I opened my eyes gently staring at the room, I was still in Derrick's chamber.

" It's about time you wake up! I was beginning to have a thought that you were dead." He said standing in front of a mirror.

" I...Good morning." I greeted rubbing my eye balls.

" It's not morning, it's actually late. You slept for 24 hours, I thought you were quite strong. I ordered the maid to prepare your bath." He said pointing at his bathroom.

I gently came down from the bed, walking towards him. I stared at his face raising an eye brow, he don't seem drunk or sick, I went closer to have a proper look but he really seemed okay.

" Is there something stuck in my face? You look as if you must have seen a goat." He said, moving backwards.

" No, not really! I was just kind of suprised, I apologize. What's up with your change of character?" I sighed out.

I couldn't hold it in anymore, his good nature dosen't suit him, it makes it seems like he mean well for everyone which I know that it isn't true.

" I'm okay, and I'm not move or good. I'm just performing my husbandly duties, don't worry I might decide to change to your evil devil any moment." He smirked, sliding his hands into my waist.

" It's raining! And I'm a bit cold, do you want to go study in the library with me?" He asked, I let out the breath I never know I held. I thought he was going to ask for... Oh! Never mind.

" How do you know the palace so well as it's your home? I have been in here for some years and I don't even know the pathway to my Library. You've been here for a week and I can bet that you know all the secret passage way in this palace. I'm indeed impressed." I applauded.

" That's because it was my home, how would you know you way around here when you choose to be in your room all day? You don't even take a stroll, you prefer the garden or your chamber." He said in disgust.

" I'm a lady, don't expect me to fancy the palace." I scoffed.

" Well, if you want to know my weak point or maybe probably kill me. You need to know your way around the palace, a Luna can never seem to be weak if she dosen't know her opponent weak point." He smirked.

" Can I ask you for a favour?" I asked gaining jis attention.

" Why don't you just die? I mean, it's really easy to ask right. Just get a knife and struck it into your chest of slrinkle some seed of Wolf bun on your body. That's the only way you can help me, doing all that is a waste of time." I said, rolling my eyes.

" You're quite funny, I'm definitely going to put a knife in my chest if that makes you happy, but only once I get my mission accomplished. I believe my pups would take after there dad." He chuckled.

" They wouldn't. I mean, I ain't giving birth to a monster like you. My very own pups can't be as evil as you Dominic." I said flipping my hair.

" Im sure you did, heredity in high school dear. I don't need to raise them myself, they are definitely going to end up like there dad and moreover we have quite a strong Gene in my home." He winked at me.

" Same as I, I can't even carry your baby." I said in disgust.

" You don't have a choice though, we would start making babies soon, I must say you are quite pretty." He complimented you hung my face.

" I know, you don't have to touch me that way." I replied shifting backwards. A knock at the door interuptted our conversation. It was Reynold, my heart skipped a beat.

" What about Lee?" I asked, having a recall of everything yesterday. How the hell did I forget that Lee was in his custody. I'm such a stunt.

" Lee? He is dead!" He scoffed. I felt my heart shattering into a thousand pieces. Reynold simy had no expression on. Could he possibly kill Lee because he thought he was responsible for my escape or because he had a beef with him.

" You should get use to such news though. Lee isn't dead, I ordered my guards to release him the moment I brought you into my chambers, he is fine, probably in the boys quarters." He said.

" Why did you lie to me? You...you made me .."

" I could have killed him at that spot if I wanted him dead, I went into his head and found out that he knew nothing about your disappearance, so I set him free." He confessed.

" The Elders require your presence. " Reynold announced.

" Oh yea, I need to leave. Was get her anything she needs." He said walking out of the room. The room was filled with silence and unspoken words rendered in the air.

" I'm sorry you had to be caught." Reynold apologized.

" It wasn't your fault. You did your part and I failed to do mine, I could have continued running but I became weak and decided to take a nap. The good old man became a victim of my stupid life, Dominic killed him. He stabbed him in the chest." I said, tear rolling down my cheeks.

Reynold pulled me into a hug pecking my forehead.

" All these wouldn't have happened if I had being with you. I'm sorry!" He apologized.

" No! Your loyalty stands with him now, he is your Alpha and you can't leave him not matter the circumstances." I said shocking my head in disapproval.

" You're my Luna. The rightful heir to your father's thrown, my loyalty lies with you." He said, staring at my face.

His eyes filled with sincerity and assurance, he took in my lips without my consent. I couldn't help be reciprocate back. Unlike Dominic's, I felt real love and affection.
