**Daya**

My shoe almost tripped against the stone pavement as Wrath's strong hand kept tugging at my arm and dragging me around after him like a little pet, my feet hurting and my body still weak after what I had endured only a few weeks ago.

"Wrath, please," I begged as I couldn't go any longer, clutching onto the sleeve of his shirt in a futile attempt to slow him down.

"It's Warren, remember? And quit your whining, we're almost there," He rather annoyingly bit back, my gaze lowering to the concrete sidewalk before shifting to look around at the tall buildings and spacious green lawns surrounding them.

"What are we doing here anyway?" I weakly asked as I warily gazed around the human neighbourhood, strangely feeling so scared and uncomfortable at the thought of being so close to humans, even though I had never even interacted with one, from what I could recall...

However, Wrath did not answer my question and only kept forcibly tugging at my poor arm, coaxing me to follow him whilst the rest of our brothers ildly followed us.

I kept stumbling after him for a couple of minutes longer, until he abruptly stopped, making me lightly slam against his tall frame as I had noticed too late the sudden halt in his movements.

"S-sorry..." I mildly stuttered, rubbing at my forehead as I peered up at him, only to notice that his attention was now averted to a large house-looking building, the said place crawling with humans inside and out as the music loudly blared, drowning out their chatter and excited screams and whistling.

"What is this?" I asked Wrath as my gaze then fell upon the three oddly familiar symbols attached right over the center balcony, my mind however seeming to block whatever knowledge or memory I had about them.

"This, dear little sister, is going to be our new home," He answered with a mischievous grin as I turned to peer at him, noticing that malevolent glint in his amber eyes as he intently gazed at the unsuspecting human beings.

I let out a shuddered breath, already scared of what could possibly run through that dark mind of his. Even if he was my brother and I loved him like it was requested of me, he sometimes frightened me to no end.

My lips parted with a surprised gasp as soon as I felt him once again tugging at my arm. And before I could even blink twice we were already standing at the entrance of the large mansion filled with humans, some of them giving us strange looks as they casually passed by.

I unintentionally let out a small whimper and pressed myself against Wrath's muscled and warm chest as a human male had passed by too close for my liking, immediately hearing my brother's light chuckle, followed by the feeling of his arm protectively wrapping around my waist.

I reluctantly rose my sight to meet his, noticing that crooked smile spreaded over his godly features.

"Don't be afraid, little sister. They're harmless," He simply said, tucking a loose red curl behind my ear.

I definitely believed him. But for some reason, something at the bottom of my conscience kept telling me to stay away rather for the humans' sake than mine.

"Come on. Let's do it," I suddenly heard him say as he intently gazed at the sea of humans filling the spacious foyer, noticing how that humane deep brown in his eyes once again shifted to burning ember.

"D-do w-what?" I mildly stuttered with a hint of fear lacing my tone as I could feel Wrath's hand taking ahold of my arm right before he started to boldly advance through the mass of humans whilst our brothers closely followed, flanking our sides.

I rapidly moved at the same pace as I didn't want to accidentally slip away from the safe circle they had created, warily peering around as I could already notice those odd looks we were receiving.

But before I could even realize what was happening my brothers had already stopped, all at the same time, lastly noticing the perfect circle they were forming as they all stood back to back, facing the humans surrounding us.

"Come on, take Evan's hand," I heard Wrath say from right next to me as I dumbly peered at my sides, completely failing to understand what they were doing and why.

"W-what? W-why?" I mindlessly blabbered as I looked between them, that tinge of fear only growing within me right before I suddenly felt the warm touch of Envy's hand taking a rather firm hold of my own.

I let out a surprised gasp, raising my sight to peer into his eyes only to notice a vivid green now unnaturally glowing within them as he absently stared straight ahead.

I so wanted to beg them to tell me what was going on and what they were doing...Yet I didn't get any chance, for the very next moment I suddenly felt a great power charging through my body like a furious torrent, fuelled by all their essences combined, soon to turn into a whirlpool fastly travelling through our bodies and turning into a ring of blinding light, right before it exploded, its powerful luminous blast passing through every single human body present within the radius of few miles away.

I let out a sharp and audible intake of breath as soon as they let go and broke the powerful circle, ungracefully collapsing on my knees as a paralyzing shock gripped the entirety of my being, desperately struggling to recover from it as I stiffly kneeled on the hardwooden floor, lightly trembling and fastly breathing.

"Come on, little sister. I see that our little spell had taken quite a toll on your still frail body. Let's get you to rest now," I heard Wrath say from right next to me, my slightly blurry gaze raising to meet his.

"W-what was that? What did you do?"

"Hmm...Let's just say that we now have a small army of our own, ready to conceal and serve us, without them even knowing it..." He replied with a mischievous smirk, my lips escaping a frightened squeal as I felt my body leaving the surface of the hardwooden floor, soon to find myself cradled in Envy's arms.

"Don't you think father must've sensed us, now that we used The Ring?" Envy asked our brother Wrath as he effortlessly held me, my gaze curiously shifting between them as I definitely had absolutely no clue what they were talking about.

"So? Let him come and find us, I am so curious to see how he would try to stop us..." Wrath said with a confident smirk as they eventually started walking towards a set of stairs, my unnatural heart however emitting the tiniest pinch of pain at the sole thought of that strange word.

Father...

**

My every sense gradually came back to me, feeling the warm caress of a sunray gently touch my cheek into a slow and caring motion, my lashes slowly fluttering open, graced by the sight of the burning sun up in the sky, strangely enough its powerful brightness completely harmless to my naked eyes.

Child of the moon...

Those words whispered themselves into my ears like a sweet lullaby song, calling out to a deeply buried part of me, that for some strange reason, I couldn't reach out to...

Child of the moon...

I abruptly shifted my body and leaned myself onto my elbows as I curiously gazed through the window, to the massive ball of fire shining so brightly over the blue sky.

"Oh good. You're back with us," Wrath's voice abruptly crushed that peaceful trance I was in, causing me to lightly startle, only now feeling the touch of his fingers running through my curls right before I turned to the side to face him, noticing he was actually laying right next to me with a relaxed expression marring his otherwise dangerous features.

He gave me a small smile, taking a moment to roam his gaze all over my features.

"I have an important task to complete, and you are going to help me," He said to me in such a tranquil manner, my brows however raising in confusion at the hearing of his words.

"Me?"

"Yes...Since I presume you are aquainted with that little flower..." He continued, sending me into a deeper state of bewilderment.

"F-flower? What flower?"

What was he talking about? Why would he suddenly want to go picking flowers with me?

"The girl, little sister, that girl back at that house from where we have taken you," His tone abruptly became a little impatient as he explained, once again failing to make me realize what he was talking about.

"What girl?"

I couldn't even remember this house he kept talking about, let alone any girls...

"That beautiful creature that kept screaming your mundane name..." He took a loose curl and twirled it over his finger as he rather dreamily said that, a strange look momentarily glinting in his glowing amber eyes as he closely followed his own action.

"Daya, ooh Daya please!" He mockingly mimicked in a girly voice, my features quickly contorting into a frown as I oddly looked back at him.

"I-I don't know who she is..." I truthfully said.

I only knew what he told me, that some evil archangels tried to destroy my soul and that I had summoned him and the rest of our brothers to come and save me...

He blew out a sigh, lowering his head in defeat.

"I know, I know..."

"But she does,” He suddenly said as he rose those wicked amber eyes to gaze at me.

“And apparently, she is quite fond of you since she fought so hard to keep you away from us...”

"That's why you, my dear, will help me rescue her from those monsters and bring her here with us, to safety..."
