“Welcome to the council of the Red Blood, brothers."

The vampire addressing the vampire's name is Cassius and he is one of the leaders of the vampire's council. Yes this was a vampire, secret meeting.

The top and most powerful and influential vampires are the ones who are granted membership access to join the Red Blood council.

Amongst the small crowd of vampires present at the meeting was the pale, handsome vampire with reddish, brown eyes, Elisha and two of his companions. The silver haired vampire with thick blue eyes whose name is actually James and the dark brown eyes vampire whose name is Martins.

Also present at the council were Tristan the vampire that has the ability to sense the level of another supernatural creature's power and his close friend and partner, Gabriel.

They were all standing as there were no chairs in the small hall they were in except for five chairs at the podium which belonged to the leaders of the Red Blood councils.

Four of those chairs were occupied by three male vampires and a female who were all on hoofs that covered their faces with the exception of Cassius who was standing and addressing the crowd.

Cassius continued addressing the crowd.

“I have heard whispers of wolves walking the streets of Lake Hill Town and I want to find out if there is any truth to this?" He said and there were a little murmuring sounds from the crowd.

“Please if you have any helpful information on this step forward." Cassius said and while the murmuring chattering was still going on someone stepped outside amongst their midst.

It was Elisha.

“My Lords," he bowed slightly to the five council leaders with Cassius included.

“Silence," Cassius ordered and the whole place became silent.
“Yes Elisha, do you have any information to give to the council concerning what was asked?" Cassius inquired.

“Yes my Lord." Elisha replied.

“Do tell then," Cassius said.

“I was attacked by one, a female brown wolf and I killed it. I could have taken off her head as a souvenir but then two of her pack members came to her rescue. A big black wolf and a gray one." Elisha spoke and once more the murmuring chattering began but it stopped when Elisha continued to speak.
“Though they fled the scene when my men arrived."

“No wolf would dare attack a vampire, not in Lack Hill Town at least." One of the vampires in the crowd by the name Jasper said.

“Well it did happen." Elisha replied to him.

“Yes it did. I was there," Martins said, backing Elisha.

“And so was I," James also supported and Jasper kept quiet.

“This is a clear sign of retaliation from the wolves, my Lord. We must repay them in kind." Martins said to Cassius.

“I do not want to believe this is so. Maybe it's just some young wolves exhibiting youthful exuberance." Lord Cassius said dismissing Martins' point.

“I am sorry my Lord but I beg to differ." Elisha spoke and he got Lord Cassius's attention as well as everyone including the other four council leaders.
“I believe this was a clear attack from the wolves. I believe they are planning to take back the town." Elisha added.

“That's impossible," Jasper said and there were murmuring noises all over but it came to an end when Lord Cassius started speaking.

“Nothing is impossible my friend," that was Elisha's reply.

“What could have given courage to an alphaless pack to want to pick a fight? I mean we have killed their Alpha and most of the strong members of their pack that the rest had no choice but to flee this very city with tails firmly behind legs. So what would make them come back now?" Lord Cassius said, speaking to the crowd.

There were some murmuring noises before a voice spoke up.

“Maybe they found themselves a new Alpha," someone stepped out and it was Gabriel and the murmuring chattering increased.

“A new alpha?" Lord Cassius suddenly looks concerned.

“Yes in case you ain't aware a new, strange wolf is in town walking around like he owns the place." Gabriel said, referring to Damon.

“And why hasn't he been taken down?" Lord Cassius asked.

“Cause he hasn't broken the rules yet. He is always in his vulnerable form, his human form. His name is Damon and I have been monitoring him for days now and never has he changed into his wolf form," Gabriel said.

“So he poses no threat then," Lord Cassius said, unsure.

“I am not too sure about that but it can't be a coincidence that just days of his arrival wolves are suddenly gnashing their teeth. I strongly think they are planning something big," Gabriel said and Lord Cassius sighed, thinking for a while.

“I will not condone any show of threat from the wolf and if this new wolf_ this Damon thinks he can come into my town and stage an attack on one of my people and still continue walking freely then he will need to have a rethink." Lord Cassius spoke with authority.
“I want him captured and brought before the council." He ordered and the crowd seemed to like his decision but then.

“My Lord, permit me to speak." A vampire said and it was Tristan.

“Yes Tristan, go on." Lord Cassius granted him permission.

“I won't advise that we confront him." Tristan said giving an unpopular idea and everyone seemed not to like what he said and they showed their displeasure by their murmuring chattering.

“Silence," Lord Cassius demanded and everyone kept quiet then he turned to Tristan.
“And your reasons for saying this?"

”I have felt his power and I will tell you it's unlike anything I have encountered or felt before. That is no ordinary wolf," Tristan said and Lord Cassius looked even more concerned.

“No matter how powerful he might be he will stand no chance against an army of vampires." Elisha voiced.
“I will say let's do as you have commanded, Lord Cassius. Capture and bring the wolf in front of the council so he can pay for his sins. I will personally lead this charge," He further stated.

“Alright Sir Elisha. I leave you with the charge to bring this wolf before the court of the Red Blood Council." Lord Cassius said.

“Consider it done my Lord," Elijah replied with a slight bow of the head.
