A Tough Decision
"So how is it, Willson? Are you up for the hermitage? It'll take about eight months, no more than a year," replied the Moon God with an offer that still made Willson think twice about doing it.
"I..." Willson didn't have time to answer but suddenly Arthur came to meet Gracia who was following behind him.
"Oh... so it was you who took away my power necklace so that I could no longer use my great ascetic power from the Moon God, was it Willson?"
Hearing Arthur's voice instantly Willson and also the Moon God faced their bodies towards the source of the sound behind Willson who was walking towards them. Meanwhile, Gracia herself actually wanted to warn Arthur not to go there first but first listen to what Willson was talking to the Moon God, then strategize to destroy Willson. But Arthur is indeed an impatient Alpha type. He wanted everyone to immediately meet and vent his anger on Willson. Moreover, Willson was the Alpha vampire who liked Livy. Arthur didn't want to share Livy's love with Willson at all.
The moon god himself was also surprised by Arthur's sudden arrival. His eyes bulged with fear that Arthur would demand his necklace back. The Alpha Wolf certainly did not accept having his necklace taken away without his knowledge, let alone for no apparent reason.
'Arthur came? How did he know about the necklace that I had changed into a necklace of ordinary power, not the one of great power like that time.' The moon god thought. Until suddenly...
BUGH!
Arthur grabbed Willson by the collar and punched the Alpha Vampire so hard that the corner of his lip bled.
"You! You're the one who always makes my blood boil! You! You must be the one who complained to the moon god to take my necklace! Right?"
BUGH!
Again, Arthur could not control his emotions as usual. The Moon God just grinned softly at the behavior of the two of them.
'Arthur can't know that Livy actually took the necklace. I have to protect Livy so that Arthur doesn't hurt Livy again. It's very dangerous for the baby in Livy's womb.' Willson said in his heart.
"Yes! So what if I took it!" Willson snapped back.
"WILLSON!" The Moon God shouted. Meanwhile, Willson had signaled with his palm to the Moon God to stop talking about Livy taking Arthur's necklace. Arthur's gaze was momentarily distracted when the Moon God shouted Willson's name. Then he looked back at Willson's face who seemed resigned without replying at all.
"I will not hesitate to kill you right now!" Arthur threatened.
"STOP!" The Moon God shouted.
"Is this how you behave, Arthur? You use the power I gave you to kill people who anger you? Is that so?" Asked the Moon God. Arthur instantly stopped what he was doing and focused on the Moon God. His brain was thinking again.
"Then I wasn't wrong to take your powers back," the Moon God continued. Arthur did not accept this.
"You can't do that, Moon God! Arthur deserves that power because he has been a hermit for a long time. Is it not enough?" This time it was Gracia who spoke up because she did not accept that Arthur was treated unfairly because he had been ascending for a long time to get the necklace of great power.
"You're also from the wolf nation, right? Didn't you just see Arthur harming people from other nations? I can't accept it if the power I gave you is misused by hurting other innocent people. It's not just that Arthur can't control his temper that I'm going to let my power be misused like that! You understand!" The moon god's anger galvanized the three of them even more. Instantly Arthur released his grip on Willson's shirt and turned back to face the Moon God.
"What did you just say, Moon God? You... why are you being unfair to me!" Arthur shouted.
"Before you speak, you should look in the mirror first, Arthur. If you still use your power to attack and kill other nations that hurt you, then I will never give you back your power, make it clear! I'll let your body weaken every day because you won't get your ascetic powers, mark that!" Threatened the Moon God who was fed up with seeing Arthur who had not changed. Still using power for evil things, not for good.
"I only give great power to good people, not bad people like you!" The Moon God continued.
"One more thing, if you still want to attack each other, please leave my residence!" Banish the Moon God. Arthur immediately let go of Willson. Meanwhile, Willson himself was already fixing his wrinkled clothes.
"I told you, didn't I? As long as you do evil to humans from other nations, then you will get less and less from the Moon God." Willson said in Arthur's ear while displaying his smirk.
"I can't decide whether or not to go into asceticism to gain that great power, Moon God. But when I have made up my mind, then I will come back here and tell you." Willson said to the Moon God.
"Very well, you may go now, Willson. And to you, Arthur. I'm warning you again, if you want your powers back, do good and learn to use your powers for good, not evil, understand?" The Moon God left, leaving Willson, Arthur, and Gracia still there. Willson also left immediately leaving Arthur and Gracia still thinking and holding back anger.
"ARRRGGGHH!"
Arthur ruffled his hair violently because not only did he get a harsh reality, but also about the great power he had lived for during his asceticism was lost because of the crimes he committed among the wolf nation or with other nations.
"I can't accept this! The Moon God is so unfair!" Gracia, who knew Arthur was in an angry position, immediately approached Arthur, trying to calm the evil Alpha.
"Be patient a little longer, Sir Arthur. Surely you will get that power again,"
"But the conditions are so heavy for me, Gracia. I also actually still have a mission for revenge, if I become good, then my revenge will not be avenged. I want everything to go according to my plan! ARGGHH!" Arthur shouted incoherently, leaving Gracia at a loss as to how to calm him down. Gracia pursed her lower lip.
"We'd better go home, tomorrow we'll think about how to get the power without having to spread kindness." Gracia suggested. Arthur immediately turned to Gracia's eyes sharply and thought of something else.
