Chapter 11

" Won't you speak? How dare you defile my rules?" He yelled, landing a whip at my back for the seventh time. He dragged me into the the dungeon, forcing me to speak up. I can't sell Reynold out, he might probably kill him for betraying his trust.

" You can harm me, torture me or even kill me. I would always protect my people the way I can, even if it means killing you." I growled, angrily.

" You're quite a tough one Phoebe and I like that It would have hurt, if I discovered my Luna was weak, I mean how is she going to protect her kingdom?" He chuckled, placing the whip on the table next to him.

" You ended the life of that old man for nothing. You aren't a being nor a wolf, you are monster!" I cried out.

" Did you just discover that? I thought you already new about that, the moment I ended your parents life without mercy, you should have concluded at that moment. I'm really sure that you can't in anyway, leave the palace wall without any support, you had a plan and someone was clearly involved, but who?" He smirked, raising his eye brow.

" I hate you!!!!" I yelled, trying to get free from the chains.

" It probably can't be my guards, because I brought them from my pack, so the person is an actual guard which served you and your dad once. The puzzle is clear! It's Lee!"

" Lee? What No! Lee no nothing about this, he is way innocent that you know. I didn't even get to see him yesterday!" I yelled, tears streaming down my cheeks.

" Get me Lee!" He instructed his guards, I shock my head in disagreement pleading for them to stop.

" I'm having a second thought though, could it be Keith? He was seen with you yesterday, he must have planned that or I think I should just kill them all." He chuckled happily, sending the whip in his nostrils.

" Why are you doing this?" I asked in a weak and tired tone.

" You have no idea darling, this is what I call politics, I have been to so many wars and battles and I've always been a Victor. You dad was quit a nut head, since he had guards everywhere in his territory. I targeted him when he would least expect anything. I'm doing all this for power!" He yelled, covering it up with a smile.

" My dad never engaged in war or such activities, he was a man of peace and dignity. He wasn't like you, he wasn't a monster." I yelled.

" How are you!" He whiped my back with the whip as I groaned in pains. My blood could be seen all over the whip, he beats me up as if I'm his gender and sees everything as fun. What sort of demon is he? I will really love to see the end of him.

" Why don't you go to hell!" I yelled in agonizing pain.

" What is it? Haven't you done enough? The pain, the toture, are all fun to you right? Why..." I was interrupted by Lee's voice.

" I don't know what's going here, My Lord." He said, his body filled with marks of claws.

" You Pisty guards, you were asked to bring him not harm him. Why is his body covered in burise? You think you are some sort of ruler huh? You can't even control your own guards!" I yelled, throwing saliva on there faces.

" You both can leave!" He said, in a voice above whisper.

" Please , I didn't do anything Alpha. I was barely aware that she had a plan to leave the palace." Lee pleaded, his eyes filled with tears.

" Shut the f**k up! He didn't ask you any question, you are saying trash." I said angrily, Dominic unlocked the chains helping me help.

My legs felt weak and tired, he helped me out of the dungeon.

" What about Lee?" I asked curiously.

" You should learn how to worry about yourself not others. " He scolded.

We head to his chamber, every guard head on bow on the sight of us. We got into his chamber as he placed me on his king sized bed.

" Your wounds would heal slowly because the whip contained a little Wolf ban, don't worry. You won't die, I won't do anything to kill you, at least not yet. " He whispered the last part.

" What's the need of you acting all nice if I'm going to die anyway? There is no need for that. I would really appreciate if you end my life, I'm missing my parents so badly. " I scoffed.

" I made a vow to protect you and make you my Luna. I don't break promises and I'm sure you know that a vow is more like a promise. " He smirked. " I am definitely, going to protect you, even from myself."

" Why do you keep hurting me? Please let me escape again, I want to leave this palace wall, it reminds me of the pain and torture you inflicted on my people and ..... "

He took in my lower lips, preventing me from completing my word, I stared at him with my eyes wild opened. He notice I wasn't reciprocating and decided to withdraw.

" You won't understand any of these for now, but I believe that you are going to get used to all of these. Then, you would learn to accept your faith. " He said calmly.

He is quite a difficult person to understand, he might seem really strict and evil this minute, the next minute he is a sweet and loving devil.

" Have a rest," He said, pecking my forehead before leaving the chamber.

" I can actually, sleep in my chamber. Where are you going to sleep tonight? " I asked.

" In the Library. " He answered shutting the door.

I touched my wounds and discovered that they were healing, but not rapidly.

I cuddled his pillow, it was filled with his scent.
