24.

"A-are you okay?" She meekly stuttered out as she noticed the way his galaxy eyes kept sweeping over her body in a rather predatory way, her thighs clenching so tightly together as she could feel her pussy practically pulsing with need after that sweet kiss.

Her arms remained wrapped around her breasts equally tight, her nipples hard like pebbles as she struggled to control herself. It felt like her body wasn't hers anymore and whilst her mind screamed at her to stop, her body told another story. It desperately begged to be close to his and wrap itself around his sweet scent as he filled her with his manhood, over and over again.

"I...I don't know..." He truthfully answered after a moment, seemingly lost within the confinements of his own mind.

And after a harsh breath he abruptly turned his back to her and swam towards the stream, placing himself directly under the falling water as she quietly watched, her body trembling as she could not help but feel that sudden and inexplicable coldness seeping into her bones.

She could not understand why, or how, but his unintentional rejection and the physical distance between them hurt so much that she actually started to question her own sanity.

Why did she suddenly start to feel so strongly towards him? What was happening? What was the cause behind this unexpected and odd attraction towards him?

It was like ever since they've landed on this planet, all reason slowly left her, making her rather feel and react like an animal in heat instead of a rational human being.

Wait...

Her eyes widened, staring around at the liquid covering most of her body as if it were the most dangerous substance she'd ever encountered before she abruptly flailed about in her attempt to get out as fast as possible.

Her lungs burned as she swam and practically threw herself over the shore, to safety, wasting but a single moment to peer over her shoulder and notice that he was still under the stream and with his back turned to her before she gathered her clothes and started dressing herself up.

Quickly dragging her panties over her bum, she then slipped her tank top over her torso as well, noticing that she still had an excessive amount of water in her hair as it kept sticking against her skin. So she dropped her pants and sweatshirt back over the grass and proceeded to wring it out as much as she could, feeling goosebumps arise whilst she began to mildly shiver again.

But out of nowhere, she loudly shrieked as she suddenly felt herself grabbed by the waist, her feet leaving the ground as the scenery around her quickly blurred for the second time that day.

A strangled noise escaped her as she tried to call out the BloodHound's name, arms and legs flailing around as she so desperately struggled to hold onto something and better secure herself against his body as he ran like a madman, one arm wrapped around her as he carried her as if she were a damn duffel bag.

What was going on? Why was he running again?

She wondered, her chest filling with sheer panic and fright right before they abruptly stopped, her breath coming out in short and uneven puffs as her bare feet finally touched the grass again.

Pressing her palms against his torso as she tried to regain balance, she raised her sight to look up at his face as she was about to ask him what was that all about when she suddenly noticed that absolutely scary look plastered all over his face.

Her breath hitched within her throat, unconsciously taking a step back only to have his gloved hand wrap around her arm and tug her straight back towards him, barely having the time to wonder when did he actually managed to dress himself back up as he turned her around and wrapped his arm around her in one swift movement.

Her back mildly smacked against his bare abs in the process, escaping another raggedy breath right before her gaze casually shifted to look forward.

Her features immediately morphed with horror, instinctually pressing herself harder against Emerick's torso as if searching for safety as her widened blue eyes shifted between the six BloodHounds intently staring right back at them.

"N-not a lost civilian then," She mindlessly blurted out, her heart banging so wildly within her chest as a crippling fear gripped at her insides, making her feel so helpless and lost.

"Em-" She barely managed to spew out those two letters before she suddenly found herself pushed over the grass and watching as Emerick practically flew past her, firing bullets with an inhuman speed whilst simultaneously fighting with two other BloodHounds.

She screamed and duck her head, desperately crawling towards the closest tree to shield herself from the raining bullets.

BloodHounds.

There were BloodHounds.

Why were there other BloodHounds here?

Her entire body trembled with fear, small tears making their way down her cheeks as she curled herself into a tiny ball and pressed her back against the tree as she hid for safety, a million thoughts racing through her mind.

He was going to die. Her bodyguard, the only one able to help her survive on this wretched planet was going to die by the hands of his own suffering comrades, and leave her all alone. They were going to kill him, and then go after her.

No...

A small sob broke through her lips, her head lightly shaking with desperation right before that impulse to run hit her so hard that she failed to resist.

She had to. She had to try and save herself.

Her hands dug into the velvety red grass, letting those tears run free as well as she threw herself on all fours and crawled her way farther and farther away, not once looking back before she eventually raised herself up to her feet and managed to take just a few rushed steps before her gaze fell on the creature standing barely a few meters away from her.

She did not know how and why, but she definitely knew exactly who he was.

The alien monster.

Like a fawn caught within the lion's den, her bare legs trembled as she stared wide-eyed at the male perched atop another equally frightening creature, that blackness hollowing its eyes catching her attention as it starkly contrasted that pure white hair covering its' horse-shaped body, making her miss that exact moment the male dismounted it.

A tiny and frightened whimper escaped her, frozen with horror as she watched him take a few meaningful steps towards her…Until instinct finally kicked in again so she turned the other way and ran as fast as she could.

The cool air fanned against her wet cheeks as those tears kept falling, her throat constricting with restrained sobs as she pushed herself as hard as she could.

She had to get away from that monster.

She-

A small “oof” forced its way past her throat as she suddenly found herself slamming against a white wall.

Using her hands to push herself away from it she faintly noticed that warmth and soft texture as her gaze raised up, immediately freezing with pure and unadulterated fear.

Cold and blue like a starry night, those two galaxy orbs peered right back into hers, closely watching every little movement until they abruptly shifted to look somewhere past her head, making her inadvertently turn and follow his line of sight as well.

A strangled noise escaped her as soon as she noticed Emerick standing just a few steps away, all covered in dark red splotches and harshly breathing, a murderous glint sparkling in his violet eyes as he stared directly past her.

Relieved that he was still alive, she tried to run to him, to that safety that he represented.

Sadly enough, she didn’t get to make two steps as an incredibly hot and big hand wrapped around her throat, effectively stopping her without even squeezing or hurting her whatsoever.

Emerick’s nostrils flared as he watched, ready to destroy anything and anyone that stood between him and his earthling.

Even his Alpha.

"You will stop if you want to ever see her again," His Alpha ordered in their native language, using a tone that forced him to kneel and submit, raising his hands and allowing the last two BloodHounds alive to surge forward and restrain him while their Alpha took Madeleine away as she cried and screamed his name, over and over again.
