"So are you saying that he comes to your house almost every day?" Evelin asked Lisa.
Evelin happens to be her childhood friend, they have been friends for a very long time and they do share a lot of things together, even the deepest secrets.

"I myself find that really hard to believe that she disturbs me all the time, I did not really understand why neither can I tell you why but he constantly appears to be sticky and all over me, and the most annoying and disgusting part of it is that he always come using the fact that I am sad." She said to her friend as her friend began to burst into laughter.

"What is funny? It isn't funny at all. I did not know why you were laughing over it, ok take a very good look at me? Do I look like someone who is sad?" She asked her friend as she began to look all over her body.

"I understand, and I am not in any way trying to say that you look really sad, but the manner in which you say it is what makes me laugh, I can't even get space to breathe for a minute." She said sai she continues to laugh louder

"Please can you stop laughing already? I am not a fan of it, please! Enough with the laughter," she said as she began to get uncomfortable with the laughter.

"No, na put away with such a face, you should know that I am only kidding, you also know that I do not normally speak in such a way that would make you aggravated." She said to Lisa.

"But it isn't funny at all, he should stop visiting you in such a manner, if he does visit you in such a manner always, then what privacy do you have?" Evelin asked.

"You have just said exactly what baffles me the most, he makes me completely uncomfortable and Inconvenient, I cannot even feel free to be naked in my house any more, and the worst part of the whole issue is that he doesn't even knock at the door before coming in, I wish that was all but, sincerely and honestly speaking, he doesn't even pass through the door, he comes in like some kind of spirit." She said as she nood her head and practically demonstrated how he does come into the House.

"Like seriously? Just like that, no! I haven't experienced or come across it but that sounds really scary, if I was you I would have relocated to a place he would never see me." Evelin said.

"! You just gave me an idea." Clarissa said,

"And what could they be?" Evelin asked surprisingly.

"Hmmmm ok, I see, let me put it this way, while you were talking I grabbed a word and it happens to be a possible solution to all this Madness, and I guess with this outstanding Idea that madness would gradually and systematically come to an end." Clarissauncertainty.

"Hmm! Enough with the intro, can you just stop beating around the bush and go straight to the point? Tell the idea immediately, you are keeping me in suspense."

"Please can you just calm down and listen? After All we do have the whole day to discuss, so I do not know why you are in a rush." She said to Evelin.

"Really! Ok, if that is the case, I am Calm now, and am very ready to listen." She said to Lisa.

"Ok, I have come to the conclusion that I am going to relocate, and it is going to be a bigger and better place." She said to Evelin.

"Hmm! Why do I find that really interesting? So which area exactly are we talking about?" Evelin's friend said, as she happens to look really anxious to know where her friend is going to relocate to.

"Ok, it is an elevator estate." Clarissasaid with happiness.

"Wait, !, what do you mean by that? I am virtually sure you are not serious about that, you know that I am not in support of that." She said to Lisa.

"Wait, do not tell me you do not know how dangerous that is?" She asked.

"What is dangerous about me living in a very mighty estate? Which is virtually the biggest in the country." She said,

"Ok can you just have a look at it? You are a bloody rich billionaire who is not just rich, you are also popular and you are known around the world." Evelin said.

"No, you do not have to go through that platform, can you just come down and stop biting around the bush." She said to her as she began to beg to give her some signals that were capable of convincing her.

"Ok let me put it this way, for a billionaire like you, you do not need to stay in such a very popular place, it isn't good because, a lot of people will have their eyes on you, you are rich and you do not have to stay in such a popular place, besides, you are practically packing to that packing to that place in order to avoid people from knowing where you are especially the guy who has completely appeared to be a pain in your ass, so I definitely do not find any reason why you would move into that kind of a place." She said to Lisa.

"If you stay in a popular place it is definitely going to be obvious to the whole world that you are there, so I guess it is best to just stay in a place people do not know that much, for example LuckyLake Estate and Bar Sure Estate. If you stay in these two places I'm sure nobody will know that you are there after all they are not popular estates. No-one will expect a multi billionaire like you to stoop so low to live in that kind of an estate and it will be enough to keep that guy out of your sight for good."

"Hmm! I think you are right about that. I am sure it is going to be best. I do it that way, if leaving in such a place is going to be enough to get that bastard out of my sight for good I guess it is best I just risk it and leave there.`` She stood up as she went to the window side and looked at the window and hoped he hadn't come again.

"Have you been working lately?" She asked Lisa.

"Yes of course I've been working lately, and if I may ask why did you ask?" Clarissasaid.

"Nothing much I only wanted to know if you have been present at work, because I feel that you co-workers would have missed you, and be really bothered about your disappearance." She said as she gave her a head signal which signifies the term of convincing her to visit her workplace.

"I understand what you're trying to tell me but I don't think that is going to be necessary, so I'm a boss of my own and I do not need any damn time to spend in that place, after all the person that did make me happy and always give me reasons for coming every minute and seconds is no longer there." Clarissasaid.

"Well I know that but I don't think it's wise you stay at home and do nothing, you should try stretching your bones sometimes, just try I'm your friend and I will not deceive you, try to take a stroll there, I am pretty sure a lot of people miss you there." Evelyn said as she made use of her hands to demonstrate.

"Ok I don't see anything wrong in what you're telling me right now, I guess I'll stick to your advice and try going to the office on Monday, it's been a long time I even set my eyes on my office, since after what happened to Stephen., I haven't even gotten a spare time to visit my own office, but I won't have any excuse for not visiting on Monday I'm definitely going to try go there." She said as Evelin nodded her head as a form of saying yes.

"Aside from all you have shown me earlier is this everything about the estate and also the house I'm going to be buying?" She asked the estate manager that took her around the place in order to be sure about where she is going to be living.

"Soon if she doesn't plan on staying there for a very long time so she doesn't want to spend so much on the building needed, does she want to have a lot of things which will give her long memories about the place?" She was so happy that none of the managers could recognise as well. And that gave her more reason to like the place.

"It's all furnished right? Would not be buying any furniture right?" Ask the estate managers.

"Every house in this estate is well furnished and we did not stress our customers to buy in any furniture. We have furnished it with chairs and kitchen utensils, even the rooms already have beds and have been well designed by interior decorators." The estate manager replied.

"Madam, you do not have anything to worry about, how much our service is very efficient and profitable, what do you have to do is to pack your load in, we have everything covered up already." Another estate manager responded.

"And you're also given a 50% bonus if you can get the money within the interval of two weeks." The other estate manager said.

"I'm not interested in all those bonuses and profits, what I want to be sure about is how clean and safe the estate is." She said to them she was already getting tired and irritated about the whole bonuses they were talking about.

"! We are sorry for the inconvenience, we only wanted you to know that there is a lot to gain if you patronize our estate." One of them spoke.

"Yes, we felt it was going to be nice to let you know what you are yet to gain by patronizing our estate." The other estate manager said.

"Please can we proceed with the signing of the documents?" She asked the estate managers, she was already getting tired about the constant talking, and the sun was already getting too hot for her to bear.

"We are going to do that and it's going to be very possible right away but, the only issue is that we are not in the position to do that. We are going to direct you to the Head manager, he's the one in charge of every document signing." One of the managers responded.

"Yes of course, we are not the one in charge of that. All you are in charge of is bringing in customers and showing them around the place. Our main focus of work is customer care. Every other serious issue will be directed to The Head manager." The other manager spoke.

"So how do I get to the office? Because last time I checked, none of you told me where I could find him." She said to both of them.

"Ohhh, his office was the same office we passed by a few seconds ago, it is virtually the only office that was painted with blue color, it is the only office with a metal door." One of the managers responded.

"Yes, the door is painted in black and it has a lot of decorations on it redesigned that we made in the form of some ancient leader, therefore; any door you see designed in that form is the head manager's office." The other manager said.

"Please do not be offended but I didn't mean to ask this question, it baffles me a bit we are realizing the fact that you guys have your office in this, like all I want to know is what brought the idea? Why not somewhere else? I didn't mean to ask because I know it is quite none of my business, I would really like to know why it seems to be like that?" She asked the estate managers.

"Hmmm, if that the case then it is nothing much to be answered, our head office wasn't located in this estate for, but the senior managers had a meeting alongside the CEO, they came to a conclusion that in order to make the customers more comfortable, and to provide more palatable customer service to the people, they decided to shift the head office to this particular estate, this is the biggest estates way have so far,and that is a more reason why we shifted it to this place." The other manager said.

"And that isn't all, most of the managers are being provided with houses and a lot of assets as a reward of all service, and those services are being awarded to us in this estate therefore, we have our houses here, giving the management more reasons to shift our offices to this same estate." The manager that spoke earlier said.

"Hmmm! I recommend you, talent, you guys are indeed business men and you both deserve to be awarded, like i am so surprised that just a few words you both said, was enough to make me convinced that the management made it the best decision indeed." She complemented their service.

"So, would you prefer giving comments about our service or would you rather go to the HM office? " One of the managers asked.

"I guess going to the HM's office would be best for me." Clarissa.

"So do you still know the way to the office or would you only take us to the office?" One of the managers asked.

"No need for all that, I think I am great and good to go on my own, I can clearly remember the office and I really appreciate your support." she said to them as they all dismissed.

"Who is at the door you can come in?" The person said after hearing a Knock at his door.

"I was directed to your office, they told me to come and meet you for document signing and payment confirmation." The person who was knocking turned out to be Lisa, and the person in the office happened to be HM.

"Okay I heard you are here for some payment confirmation and also for the document signing? Is that so?" The HR asked.

"If you are here for that then I'm very sure that you must have been told about the price of what you have requested for and the benefits you are to gain from it and you must have also been shown around the place." The HM said.

"Can you please raise your voice higher? I don't seem to be hearing a single thing you have been saying." She said to the head manager.

" I am sorry for that, I didn't sleep well last night so I heard about The Voice this morning, I am very sorry for the inconveniences." The HM pleaded.

"Okay no problem about that, I wasn't annoyed either, I only wanted to know and understand more about what you were saying but it was quite unfortunate for me that I could not hear a thing you said earlier, so please if you don't mind can you please come again?" She said to the head manager.

"Ok If that is the case, what i was trying to say is that, if you I here for the contract signing then, I'm very sure that you must have been told about the price of what you have requested for and the benefits you are to gain from it and you must have also been shown around the place, I hope you could hear me better this time around?." The HM said, and this time with a clearer voice.

"Really? You ask me that? I am pretty sure that it is very possible for a deaf person to hear what you said clearly, so why would someone like me who doesn't have any ear problem, have issues with hearing what you have just said?" She said to the HM.

"Ok if you had heard what I said clearly well then what is your answer to that? Have you been shown around the place you are about to buy and did they discuss the price with you? And the most important part about it is: did they discuss with you the profit and things you are going to be gaining if you patronize this great estate?" The head manager asked.


"Wow, what a great estate in deep, well they told me about the whole thing, and they also discussed with me what I am supposed to be in order to acquire these houses as mine, but the most important thing here is that I do not have any more time to waste, can we immediately skip to the document signing?" Clarissasaid to the head manager

"Okay if that's the case then, these are the documents of ownership and you have at your left-hand side in red pen and also a blue pen, you have the right to pick among the both of them, and you can begin signing." The HM said to her.

"I hope I'm making the right decision, and I hope with this, that idiot won't be able to find me anytime you want." Clarissasaid in her mind as she read and signed the documents.
