XXIX

My head has been hurting for sometime now and I've been feeling unnecessarily tired. I was also very sensitive to some smells and it was really bugging me.

"Are you still not feeling good?" Haru asked as he brought me a light snack and gave to me.

"I'll be fine after I rest." I said before taking a bite out of the sandwich.

"Are you sure I shouldn't stay home? I'm sure the company can manage without me."

"No. Your going to work, I'll just sleep over wants happening to me." I said before he nodded and then placed a kiss on my cheek and left.

It hadn't been long he left, I got off from the bed and ran to the toilet bowl, fell on my knees, gripping the sides of the bowl for support as I puked into the toilet. This was the fifth time this week I've been feeling nauseous and the other time I just had a strong urge to puke.

I cleaned my mouth and washed my face before looking at my reflection. I had lost a little weight and I was feeling like I had a fever with the headaches, nausea and exhaustion. Haru also said that my mood swings were on another level and Rin complained when I spat out my food because it had mustard on it. I was also eating pickles which I hated and recalling was all I needed to know what's wrong with me.

"Fuck, I'm pregnant." I said as I rapidly took a shower before running to the closest convenient store and buying a pregnancy home test kit.

I walked back to the house and the test to check for my hCG. I was aware of what I needed to do because I've been pregnant before. I picked out the test and then saw two lines which confirmed that I was pregnant.

I wrapped everything and threw it away so that Haru would not see it before I picked my phone and called the gynaecologist that helped me during my last pregnancy.

*"Hello, Dr Hirokawa speaking."* She said as I brought the phone closer to my ears.

"Hello it's Yuki Aizawa formerly Yuki Tomoki. I want to book an appointment because I'm pregnant." I said as I sat on the bed and ran my hand through my hair.

*"Oh Yuki, it's nice to hear from you. Your married now?"

"Yes. I was hoping if you could possibly set an appointment for me tomorrow for an ultrasound."

*"You did a test?"

"Yes."

*"Okay. Be here in the hospital by 10am. Is that convenient?"

"Very. Thank you."

"Anytime child." She said before the line cut and I dropped my phone then fell on the bed. I sighed as I rubbed my hand on my stomach.

*I was pregnant again. I was excited yet I was scared. I had to tell Haru but what if...what if something happened and he was to leave me again. I don't think I'd be able to handle being alone. I raised my hand and placed my hand on my stomach then smiled.

"Your papa loves you and he'll be so excited when he hears about you." I said feeling silly at my thought before I stood up from the bed to get a quick bite.


I sat in the lobby, nervously waiting for my results before a female doctor came out. She had brown hair and eyes and she was a beautiful beta with her glasses that hung on her nose.

"Yuki." She called and pointed into her office before I stood and followed her inside. I sat down opposite her before she handed me the results.

"Well your thirteen weeks pregnant and your baby is pretty healthy but your a little underweight that's why I'm going to prescribe some vitamins for you. Also on that document, I wrote your appointment days and I hope that you bring your husband here next time." Dr Hirokawa said as I shyly nodded before gulping.

"C-can I have an ultrasound?" I said and then she smiled.

"Of course. Follow me."

We entered the room behind her office where she told me to lie down. She poured a cold gel on my stomach that made me hiss before I looked at the screen.

"There's your baby. I'm just gonna print that and have it put among your stuffs. Since this isn't your first pregnancy, I know you can manage things well." I nodded as she smiled before she cleaned the gel off my stomach and then walked out.


I was in a restaurant around town, drinking a slushie when Rin sat opposite me.

"What's up bestie?" She asked as she waved her hand to get the waiter's attention.

The timid looking beta came and asked for what she wanted as she ordered something and then played with her name as she added "you as dessert" leaving the waiter a blushing mess.

"His so cute, I think I'm going to get his number." Rin said as I continued drinking my slushie before I played with my fingers.

"M'pregnant." I whispered as I looked down.

"What?"

"I'm pregnant. Thirteen weeks." I said loudly as a smile formed on my face before Rin shouted in joy.

"About time, I was thinking you'd still be stuck on birth control. Takato needs a sibling before he becomes a brat."

"Don't speak bad about my Tokata." I said before Rin scoffed and then laughed.

"Have you told Haru?"

"Not yet. I want to surprise him on his birthday, it's on the end of the week." I pushed my hair behind my ears as I drank my slushie and looked at Rin.

"This is my first pregnancy with Haru and I'm already sure he'll do everything in his power to keep me around him since he missed Tokata's birth. That is why I want to surprise him so please keep this between us."

"Okay but I'm finally gonna be a godmother. I'll be one badass one too."

"Please don't get started." I said dramatically and we both laughed. We kept a descent conversation and to be honest, Rin did get that shy beta's number before we left.

"Haru what do you want for your birthday?" I asked and he paused what he was typing.

"All I want is you." He said as I smiled and climbed off the bed. I straddled him and wrapped my hands around his neck before kissing his lips innocently.

"But you already have me. What do you really want? Anything special?"

"Nothing I can think of except seeing you in a sexy bunny costume."

"Noted." I said as I tried to get off his laps but he dragged me back and squeezed my ass.

"Is it me or did your ass get bigger?" He asked as he squeezed it again, kissing my neck as I mewled and gripped his hair.

"Maybe it's just you." I said as I began to slowly unbutton Haru's big shirt on my body. He watched me as he fucked me with his eyes while I felt him slowly getting hard under me.

"Mama can I sleep here tonight?" Takato asked from the door, making I and Haru to be startled. I buttoned up my shirt and got off Haru who was softly cursing.

"Of course baby, get in between papa and me." I said before he excitedly climbed on the bed while I wore lose briefs under the shirt so I wouldn't be naked underneath with my innocent son sleeping here.

I hugged him and then we started counting ships before I sang some lullabies. It didn't take long, Takato fell asleep, snoring softly before Haru climbed next to Takato and placed a kiss on his forehead and stretched to kiss my lips before smiling.

"I'm getting you tomorrow." He whispered before I chuckled and then we both laid down.


Today was Haru's birthday and we had everything set for the party except the cake. It was supposed to be here an hour ago but I got a text message that said due to inconveniences I had to pick it up.

"Baby could you entertain the guests while I get the cake." I said as Haru kissed my cheeks.

"We don't need it, just stay."

"But the cake is the most important thing. Just carrying on, I'll be back before the gift opening." I said and I picked up the car keys from him before leaving the house.

I took the one of the cars and drove to the bakery where I ordered Haru's cake. My phone started to ring as I entered inside the building before I picked it up and placed on my ears.

"Rin?"

*"Where are you? Haru will be opening his gifts soon because the cake isn't here."

"Just keep him distracted for an hour, I'll be there. I'm in the bakery."

"I'll try my best. I'm so excited." She shrieked know the phone as I pulled it away from my ears before she deafens me.

I looked at the counter and froze when I saw that the staff of the bakery were tied up and their mouths gagged as I slowly moved back.

*"Rin, call the police."* I said in panic before I felt someone behind me, grabbing me as I struggled and dropped my phone on the floor.

I screamed as I hit the person with my elbow but the moment I opened the door another person was in front of wearing a mask covering his face. The other man gripped me and then the masked man covered my mouth and nose with a damp cloth making me very sleepy.

I felt my body growing limp before I felt into someone's arms and I was thrown over his shoulder. The last thing I heard was the sound of Rin calling out my name in fear.
