Lailah Dk

I held my head while I placed my leg on the ground. I checked the time on the clock in the room. It was 9:44 am. I yawned calmly and took calm strides to the bathroom in Haidar's room. Thankfully I had already observed Subhi. Haidar had woken me up and I had prayed along with him. I felt happy seeing him. And after 4 years? Damn, time does pass. I couldn't believe I had been kidnapped and had been asleep for four good years.

"Lailah," I heard Haidar's voice call out to me. I turned over to the door and he was standing right there with a smile on his face.

"Haidar, good morning," I said to him. He smiled and walked into the room, he took a sit on the couch.

"I have bad news for you," He said.

"What news is that?" I asked.

"Zakariya passed away yesterday, he has been sick for a while and finally gave up yesterday." He said. I knew he was the one that murdered my father, but I was a bit sad about his death.

"May Allah grant his soul peace, what do we do now?" I asked, he sighed.

"I have no idea who would wanna kill you, it's so hard to figure out." He said. It indeed was very hard to figure out because I have not offended anybody as far as my memory can go.

"Maybe it was Zakariya, maybe he just wanted to hurt and kill me," I suggested, Haidar shrugged his shoulder, he too was as confused as I was.

"We'll-" He got caught short when a scream was heard from outside.

"That sounds like Adhiva," I said, Haidar, got up and wanted to make his way out.

"No, wait. It could be something dangerous, do you have a gun over here." I asked, he nodded and pointed at the drawer that stood behind me, I immediately reach for it and took the gun out.

"Haidar!" Adhiva yelled and Haidar immediately ran out of the room before I could tell him to wait. I immediately ran after him with the gun at the back of my trouser. He was running really fast and as soon as he got to the stairs, he paused, his eyes looked shocked.

"Where is she, Haidar?" It was Nailah, I can never fail to recognize my own sister's voice. "Where is that fucking bitch?" Nailah yelled. I took calm strides downstairs and a smile immediately appeared on my face at the sight of her, she looked very beautiful and she was holding a gun to Adhiva's head.

"Nailah?" I called out to her, she eyed me vigorously and pushed Adhiva to the ground.

"Do not call my name you wretched being, I made a mistake by not killing you, I'll never make that mistake again because I'll kill you and myself as well." She said, I raised a brow at her.

"You were the one that kidnapped me?" I asked, and she smiled.

"And I'll do worst this time, I'll make sure you die and both of us are buried together." She yelled, she was acting like a maniac. Haidar on the other hand was staring at her as though she had lost her mind, he was shocked by her actions.

"I thought you loved her?" He asked, she turned her gaze to him, she looked so sad and angry.

"I loved her a lot but she broke my trust, despite knowing that I loved you, she still wanted you all to herself." She yelled, she was sounding like a maniac.

"I never did that, you broke up with him, I didn't ask you to, and back then, I didn't know you were my sister," I said to her, she glared at me and slapped her head, she was intoxicated.

"Shut up, shut the fuck up! After you found out, why didn't you let me have him? You knew I loved him, you knew, you fucking bitch." She yelled, she pointed the gun at Adhiva.

"Please, don't hurt me," Adhiva begged, she smiled and pulled the trigger, she shot Adhiva in the chest and Haidar yelled loudly.

"Adhiva!" I yelled, I immediately bent down and held her.

"How could you do this Nailah, she did nothing to you," I yelled at her, she was smiling.

"She betrayed me by setting you free, she deserves to die!" Nailah yelled loudly. Haidar immediately reached to grab the gun but she pushed him real hard.

"It's your time to die, you also betrayed me, you chose my sister over me, despite knowing very well that I loved you." She yelled at him, he couldn't say anything but stare at her.

"I loved you, I loved you so much but you always pushed me away. You always reject my proposal, I asked you to marry me four times, four fucking times Nailah, and you said no. How the fuck is that my fault?" Haidar yelled, he looked so shocked and betrayed as he spoke.

"At that time I only wanted your status and money, but when I fell for you was when I thought I was gonna lose you to her!" She pointed your gun.

"Too bad, because you lost me to her." He said. "And, I'm ready to die with her as well." He said he was staring at me with pure love in his life.

"Then your wish is my command." She said with a very big smile gracing her face, she pointed the gun at Haidar, he was staring at me with a very huge smile on his face.

"Say hello to my father for me!" She said, smiling. I didn't know what to do, all I knew was that I couldn't let him die, now that I had gotten him back.

"After him, I'll kill you next." She said to me. She pulled the trigger and the loud sound of firing filled the room. Blood filler the floor and a yelp escaped my lips.
