Shourya's POV

We came back home with Karan and Rithu left with mom and dad because of the ritual which would happen before marriage.

"Jaan don't stress. It's not good for the baby."
I hugged her tightly being careful of not crushing our baby.

"I'm fine Arya. It's just that today's incident made me realise not to keep any secrets from our loved ones. I saw the hurt in my friends' eyes when they got to know about my identity. I know I did a mistake by hiding the truth but I never wanted to hurt them," She said crying making me hurt with her tears.

"Don't cry jaan, your tears are piercing my heart. I'm sorry for not protecting you from getting hurt." I pecked her head.

"Don't say sorry. It's not your fault. I am not crying, see." She wiped her tears making me chuckle as I knew she couldn't see me sad.

"Good." I got her nightwear from the wardrobe and handed it to her.

"Ok, where is our naughty princess?" She asked smiling.

"Hey, don't call my princess naughty. She's just cute in her actions and you assume that she's naughty."

"Ok Mr. Khanna, but where is she?"

"She is with her uncle Karan and he wants to enjoy some time with his niece."

"Do you think he will have a proper sleep?"

"Yes, he will and my daughter will take care of him." I smirked at his condition because I knew about my little princess that she loved to torture her uncle.

"You don't start now. I'm tired and I want to sleep. You too take rest," I added after a minute of silence. I lied to her saying I would sleep but I couldn't.

She donned her nightdress and slept hugging me tightly. I knew she had a lot of questions in her mind but I didn't answer her so as to not stress her more.

After what happened today in the college I had to make sure no one could get any chance to insult her. I never wanted to see her in that condition but it happened.

I didn't know why but I felt I was missing something here. I needed to find who was the person behind this. Why he or she wanted to kill my wife? There was something more that I was missing.

I'm sorry my love. Today, I can't save you from the humiliation.

I kissed her forehead and laid back peacefully keeping my hand on her belly.

Are the rivals mine, her parents or her enemies?

I was trying to find that person from the last few months but I didn't have any information on that person.

Damn it! How can I forget that bastard?

How can I forget the person who made mine and Karan's life miserable in our childhood? He kept us away from our loved ones, abused us and made us his slaves. We couldn't say this to anyone because of our fear of him. That time our innocence was his weapon. Now, I would make sure he couldn't guess who was making his life miserable.

I quickly called Matt. He received the call in two rings.

"Hello sir," he responded professionally.

"Quit the formalities,Matt. I already told you to  call me Shourya but you won't listen."

Matt was the only person whom I could trust.  He was determined in his profession.

"I can't but I'll try Shourya sir," he chuckled.

"Ok, Matt I'm sending someone's name. I want full details of this person. I want his current status. I think he is up to something," I said with anger boiling in my veins thinking about that bastard.

"Ok Shourya, I'll get the details by tomorrow morning."

With that I hung up the phone and sent his name to Matt. I laid beside my love who was sleeping like a baby.

Next morning

Today's the day, Karan was getting married to my sister. Everyone wanted to have a big fat wedding but this stubborn guy didn't listen to anyone. Soon, everyone dropped the idea of arguing with him.

I got up, went to washroom to do my morning chores and changed into my dress.

After that I went towards my wife who was still not awake.

"Baby wake up, we're getting late."

"Hmm let me sleep."

"Sweetheart, do you want to miss your brother's wedding?" I asked taking duvet off her head.

"No," She shouted.

I covered my ears with my hands because of her shouting.

"Baby don't yell like that. It will affect our baby. I don't want our baby to be noisy like you," I smirked because I just wanted to pull her leg.

Damn! Why is she looking so cute with her angry face? I just want to hold her and kiss her hard. If I do this then I'll be gone for now.

Shourya Khanna control yourself otherwise you'll land in problem.

"What the hell do you mean?" She rebuked making my ears go numb with her yelling. Ahh! When did she become this noisy?

"This, I'm talking about your noisy mouth," I smiled crookedly moving towards the door because if I would be here she would definitely make my day worse.

"Stop right there Mr. Shourya Khanna," she commanded making me halt in my steps.

Shit! I'm dead now.

"What did you think that you would run easily away from me?"

"No.. No," I stammered.

What the hell? When did I become like this?

"Do you think I forgot what you said to your daughter?" She asked smirking.

What did I say?

Damn! I forgot. Make your brain remember Mr. Shourya otherwise your wife will eat you.

Shit! How can I forget that?

"Baby I just..."

"Don't think I'll forgive you for that. I'll get my revenge. Wait and watch Mr. Khanna," She warned going towards bathroom blowing a flying kiss to me.

Game on Mrs. Khanna. Let's see who will win this game.

After that I made my way towards my brother-in-law's room to check on my princess, not him because I knew she would be creating a mess and maybe he would be trying to calm her.

As I opened the door I witnessed the most wonderful sight of my daughter waking up her uncle who was busy dozing off.

Sleeping idiot monkey!!

I just handed her a glass of water and I didn't need to say anything because she knew what to do.

I quickly took her in my arms and next, she did her job.

Exactly after a second I heard a horrible shriek.

Damn! Brother and sister had the same loud noisy mouths.

"What happened?" He bellowed making my princess cower in the crook of my neck.

"Did you forget that today is your wedding?"

Realisation hit him. He quickly proceeded to the washroom.

"Come princess, I'll get you ready for your uncle's wedding," I said kissing her cheeks which made her giggle because of my stubble.

After readying my princess I took her to the breakfast table.

I waited for the most irresponsible people of my life. They came after twenty minutes while I played with my daughter.

My wife was looking so pretty in her dress. I just wanted to kiss her but I controlled myself from doing that.

I think my love understood my situation as she just smirked at me.

You started your revenge wifey. Don't worry, my turn will come too.

After that we set towards Kapoor's mansion because wedding was to be held there and papa had a surprise for them.

I knew the surprise that papa was giving them. I just wanted to see happiness in both of their lives.

We arrived at the mansion and everyone was present in the living room along with my little sister who was a wee bit nervous.

"Bacha don't worry, everything will be fine," I urged kissing her forehead.

"Brother I'm nervous," She said hugging me.

I didn't know when we both became this close.

"Haw little monkey, why are you sad? And I thought you loved to torture Karan," Brother teased smirking at her.

"Yeah, even I thought the same." I hi-fied him.

"Dad see, both are teasing me," She complained him.

"You morons, don't tease my daughter. And yeah, she'll torture him more than your mother," He exclaimed joining us in our joke.
With that we busted into laughter.

"Dad, you also started. I hate you all," She said gruffly.

"But we love you little monkey," Brother said hugging her.

"I love you all and thank you so much for giving me this beautiful family Naina," She expressed hugging my wife.

After that Karan and Rithika got officially married.

"Congratulations Karan and my little sissy. Take care of my sister otherwise I'll break your bones," I warned hugging him.

"Thank you so much both of you. Because of you I met the love of my life," He said hugging his sister.

Then papa made an announcement which surprised Karan and my wife.

He wanted to officially adopt Karan and make him his son which gave shock and surprise to both of them. Everyone knew about this except the brother-sister duo who were unable to come out of the shock.

Papa said that he wanted his whole family in the house today and I agreed with him. I left my princess and queen at Kapoor's mansion.

Today, I was alone in the house. I called Matt to let him bring the details which I asked. He handled the file.

After going through the document I got the biggest shock of my life. I never knew that that person could be this dangerous. My doubt was confirmed.

Wait and watch Mr. Manoj Joshi.

I have to first check something before announcing.

Dad called me to inform that tomorrow he was arranging a party for Karan and Naina.

He wanted to announce his heir to the world which made me plan the biggest revelation of my wife's life which would shock everyone.

I just wanted this night to end quickly.

Naina's POV

Past two months had brought immense happiness in my life. I succeded in my life because of my love who gave me everything which a girl dreams about.

Everything happened in my life because of the love of my life who was the main root of my success. Without him I wouldn't be able to fulfil my dream. I couldn't even thank him enough. He's the best thing that happened in my life.

Today's the day my brother was getting to my best friend. I never thought they both would tie the knot. I was happy for both of them.

After the ceremony dad announced the news of adopting Karan bhai.

I couldn't be more happier. It was the best gift from dad because I always missed having a brother, but never mind I got one now.

Then dad said he wanted full family to be present here. I too wanted a night out with my family which I missed from the past few years. 

Aww! So sad of you husband and my revenge is still on. You'll get your punishment for pulling my leg.

Tomorrow we were having a party for me and my brother. Dad was going to hand over the position of the CEO of our company to Karan Brother in front of the whole world. I was happy and I wanted to look good tomorrow for hamdsome guys' attention to make my cute husband jealous.

I didn't know why but tomorrow was going to be the biggest day of my life.

I hope it's the best day of my life.

Thinking about my handsome husband I drifted into a deep slumber..............
