Niko raised the man's head to face them. Aris heart threatened to stop, she knew those eyes. Those were the same eyes that came to her in her dreams after that night. His face appeared nearly the same as it has 10 years ago. "Kevin?" she gasped. He smiled now looking at her. She reached up and tugged the shirt free. Letting it fall out. She looked at him not believing her eyes. *He should be dead by now?! Minons dont last this long.* she thought frantically. He grinned showing his rotted teeth. Niko could see the distress playing out over Ari's face. Her body language screamed it. Kevin brought his attention to Niko," How much for the girl?" he curled his *L*. Niko responded by punching him across the jaw. Crack!* Flesh against bone, and a pop too boot. Niko didn't hold back on his strength. BUt kevin just smiled, acted as if he felt none of it. Then Ari saw it. Movement meant under the skin. Like large worms. Almost as if they would surface and then go deeper, sometimes causing the skin to raise. It was repulsive. She didn't step closer for fear of them crawling under her skin. She looked horrified and disgusted at this piss poor example of a human being. "You don't talk to her like that!" Niko snapped raising his other fist to right his second cheek." Wait! Don't touch him again." Ari grabbed Niko's fist before he could strike again. "Look." she pointed at Kevin. Her voice was betraying her fear. Niko looked at the shabby man tied tohis chair. He caught the glimpes of movement and his breath caught. "What the fuck?!"
He took a deeper breath in , smelling the man. The orginal scent of whiskey, urine, and dirt were present and the strongest, but there was something else- very faint. Niko had never come across something or someone like this before. Kevin gave no answer only grinned at the two captures who starred stunned at him.
After a few minutes Ari spoke first, "I've seen this man before. He is one of them who took my mom." Niko snapped his head around to face her. Surely she wasn't thinking her mom would still be alive?! He placed his massive palms on her shoulders, "Listen to me, very carefully. She is no longer alive. Surely you know this?" he spoke slowly and carefully hoping she would pick up the reasoning in his voice. His heart broke for her. He wasn't going to let her make a poor call on sentimental reasons. Mika would have *his* head for the chopping block of he let her go head long against a vampire. "It has been 10 year, in the company of vampires. In the company of....this." he waved his hand in the direction of Kevin. "If he lived this long.." she started. "Would you really want your mother to be like him?" he whispered.*No, God I hope not.* she thought. The flicker of hope quickly blinked out of her eyes, and her resolve returned. "I know this." she scoffed. she knew she'd revisit this moment and replay this pain later. Now she needed more answers not distractions.
Feeling that the moment has passed Kevin took the chance to redirect, "My my ain't you gotten pretty." he said the y as if saying "Aye" instead of "E". "Mmm much better now." he bit his lip. "Shut the fuck up bastard." Niko snapped.
"I'm just saying." he grinned he faked playing sheepish.
"Whose the girl?" she jumped right to the case. His attention snapped back from Niko to her, a black flicker went over his eyes. Maybe it was a play of the candle light but Ari was sure that she saw his eyes go black and then back to his brown. "Come now, don't you want to find out for your self? You'd do nicely pleasing master. Wouldn't you?"
Niko growled again. She placed her hand on his to silence him."Well how did I know I'd fit in. I may not be his type."
"Oh you his type. He loves all females." his mouth practically drooling. "But what about this one special," she neared him just enough and bent down showing the creature her breast beneath her shirt," female. What does she have I don't?"
He stirred and jerked his head. As if he was fighting a fly buzzing around his head. Strands of his hair whipped and stuck to his face and he looked this way and that. "All of'em make babies, but none for him. She will." he grinned showing his brown teeth," Yessss and make lotssss she will." he hissed.
She stepped back and whispered to Niko. "Do vampires have babies?!" Niko looked shocked. "I've never heard of one doing it. Do you even know how one is made?" she shook her head.
Kevin smiled," You serve master. Love master. Obey his will. He is you every thought, your desire. Give him all he ask of you. In return if he finds you worthy he will bless you."
" Oh yes just as he has you." Niko scoffed. Kevin snapped his jaw indignantly and rolled his eyes."You know nothing." he hissed back.
"Oh really? I know the master vampire feeds and feeds until they are dried corpses, deaders and if someone is so unlucky he turns them."
"How?" she shook her head trying to piece it all. "He has them make their first kill. They already have his blood in them. They then have to die and be reanimated. If they are successful in turning a newbie is made, of it fails and thier body can't take it we have a ghoul. Or the running theory is that." he corrected.
"So he isn't looking to wipe out the wolves, he's looking for a certain female to make vampire babies with?" she stated mulling over the thought.
Kevin scoffed."Wolves." Niko growled warningly at him."Please you are a beast master has tamed. Your King Henry? He knows and believes in the glory of his own blood line just as Master does."
"What do you mean Kevin?" she asked harshly knowing Niko was on the brink of snapping because he was still his alpha regardless.
"He visits master. Oh yes he had taught him much. Showing him how his bloodline should rule the dogs. Why do you think we went after your females and wanted you males dead?" Kevin looked directly at Niko. "You." it wasn't a question but a statement, this was the man who hunted them. "You killed Matt." Niko snapped. Fur was beginning to sprout, and his claws were elongagting. "Niko.Niko' she placed her hands on his face forcing him to look at her. "Listen to me, he is bating us. Breath, or I will finish." Niko gritted his jaw closed and kept quiet. Kevin on the other hand continued. He knew he was getting the werewolf railed up.
"And what a shame only got one female. The other bitch we could use since she has proven she can become pregnant."
"Exactly she was already you couldn't use her!" Niko snapped back at him. Kevin just smiled. "Do you think your King wanted that whore alive carrying a child that wasn't his? He GAVE her over for master to do with as he saw fit. Master has great imagination. His vision of the perfect breed makes perfect sense. You will see. As for the bitch whether he bled her dry or tried to turn her and the baby last seconds. It is solely up to master."
Ari shook her head,"You are a very sick man Kevin." her stomach turning with disgust.
"No I'm a great servant. And Master can't wait to meet you, Arianna." Ice shot through her veins. "Excuse me?!" her breath rasped. Kevin just began to laugh. The sound echoing off the vault walls.
