the bed, my underwear and cloth was on the bed. I wore my thong before I wore the white short pant on. The t shirt looks so small and I had to force it into my head and down to my body. It even had a belt! I tied it below my breast and lifted up. Atleast I could breath.
