Chapter-23

Naina's POV

I don't know how he'll feel when he comes to know that I'm married and have a daughter. I sighed guiltily. I've to talk to him.

I went to home and changed my dress. I want to spend my day with him. I need to do something. I laid on the bed and slept thinking of how to make him understand my situation.

Next day

I woke up with a light smile on my face.

Today I woke up by myself, not by Rithu as she was still sleeping with her mouth open.

Yesterday she talked with Rohit upto 2 o'clock at night.

I don't know what she talked. I'm not interested in their talks because I'm not a teenager.

I have goals to fulfil and take care of my beautiful princess.

I quickly went to washroom, did my morning chores and changed into a dress.

I wore a cream colour short frock and kept my hair loose.

I went to wake up Rithu. I tried so many times to wake her up bit she didn't budge. Now, I've to do something.

I went to washroom, brought one jug full of water and splashed it on her face.

Next came a dangerous scream which can make anyone deaf.

"What the hell Naina?" She yelled glaring at me.

"Oh my god! Rithu wake up. We're getting late." I said looking at clock.

"Didn't you have any other way to wake me up? Out of all the solutions, you got this stupid idea," She said not opening her eyes properly.

"Look, who's talking. Do you remember baby you wake me up with this stupid idea only? Tit for tat. Now get ready. I'm waiting downstairs for you." Saying that i was about to walk but her shout made me halt.

"Wait."

"Now what?" I asked irritatingly.

"Hey, is it raining today?" She asked raising her brows.

"No. Why?" I asked clueless about her question.

"Oh, I thought you woke up early so it would be raining outside."

I threw a cushion on her face. She ran to the washroom.

I went downstairs to prepare breakfast for us. I opened my phone to see so many calls and messages of him. I didn't receive or reply to them.

She came after thirty minutes. We ate breakfast and left to college.

We went to classroom but first period was free so we started chitchatting.

"Nayu I've a surprise for you," Karan said.

I was not in the mood to listen him because he was neglecting his studies. So I ignored him.

"Nayu you'll like the surprise." But I remained stubborn as ever.

Next I heard a familiar voice which made my heart jump with joy.

"You'll regret if you won't turn now."

"Mumma," My baby squeaked.

I quickly turned around to see my baby in her uncle's arms.

"Rithu I'm having a headache. I'll go to canteen. Please tell me about the next class," I lied to her.

I don't want to grab people's attention so I quickly followed him.

After that we went to my favourite place where no one can enter.

I took my baby in my arms and kissed her all over the face.

"It's the best surprise. I loved it. Thank you so much," I said with tears.

"I had to do it for my beautiful angel."

He suddenly hugged me. I was shocked but managed to hug him back.

"I'm so happy for you Nayu." He said kissing both of our foreheads.

"Why?" I asked.

"Yesterday, I came to know that you married Arya and had a daughter. I missed the most important occasion of your life," He said feeling guilty.

"I'm sorry, it happened suddenly. But for remarriage I've to ask him." I replied.

"It's okay. You'll again get married after graduation."

"Ok, let's see."

We trio enjoyed very much. After having so much fun I asked Karan for help.

"Ok, tell me what do you need me to do?" He asked.

After explaining everything to him I went to home and waited for his call.

I got his confirmation call and started to execute my plan.

Author's POV

Next day evening

"Hi buddy, how was your day?" Karan asked casually.

"Hey hi, it was good. How was your day?" Shourya asked.

"Mine too good."

"How's Naina?" Shourya asked trying to mask  his sadness.

"She's good and by the way she's going to meet some Mr. K."

"What? Why is she going to a stranger? Is it a prank or something?" Shourya asked frowing.

"I also said that what if he would be dangerous but she said she would be fine."

"Are you out of your mind? She's going to meet a guy at this time of the night i.e. 8 o'clock. How can you send her like that?" Shourya is furious on her.

"Yes, I tried convincing her but she didn't listen to me. So I told you to stop her. Bit who is this Mr. K?"

"How would I know?" Shourya said without meeting his eyes.

"Ok, I've to go now. Bye!!" Karan was about take his leave but  gave him a hint about his wife's schedule.

"Ok, but where is she meeting him?"

"I don't know but she said he send her the address of some place to meet her."

"Ok, bye," Shourya replied.

Naina asked Rithu to select a dress for her meeting with Mr. K.

Meanwhile, she saw her phone continuously ringing with Shourya's name being displayed on the screen. Naina received his call.

"Hi Arya, how are you? How's my princess? Did you eat your dinner?" Naina prattled without listening him.

"Wait baby. Give me time to reply. I'm fine. Princess is doing good. And yes, I ate dinner."

"Ok baby, take care. I've to go now."

She hung the call without hearing him. She went to see Rithu searching dresses for her.

"Rithu, did you find the dress for me or not?"

"Yes, but where are you going to meet him?"

"He sent me the address and I'll be fine, ok," Naina assured.

Naina changed into a dress selected by Rithu.

She did little make up and kept her hair loose. After that Naina reached the hotel and checked in the room.

She admired the view of the city from the room's window.

Suddenly, the door knob twisted and someone came inside the room.
