Chapter 105

Aliyah's Pov:

My heart sank immediately I heard what she said to me.

"Did you say my daughter fell into the pool?" I gasped in shock as she nodded her head.

I quickly rushed off with my Mom and Dora following me suit.

We rushed to the pool and saw her lying on the ground and a guy was giving her mouth to mouth respiration.

I burst into tears immediately as I went on my knees right behind her.

"Arya? Baby! What happened?' I continued sobbing.

The guy quickly carried her as we headed to the ambulance Arthur called.

He carried her to the ambulance as I hopped in with him and we drove off.

I didn't stop wailing on top of my voice.

Throwing this birthday party is such a bad idea.

This is the worst day ever for the past thirteen years.

Today I meet the man I hate the most Arthur... I don't really know if I hate him.

Then today my only precious gift Arya fell into a pool and almost lost her life.

But the only good thing that happened today was that I found my Mom again after such a long time.

I heaved a sigh as I shook my head.

"You don't have to worry aunt! You don't have to worry about anything again... She will be fine" The guy said as I forced a smile at him and blinked my eyes then tears rolled down my cheeks.

"I pray she gets better because I won't be able to take it if something had happens to her" I sniffed as he patted my shoulder a little.

We got to the hospital as the guy rushed into the hospital to get the nurses and a stretcher.

She was placed on a stretcher and they headed into the emergency room.

I paced around impatiently crying like I was going to loose it.

Oh God! Please don't let anything bad happen to my daughter.

I didn't stop saying that prayer in my mind.

Dora's Pov:

Aliyah's Mom was busy crying her eyes out and lamenting as we got to the garage.

"Mom you have to calm down! We are going to the hospital to see them" I said as she nodded her head still sulking.

"Why should this happen now that I came to see them after such a long time?" She said as I drove out of the hotel.

"This isn't your fault ma'am! You are not the reason why she got into this kind of trouble" I tried to make her feel better.

"I know you are saying all that to make me feel better but we all know the truth" She replied.

"Am not! But that's just how it is.. did we know you are going to show up today?" I said as she sniffed hard and stop crying.

"That's why I don't want you to blame yourself ever again" I said as she nodded her head.

"Thank you so much my dear for being a good friend to my daughter' She replied as I smiled at her.

"Your daughter have equally been a wonderful person to me" I said as I drove along.

And this time we drove quietly without anymore conversations.

I hope Arya gets better.

I know my friend just be having such a hard time , I mean all her pasts surfaced again almost the same time.

Leo's Pov:

I picked up the glass of gin and drank from it again and again.

Still staring at the invitation card in front of me with a scoff.

She really wants me to attend this birthday party?

After turning me down and making me look like a big fool?

She's really such an ingrate!

After all I did for her and for her daughter she decided to pay me back the way she's doing.

Isn't that just wicked or should I call it selfishness?

I hate her so much right now!

She can't possibly dump me after all I did for the good of her and her daughter.

I know why she doesn't want to accept me.. it's because of her daughter.

She still remembers that guy because of his daughter huh.

She have really got some nerves to think I will let her be.

I didn't do all those things I did for her because am a charity organization or something.

I did all that so that she will finally love me because I honestly love her.

But she decided to rub my face on the mud!

For that reason, am going to make her pay dearly.

I was still talking to myself when my cell phone rang aloud.

I picked the cell phone up and accepted the call.

"Hello..." I spoke right into the cell phone.

"Sir Leo! Something happened... The Father of her daughter came for the party" The voice said as I gasped.

"What?" I freaked out.

"Yes Sir! And her daughter fell into the pool so they are still at the hospital" The voice said as I gritted my teeth.

"Just text me the name and address of the hospital" I said as I hung up immediately.

I kicked the table with so much annoyance!

"Fvck..." I yelled angrily.

Arthur's Pov;

Patrick followed me unwillingly as we drove to the hospital.

We were at the lobby when Patrick grabbed my arm.

"Dad you need to talk to me.. am confused! Does this mean that you are Arya's dad?" He asked as I gulped hard.

"We have no time to talk about this right now" I said.

"I really don't understand this whole thing! If she truly is your daughter then why did you cheat on my Mom?" He fired at me.

"Are you older than Arya?" I asked as he looked at me confused.

"She's some months older than..." He gasped still looking at me.

"So who said I cheated on you'd Mom?" I asked as I walked in and he followed.

We were walking right into the hospital when I heard the doctor telling Aliyah that Arya needs blood transfusion.

"She needs blood transfusion as soon as possible so please let's find a match to her blood" he said.

"What? What about the blood bank?" Aliyah cried.

"Sorry we don't have a match for her there.. where is her father?" The doctor asked.

"He.. he is dea..." She wanted to say.

"Am here" I said as they all turned around....
