Chapter 20: Dreaming about you tonight.

Kyra took herself away from her sisters and bid them goodnight, Dani still wanted to catch up with lola, so she had let them catch up, Dani deserved it, they both did.
As she made her way to their shared room she thought there was no way she would avoid Conri that night, there is no way she would sleep knowing that the only obstacle between them was just a connecting door. And the fact that he would pass through her room to get to his own room is what is even more crazy. As she made her way to their rooms, she thought of what she had told her sisters, how she was going to make sure Conri regrets ever leaving her that day, she would make him realize what he had been missing, make him beg on his needs even when she knows an alpha is not supposed to kneel before any one. But all that talk would back fire if she eventually goes through with it, and she knows it, it is her heart she feared, she might think she is taming him but she is taming herself in the process.
She entered the room which now belonged to her out of the two beautiful rooms, she tried to listen if Conri was in his room already and had gone to bed, she had not even seen him for a while now, he didn't come back to check on her with her sisters. She listened hard because alpha have their ways of being extremely silent when they want to be. It was silent, she didn't hear anything so she just assumed that he must have gone to bed early, maybe even avoiding an argument with her over what had happened that afternoon. She removed her heavy clothing, then changed into a lighter night lacey gown. She wanted to feel free and sexy, she needed it, she just wanted to feel really beautiful and that's what she would go for. She will dream about him tonight and then keep it to herself, and it will be her own little secret, he is not going to find anything easy with her, he is not going to just get back with her at the snap of his fingers.
She climbed the bed, feeling free and light, she placed herself under the covers, then slept even before her head could hit the pillows. Early to dream, the better.

Alpha conri had just finished the unexpected fight with the intruders and it had been with Viktor, it was really great to fight side by side with him again, not just in training but a real fight, even though they had their differences, he is the one in charge and he is meant to put all his affairs aside and protect the pack first. He looked all over his shirts as he made his way into the rooms he and Kyra will now share, he noticed some cuts that were healing and there were some splashes of blood all over him and he was smelling like a hunting dog, what he wanted to do most was to shower and have a good night sleep, but that was hardly going to be possible that night. There is no way he would have any sleep at all with Kyra just a few feet away from him. His body would not allow it, he had dreamt of this happening for a long time, only that now there is a change in his dreams, in his dreams she was on his bed, snuggling up to him and holding him tight so he would not go away.
He has missed her so much, the happy times they had spent together wanting each other so much and not letting go. He knows he has a lot to do to get her forgiveness but he knows deep inside his heart that she still feels the same about him, if she didn't, she would not have allowed him back into her private place in the first place
He slowly walked up to the entrance to the room hoping that she was not back in yet and was still catching up with her sisters and that he would be inside his room and in his own bed by the time she comes back and then he would go on to continue convincing her the next day, as she would soon be luna, she needs to come to a common ground with him, she needs to compromise. . . Maybe not just her, him too.
She had better still be with her sisters, giving him enough time to be ready and already in his bed, because he knows if he see her right there in the room, he might not be able to hold himself, he has wanted her for far too long.
He stopped in his tracks as he entered into the room at the gracious sight that was before him, there she was sleeping so peacefully like someone who does not have any care in the world, the covers must have been removed from her body while she turned on the bed or maybe even changed position.
Her slender and smooth leg was visible now and practically calling unto him, she seemed to be peaceful that he didn't know how his legs carried him towards the side of the bed, he removed his jacket and the shirt he wore inside so that the smell of blood and sweat would not wake her up.
He sat on the bed stand now shirtless and ripped, looking closely at her face, it was pure white, he has never seen anything as beautiful as her, Damn he was a fool for not stopping her from going away from him three years ago, by now they would have created a family of their own, a male pub that looks like him and a female pub that looks like her. Damn he was really a big fool.
He took his right hands towards her face and caressed her, he wanted her to wake up to tell him that she wants him as much as he wants her too, but then again she might reject him just as she has been doing since he found her again, nah he was not ready for that, any rejection from her again would sure break his heart and weaken his ego that he would do anything to sustain including forcing her to see why she should forgive him. He is going to take it by force.
“ Conri “ she breathed his name. He took his hands off her face and wondered if she was finally awake against his will. But no, her eyes were not opened, bit her hands were working just fine.
She used her hand to stop his from going away from her face, leaving it there.
“ Oh God! How I wish this is all true. . .how I wish you were actually here right now. Oh God I have missed you so much! . . .I just can't bring myself to forgive you. . . But it is getting harder for me because I love you so much “ she said again, her words barely a whisper. That's when he realized that she must be dreaming and that dream was about him, he smiled. That confirmed his thoughts that she still has feelings for him.
He will work on the forgiveness part slowly but surely, get her to trust him again.
He stood up from where was sitting and strengthened out the covers on her very well and headed to his room, he would pay for anything to get her into his bed and under him that night, make insane love to her, but he has to wait till when that would happen, he has to give her time now, he will help her with it, by being patient with her. . . Sorting her feelings, but for that night, he would gladly take what she has given him that night, the gift of hearing her say she loves him, he is some how fulfilled, maybe he would have a great sleep after all, dreaming about all the crazy things he wants to do to her.
