I woke up hoping that it was all a nightmare ," Good morning, baby." I saw his sparkling white teeth flash me a smile.
"Morning.." I replied slowly.
"How was your night?."
"Good, I guess, I couldn't stop thinking about the big issue we have." I confessed.
He sighed, " I told you,you shouldn't worry, leave it to me and everything will be okay."
I passed him a faint smile, my phone pinged and I checked to see a message from Louisa.
" I'm coming right away, I have something to share with the family."
The feeling of worry overwhelmed me, was everything fine with her?.
" Babe, is everything alright?." Alex brought me out of my thoughts.
I shook my head, " Ummm...I don't know..my sister is coming and I think she has something to tell us." and everything will go back to the way it was before, just me and Alex waiting for our baby to be born with no crazy ex lurking around but you know what they say, if wishes were horses, beggars will ride on them.

"Good job, Alex, you have been a good boy, I will reward you later." She ended the call with a creepy smile on her face.
I read and watched the news and discovered that Alex denied my sister on National TV. I wasn't surprised, it was obviously Skyler who forced him into it. After all, she can do anything because of love.
Psychopath.
I was only concerned about my sister, how would she handle the news, she would be in massive shock.
I immediately sent a text to my brother to make sure he was by her side before she would make any silly decision.
" What are you doing?." Skyler inquisitively asked me.
"Texting someone." I answered casually.
One thing about Skyler, she's very smart, she can read body language, another thing you shouldn't do in front of her is to be afraid or stutter.
Even if you are doing something bad, play it off like it's nothing or else she will suspect.
" Why is that smile on your face?What have you done this time?." I inquired as if I was unaware.
"Well, I just did something that's gonna make me get my man back." She smirked.
"I'm lost." I squinted my eyes and raised my brow in confusion.
She rolled her eyes, " Eva, you really need to keep yourself updated."
"Anyways, I'm going to tell you regardless, I blackmailed Alex into ending things with that man thief." She spat out in disgust.
" What kind of blackmail?."
" Few years ago, he went to a party, got drunk and raped a girl, she was unconscious for awhile and he thought she was dead because his vision was blurry, he begged me to cover the traces and I promised to take care of her if she decided to work with me, she's alive and he doesn't know it."
"Geez, you are so evil and I like it, I'm very sure she must have had a miscarriage when she heard the news."
" I hope she does because I just want her to die before I do it myself."
I was mentally stabbing her with a knife.
I know she rightfully deserves Alex and all but he doesn't love her anymore, she should move on and stop being a psychopathic ex.
" I need to see her, I have a few things to discuss with her, you are coming with me." She stood up and left.
Her words brought a sly smile to my face, awwn, poor Skyler, she thinks obviously going to choose her over my family.
LOL.
You know the saying, keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer, yeah, I'm just as evil as her but I'm doing it for a good course.
She's definitely going to see me as a bad best friend and betrayal, bla bla but I don't care.
It's high time I ended things with this bitch besides family first.

We got into her car and drove off to the girl's apartment.
Her apartment was being guided by Skyler's Henchmen.
A blondie with blue eyes came into display, Alex must have thought she was Barbie so that's why he fucked her.
The look of fear was in her eyes when she saw us.
Skyler had a private conversation with her that I didn't bother to eavesdrop on because I was already two steps ahead of her.
She wasn't going to be around for a whole week, that means I will be left in charge of her evil deeds.
I secretly took a picture of her and sent it to Petra. I kept my phone on Do not disturb mode.
Skyler turned back and I put on my blank face, if it was an amateur, they would have smiled at her, she would immediately figure out that you are onto something.
" Let's go." She told me and I stood up to follow her.
I planned to come back to talk to her in private when Skyler was gone.
" Hey, can you watch her while I'm away?Alex shouldn't find out, he must be trying to figure out how to get out of this mess but I won't let him, I will guilt trap him and then kick that bitch of the house or even worse, eliminate her permanently."
Her words sent chills to my body.
Wow, love can make people do the craziest things.
I'm not sure, it's love, it's obsession!.
"Yeah, she has been an obstacle for long, you should do something about it." I commented.
"We will definitely do something about it."
We drove back to her house and she packed her stuff and left.
I kept a tracking device on her to monitor and make sure she was out of the city.
When she was finally out, I got into my car and sent a text to my sister. Skyler was dangerous, maybe there might be a secret camera in my car so I didn't want to make a call in my car to avoid messing up the plan.
I drove back to Emily's apartment.
The guards didn't say a word because they have known me for long.
" Hi."
"Oh, hello...." She squinted her eyes at me.
"I'm Eva, I was here a few minutes ago with Skyler."
" Oh, welcome...you are here because?."
" I'm here because I need a favour from you."
"Okay, I'm listening, I'm willing to help anybody that's a friend of Skyler, I owe her."
" Actually, she owes you."
" I don't understand." She scrunched her brows in confusion.
"Don't worry, I will explain."
" Skyler didn't save your life."
" What are you talking about?, She did."
"You were raped by a guy, not just any guy."
" Alex Montero." We called simultaneously but her voice held hatred.
" He ruined my life, if not for Skyler, I don't know what would have happened to me."
" He didn't, she drugged him , it was a set up, Alex is Skyler's ex and she has been obsessed with him for long, she's angry over the fact that he left her for my sister."
The feeling of shock enveloped her.
"Your sister?."
" Yes, my sister is pregnant with his child, she was once his personal assistant but they had a thing that led to another thing, now Skyler is unto them by using you."
" What?."
" Alex doesn't know that you are alive, if he knew, he would do every possible thing on this Earth to show you how sorry he is, he wasn't in his right state."
" I know, he reeked of alcohol that night, after he raped me, she took me in."
" I didn't have a family, I didn't want to go back to my boyfriend because he would definitely kick me, he didn't want me to go to the party in the first place."
" It was all Skyler's plan and you have been her bait for long, he's been blackmailed, he thinks you are dead, if you can just show up with me , everything will be fine, Alex is way richer than Skyler, he will take care of you." I promised her.
" Okay but why are you doing this?Isn't Skyler your best friend?."
" She was, she was."
" She killed my boyfriend, the only guy who actually loved me, he didn't deserve to die, I will never forgive her for what she did, she pretended and lied about the murder but it was pretty obvious she was the one."
" I'm so sorry."
" Don't be, it's not your fault." I smiled at her.
" So can you come with me to his house?."
"Yeah, sure but I'm not sure I'm supposed to leave the house."
"Don't worry, Skyler is out of town and we will be back before you know it."
We left and the guards didn't bother to ask a word, my car glass was tinted and she was disguised as well.
I hesitated before getting out of the car, alot of truths will be revealed today including the fact that Eva is Louisa,Louisa is Eva and She's the bestfriend of Skyler.
Skyler has always been the enemy, her heart is cold as ice, even a robot is better than her because I know it's numbness, she decides to deactivate her emotions, I know she still has a spot for emotion because she's driven by revenge caused by betrayal.
After all, her boyfriend or ex fiance cheated on her with his PA, she should let go but she's obviously not doing that anytime soon.
Well, if I was in her shoes, I wouldn't want to let go, getting hurt deeply by someone you love can turn you into a beast.
Her actions were justifiable but she's taking it too far especially when my sister is involved.
I wouldn't let her hurt someone I love especially after the last incident.
~Eva's POV~
We drove into the Montero mansion, I parked the car and we walked to the door.
Some of the servants were already whispering but I ignored them because I knew why.
I rang the doorbell and a maid opened the door, her eyes shone when she saw me.
I met Liam and Kate in the living room, their facial expressions were mixed with anger and confusion.
"What are you doing here?!." Liam angrily asked.
"And who's she?Let me guess another toy that Skyler wants to use against my son." Kate stated bitterly.
"I need to see Petra." I ignored them.
"Why?, So you can pull out a gun and aim at her belly." He frowned at me.
"Can you just let me see my sister?!." I vented out and shock replaced it.
"Is this a joke?An accomplice of our enemy can't be related to us."
"I'm related to Petra, not you." I glared at him.
"Petra!." I called out.
It didn't take long before I saw her coming downstairs slowly with Alex by her side supporting.
"Louisa." She called out excitedly to the dismay of others.
"Eva, what are you doing here?." Alex flashed me a glare.
"And why are you calling her Louisa?." Liam's situation was getting worse in the sense of confusion and disbelief.
I sighed, " Eva is Skyler's best friend, Louisa is Petra's younger sister, I'm Eva and I'm also Louisa."
The bombshell I dropped totally blew them all except Petra.
Alex's attention drew to Emily, he squinted his eyes at her and then fear and shame flashed.
His eyes shone, he was startled, he looked around the house avoiding her.
"Alex, what's wrong?." Petra asked out of concern.
"The....dead girl is here."
"Wait, what?, I can see her too." Petra said.
"You can....that means she's alive." He finally summoned the courage.
"How come you are alive?."
"Wow, what's going to be the next shocking revelation, today?." Liam sarcastically commented.
I rolled my eyes and ignored him, "Emily has been alive for a long time, your psycho ex has been keeping her so she can be her little toy."
"There's more to Skyler than you know it, trust me, I have seen it." I commented.
"Emily, I don't know if you will ever be able to forgive me...I swear, I wasn't myself that night, the things I did, infact, I shouldn't try to justify my actions or blame it on the alcohol, I ruined your life and I'm sorry." He sincerely apologized and she flashed him a smile.
"You are forgiven."
"You didn't actually ruin her life, Skyler did, she watched you that night but nothing, she waited for the perfect opportunity to strike and now that she has, it's our turn to strike as well."
"Wait, how were you able to bring Emily?."
"Skyler is out of town so I decided to make good use of this opportunity, she isn't aware that I'm doing this."
"Why are you even betraying her?Isn't she your best friend?."
"She was....until she chose to be overprotective and kill my boyfriend!....even though he was abusive."
"Well, she did that for a good cause."
"I never asked her too and she tried to do the same thing. Guys stopped trying to date me because of my psychotic friend. I wonder how Alex was able to cope with her, I hate her, she's such a horrible person...she takes revenge too far."
"Well, you are the good one in the friendship, why didn't you change her?."
"Please, trust me, I did but you can't, she's possessed with evil."
"We have to plan very fast, she still thinks she can use Emily to keep blackmailing me so we are going to play along, set her up and then get evidence that will take her to jail." Alex stated excitedly.
"Woah...calm your horses, it's not that easy, you can never know her next move, I'm the one who's going to handle the situation, you will do exactly what she wants, we can't raise any form of suspicion, if not, Emily might be the one to bear the consequences."
Emily's countenance changed to that of fear, "What if?, We keep Emily here for safety and let Skyler know that she's already bursted." Petra suggested.
"Or we let the Police catch her in the act of almost murdering someone, trust me, she will surely come for Emily and I when she finds out that I betrayed her, we will keep a secret camera to watch on Emily, immediately, we notice any form of threat to life, we will call the police." I stated.
"Louisa, are you sure about this?If we are together in this house, she won't be able to hurt us instead of going back. What if it goes wrong?What if she goes psychotic and tries to kill you?." Petra asked out of fear.
"Don't stress yourself, she won't, she can only hurt me but she can't kill me, I won't let her."
"By the way, how will she find out?." Liam inquired.
"That, I don't know but we just keep playing along until she finds out." I replied to him.
"I still think Emily should stay with us for safety." Kate suggested.
I looked at Emily, "Will you feel comfortable if you go back alone to the apartment?."
"I don't think so." She shook her head.
"Then, let her stay, I'm going to inform the police about this, there will be tight security, she won't even be able to get passed." Alex assured us.
"I hope so, she's smart, I'm the only one who will face her, I have unfinished scores to settle with her after all."
"Shouldn't I get my stuff?." Emily asked.
"No, it's too risky, the guards must be suspicious that you aren't back yet and they will become even more suspicious when they see me packing your things so Alex will handle your clothing." I flashed him a smile and he mirrored it.
"By evening, when they notice she isn't back, they will surely inform Skyler and who took her out of the house last."
"She won't come immediately, she will wait for a like a day or two to see if Emily is back before she strikes, if Emily supposedly comes back, she will question her, not forgetting to instigate fear into her before finally killing her but when, she doesn't, she will come for me and that is exactly what I want."
Petra's POV
I wasn't sure if I was to be happy that the object of blackmail is alive or the fact that my fiance has loved me and didn't say those words out of free will, or to be sad and scared over the fact that Louisa was in danger, I didn't want to let my sister leave, I wanted her to be around me, everybody was in serious danger but they didn't know it.
I didn't bother to speak up because they would tell me not to worry but no matter how hard I tried, I was panicking.
Skyler was definitely going to come for us,if I wasn't in this state, I would have been strong but I can't fight back.
